We are resting for the second year in a row. For us, lovers of nature and relaxing holidays, this is the best place in Marmaris. A hotel with a history, very stylish and atmospheric. The rooms are comfortable and modern - there is everything you need. The food for us is 5. I like meat more than fish and seafood, so I always had something to choose from. I would also like to note that this year desserts have become much better - more natural ingredients (nuts, dried fruits), less chemicals and sugar.
The sea is beautiful, in early October it was still comfortable to swim. The water is clear, the bottom and small fish are visible.
I like the location of the hotel - there is a large pedestrian area nearby, you can walk to Marmaris (but it is far and long on foot, as an option to rent a bike). There is also a water taxi nearby to Marmaris and Turuncha (the latter is highly recommended to visit at sunset).
In general, we liked the place. We plan to return.

But what makes up for all this is the atmosphere, the comfort, the beautiful lobby bar; it's nice to spend time there in the evenings.

The food is 4 plus, there is little seafood, but in principle everything is enough and you can always find something delicious, the service is excellent, the waitresses in the restaurant are girls from Kazakhstan, very pleasant and kind. The rooms are old, but it's still pretty good. It's clean enough. Entertainment at the hotel is not very good. Not a bad spa. More was expected from the sea. Either something was blooming, or it was algae, or mud, but for several days they came out of the sea with brown bellies. In the water, someone burned like a jellyfish, but there were no jellyfish and the pain passed quickly. A good promenade along the sea for running, walking and cycling. In general, the hotel is for 4 people. Suitable for a week-long vacation)
A decent hotel. But he's focused on the British. There are few Russians here. Service, service at the level. Very beautiful buildings of 4-storey dormitory buildings, with red convex roofs in the Empire style. The food was not very varied, but we were not hungry. The beach is large, there is enough space for everyone, the water is clear, but at the end of September it was a little cold, the sun beds with comfortable mattresses. But places by the sea should be occupied until 7 am. I came at 7-15 all the trump places were already occupied. The renovation did not affect the rooms. It would be nice to repair them too. The only disadvantage is that it's a long way from the airport. In general, the hotel is a solid 5! I recommend it!
We had a vacation with my husband in September 2024. Let's start with the pros: beautiful, clean sea, beautiful view of the bay, clean beach, lots of sun beds. The hotel has a nice territory, there are 3 pools (we did not swim in them). I liked yoga classes, we went almost every morning))
Perhaps that's all of the advantages… Now to the cons: 1) the room stock leaves much to be desired, the rooms are old, clearly in need of good repair. Cleaning is also for 3 days.
2) the food was most negatively impressed: everything was monotonous, not very tasty, BUT most importantly: sour dishes, vegetables, fruits often came across!!!!! Well, as it were... a 5-star hotel… How can this even be. I'm not talking about the frequent guests- flies— on these dishes.
3) The dishes also came across sticky, poorly washed. In short, some kind of unsanitary situation.
4) There is no animation either.
In general, I absolutely do not recommend the hotel for recreation.
Let's go on a burning ticket! Icmeler is a cozy, green village. The hotel is located in a beautiful, enclosed bay. We arrived at lunchtime and checked in right away. The room was nice, but we were not very satisfied with the service and cleaning. The design of the hotel is made in the form of a small castle. Two pools. The hotel is on the first line, with its own beach with sloping entrances and pebbles with sand. There were plenty of sun beds both by the pool and on the beach.
The water in the pools and in the sea is clean. But the beach requires more thorough cleaning. Touts from our eastern republics are constantly walking on the beach, peskily trying to persuade them to go to some store. The food is good, but a little monotonous. The staff is friendly in the restaurant, but they don't speak Russian or English! The animation is average. I don't want to write about the hotel guide so as not to get upset!
There is a wonderful promenade in front of the hotel, one way to Marmaris, the other to Icmeler. We enjoyed walking and cycling around Icmeler more. We found a local agency selling excursions in Icmeler, went to Pamukkale (individually), and to the outerwear center. They were picked up and brought to the hotel without delay. There were Russian guides or escorts everywhere. You can find an agency if you leave the hotel on the embankment, turn right, walk along the embankment to the monument to Rybka, turn into the depths of the village near it, the first thing you see from the sea: Insu. The room was not ready for our arrival and we were offered to go to the restaurant and eat. The restaurant has a huge selection of food. Fresh fruits and vegetables, chicken, fish, a lot of snacks and desserts. There was always a lot of variety, which was very pleasing. A large beach, clean pools with warm water, there are a lot of flowers on the territory, which pleases the eye. Unlimited alcohol, good animation. The hotel also has a beauty salon, a gym, and a spa. We went for a massage, everything was great. I would like to thank the staff (if they are still working at this moment) Ksenia is a fitness trainer, she conducted individual training sessions with me, also did aqua aerobics with us and there was a cheerful animator, a guy from Kazakhstan, unfortunately, I did not remember his name. All the staff are very kind and smiling. They try to make their vacation as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation. We plan to come next summer.
We had a rest from July 10 to July 16, 2023. Positive: it is small, not many people, green, many flowers, the sea is close, there are always free sun beds, the ice cream is delicious. Cons: If you describe the hotel in one word, it's hot. The air conditioners are outdated, they do not cool. It's hot everywhere, in the room, at the reception, in the dining room. If in two words, add the word flies. There are a lot of them in the canteen. The food is open, and flies are crawling on it. It's not very pleasant. I tried to take food from the middle of the pile, so that it would not be covered with flies. The food is an ordinary Turkish ol inclusive, nothing outstanding. I didn't like the room, it was narrow with steps. Some kind of antediluvian refrigerator did not cool at all. Everything is kind of outdated. Ten years ago it was probably a five, now I would give 4-. I don't recommend going there mainly because of the air conditioning.
I had a rest in early July in a Deluxe room with a view of the surrounding area. The hotel is cool, but, there is a BUT: you need to change the zonics on the beach, track people not from the hotel on the beach, and WASH cherry tomatoes, they are not washed from the word at all, apparently, before the first poisoning. We had a rest from June 11-17, 2024. The hotel is 4 maximum and of course far from ultra, not bad, cozy, green. It requires restoration, so it is better to pay an additional $ 20 per day and change the room to an improved one. Room cleaning is good, the beach is good, meals for 3, there is no choice of meat, no seafood, fish sometimes appears, there are no natural juices. Alcohol is only Turkish, the rest is for money. Animation every day. There is practically no such thing for children, well, in principle, all hotels in Marmaris are 14+. The views are gorgeous, there is a promenade where you can walk, listen to music, dance and choose an excursion. Regardless of the hotel, I fell in love with this part of Turkey, mountains, lots of greenery, yachts, I will definitely come again.

6. We had two birthdays. this is the first hotel that ignored this (although even in treshki in Marmaris they wrote notes and sent a piece of cake)
7. Children's club. utter zero. consider it gone. Don't trust anyone. it works from 10:30 to 12 and from 14:30 to 17. so, really, there is staff there from 10:30 to 12. there is no one else there. there is nothing in the club (water, food, Russian-speaking staff, even a working toilet). Bottom line: it's just a playground.
What I want to say. I put 3 only for the hotel itself, it really could be made into a candy bar if the management was interested in doing the service.

We lived in the simplest room in a building with so-called French balconies. The territory of the hotel is well maintained, there are beautiful flowering trees, a Mexican restaurant, a bar.
Now about everything in order.
- The number. Visually, the room looks quite decent. There are quite large cupboards, there is a kettle with tea and coffee, the air conditioner worked well. This is where the positive aspects end. There is little light in the room, there was a blood stain on the pillows, as well as in the bathroom. There is one Russian channel that works, which, I think, has not been heard of in Russia. There is no door in the shower cabin, which is why the water flows out onto the floor, you have to turn the shower to the wall. It is better not to get a toilet brush, there is a risk of suffocation. Wi-Fi worked very poorly at first, but after contacting the reception, the situation improved.
- Cleaning. She's not here. She cleaned clumps of hair from the bathroom floor during check-in, which were left over, apparently, from previous tenants or a cleaner. The round mirror in the bathroom is dirty. If you open the curtains in the room, you can see the dust swirling. The cleaning itself takes place in the afternoon. That is, you come from the beach, want to take a shower, get ready for dinner, and then there's a knock on the door: "Clean?". In general, at the end of their stay at the hotel, they simply asked to replace the towels, because there is no sense from washing the floors (if there is any at all).
- The dining room. Be ready for an attack of flies. They are everywhere in the dining room: on the food, on the tables, on you. Yes, July-August is the season of flies. "You're lucky there haven't been any wasps yet," the guide who put us on the return transfer told us. But that doesn't make it any easier. I advise you to sit down at the restaurant “only for adults”, it's quieter, quieter there.
- Food. Nothing special. There was grilled meat, fish, shrimp, chicken. Breakfasts are lame compared to lunch and dinner. The waiters pour water, they also pour wine for dinner, but we did not try it.
- The bar. We have not tried strong alcohol. The beer is not bad. Delicious non-alcoholic cocktails (juices + syrups).
- Entertainment. Pool darts, bocce. There was a foam party. We took billiard balls for € 5 per hour. We didn't go to evening entertainments, we couldn't hear from the room.
- The sea. The most pleasant thing is the beach and the sea. There are enough sun beds for everyone, because the majority of vacationers hang out by the pool. Not all sun beds have mattresses, but if you come before lunch, you can always find sun beds with full uniforms. The entrance to the sea is flat, with small pebbles and sand. The water temperature is comfortable. The only thing is, for someone it may be a problem, the hotel settles with animals, so dogs are also present on the beach. And they swim in the sea. With us, the retriever climbed onto someone else's sunbed))
In general, I flew in full positive mood and was ready to close my eyes to many things, but, to be honest, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. At least, the most ordinary rooms. Perhaps the situation is much better in more expensive rooms.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time: the first time was at the end of June 2021, the second time was in mid-September 2023. There have been a number of changes in the hotel, everything in order.
Territory and infrastructure:
green well-groomed territory with recreation areas near bars, two swimming pools. Among the changes by 2021, furniture was updated in public areas, the restaurant was updated, and cosmetic repairs were made in general. The former a la carte restaurant has been turned into a snack bar in the afternoon and a paid Mexican restaurant in the evening.
Nutrition:
the food was excellent last time, this time everything has changed to the "feed to death" state. In addition to meals in the main restaurant, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served, there is a snack bar where you can eat ice cream, waffles, burgers, and potatoes during the day. There are also bruschettes or buns + tea and coffee in the bar area, and a separate dessert area has appeared from 16 to 22. The food is delicious, varied, lots of fruits. But in my opinion, separate zones with sweets and bruschetta are already too much.
Sea and beach:
private beach with small pebbles, plenty of sun beds, there is a shower and changing rooms. The sea temperature in September is very comfortable. Garbage is constantly being cleaned on the beach. Among the changes by 2021 are new sun beds with soft mattresses.
Animation and sports:
the Marti Sports Academy has appeared in the hotel with various sports activities, for which a separate area with a canopy has been allocated. You can find activities for every taste: yoga in the morning, stretching or Pilates, classes on trx or just on mats, and the main discovery is aero stretching in hammocks. Two girls Amal and Julia are working, the classes are just great, I managed to go to both of them. Everyone has time to take the time and help if something doesn't work out.
The hotel also has unobtrusive animation: darts, boccia and water polo. In the evening, there are either shows (Turkish evening, Latin, acrobats), or just music / contests. The main disadvantages of animation: in the evening animation area, the seating of guests is absolutely not thought out, there is not enough furniture and places (in the neighboring marti la perla there are tables and armchairs, there are enough for everyone), people sit on sun beds. It would also be great if animators invited guests to the girls for sports activities, not just darts and bocce.
Now about the nuances:
last time there were no problems with check-in, they gave a room of the category that they booked, this time they gave a room in a separate building with the administration on the ground floor, a small room without a balcony and overlooking the main building of the hotel, although a room of absolutely the same category was booked. When trying to immediately change the room, we received the answer "wait until tomorrow", as a result, only after the manager talked with our guide and a day later my husband's arrival, we were finally given a room of our category. We spent two days on our nerves, hanging around the reception. The room is large, nice with a balcony, among the disadvantages are weak water pressure, a flimsy bathroom door and the periodic smell of sewage.
Be prepared for the fact that upon check-in, the suitcase will need to be dragged from the barrier to the reception along the paving stones, because the bus cannot enter the hotel territory.
The hotel is also Pet friendly, so be prepared for guests with dogs and a bunch of cats on site. It didn't bother us, but it might be a minus for someone.
PS Let's take care of nature and throw out garbage and cigarette butts, especially on the territory of the beach and the hotel there is a separate garbage collection!

- not thorough cleaning, hair remains on the floor and dust on the surfaces
- cleaners rattle dishes and especially appliances when cleaning food in a restaurant
- quite old rooms with rust in the bathroom and stains (see photo)
- the sea was not very warm, but clean
Bottom line: for this money (12 thousand per night), you can live independently in cooler apartments and eat better.
Vacation July 2022 is very cozy, beautiful garden, wonderful promenade. A kind of Oriental Provence, everything smacks of some 80 years, everything in the rooms is ancient, but working, this also has its own flair. I personally liked everything. We were settled right away, although we arrived ahead of time, no one demanded $ 20 as many write. People who write negative things want the most for this money and are generally always unhappy. Our villa is comfortable, very cozy two-storey, comfortable in the center, in the evening they brought 2 plates of fruit, wine. The food is fine, not a great choice, but everything is there, everything is delicious, we are satisfied. The animation is great, they sing live and dance in the evenings. The sea is cool and clean, a beautiful bay, islands around. My verdict is that everything is great if there are few vacationers.

2.2 Disadvantages. The children's table does not match the name. French fries, sausage, something deep-fried and only for dinner. Sometimes it is not clear what to feed the child (peppered boiled potatoes, pasta only in sauce, empty rice saves). A lot of fatty, fried and peppery. There are no cereals for breakfast, but there is a liquid mixture of milk with cereals and seeds. Poorly washed dishes, sometimes fruits.

3.1 Advantages. The room is large and beautiful. The air conditioner is working. There is a safe, we used it. Drying clothes only on the balcony, there was enough for three. The TV is working, there are Russian channels.
3.2 Disadvantages. The room is dark, there is no main light source, only floor lamps and light in the niches. Drying clothes on the balcony is hanging on three screws, the fourth is dangling. The handle to the bathroom does not close and hangs in the doorway. You can't lock yourself in the bathroom. The sconce is hanging next to the room. No card: “Do not disturb/Please take it away” (sometimes checkered leaves and a hand-lettered “NO” hung on the door handles)))
3.3 Bed linen was changed 2 times in 12 days. The floor was washed every day, the dust was wiped.
4. General

Although it was paid for the garden, it was a big plus for us, because we have two small children and while they were sleeping during the day, we could safely sunbathe on the sun beds by the pool and watch them. The quality of the food is poor, it is difficult for children to choose something, from 14 to 19 there is nothing to eat at all - I had to go every day to feed the children in a restaurant for money.
We just arrived. They haven't settled yet, but the flies have already overcome them. Flies are everywhere. They are the main customers in the restaurant, and in the lobby too. The reception reacts sluggishly to the abundance of flies, referring to this as a common problem of Marmaris. In general, the hotel positions itself with a touch of elitism, and recommends a dress code to guests. Somehow it all looks so-so mixed up with flies.
We stayed at this hotel on July 24-27, 2022. The hotel provided all the stated services. Our room 305 was in order, clean, at least nothing caught the eye. Cleaning, as it is written, should be done once every 3 days.comfortable sleep, the convenience of the bed, the quality of the bed linen are very important to me, everything was at its best here. During our stay, the temperature was 35-37 degrees, so it was important how the air conditioner worked. The room has a split system, it's great, the room was cooled evenly and the bed did not have a point in the hall air, and in the whole room the room was on the ground floor with access to the pool, so it was cramped and always cool without air conditioning. Of course, the fund is already old, although everything is very beautiful, Probably a couple of years ago the hotel was luxurious. I liked the food, the variety of food and delicious. The disadvantage was that there were poorly washed dishes. As an indicator of the quality of digestive problems during rest, neither I nor the child had. I can't say anything about animation, I wasn't interested. But there is no quiet noise at night.
The staff deserves special thanks for the young girls who work there and they are all very attentive, polite. They responded to any request. Several people at the reception speak Russian.
The contingent is very decent, families, couples. Most are Turkish families, many are Russian, and British. During the rest, I did not see a single drunk person, conflict or anything else that destroys the peace and pleasant atmosphere of rest.
