A very large green area with many opportunities and amenities, many different pools and a clear sea with a convenient entrance. Three-storey buildings with rooms are hidden in greenery. Not intrusive, but good animation. There were interesting performances by artists and pianists.
I would like to update the linen, bathrobes and towels. Cleaning of rooms, railings, tables in public places, toilets leaves much to be desired. Four hooks in the bathroom would not hurt either: there were two in the room for 4 people, duplex.
More attention to the requests of the guests would also not hurt: they asked for a third bathrobe twice, but they did not give it. It was strange to find a refrigerator in the cabinet of the desk, without ventilation (which made it very hot) - I had to make sure that the door of the cabinet was ajar.

It is very beautiful, green and pleasant on the territory!
The staff is polite and sociable)
As for the rooms:
specifically, our room already needed bathroom repairs, we stopped by as a couple, but we were initially provided with two separate beds, after checking with the administrator, they put one mattress for two and moved the beds, the sofa next to it was already tired for the child ... fortunately, we used it only for storing things.
Regarding cleaning:
An average, tired carpet, which is doubtfully vacuumed, by the way, an electronic device that we searched for for a long time fell down, and then we found it by the bed, so it was unlikely that it would have remained in its original place during careful cleaning..A dirty towel was waiting for us at the check-in..
Food:
Excellent waste-free production concept) everything you don't eat for breakfast and lunch is finished for dinner.
There were delicious positions, lots of vegetables and herbs, but alas, it is not always clean (especially salad leaves, in which you can find worms (but the animals are an indicator of naturalness))
We couldn't eat anything on the seafood evening (the shrimps, which we all so greedily gathered, turned out to be either left lying for a long time or thawed and frozen many times..It's just porridge..
There was meat, fried fish, too, nothing, delicious cheeses and sausages, lots of bread, rolls, etc.
A varied sweet table, fruits according to the season.
A variety of sauces, a very small table for those on a diet..
In addition to the main restaurant, we visited two Alaskan restaurants, fish 2500 per person, but it was very tasty, as it was on my birthday, the table was beautifully decorated, the waiters were very polite and attentive.
We also visited Mexican, it's free, but by appointment.Delicious, angry, no frills.
There is also a fast food area (shawarma, burgers), you can try it once, it's generally a bit dry.
Bar: with a variety of cocktails, they are all made very cheaply, well, that's understandable..
Every evening there is a show with acrobats and dancers, programs for children, programs after 23 for those who are older, a disco near the beach bar.
Sports, gym,yoga,pilates, yoga in hammocks.

Great hotel. It feels like somewhere in the Maldives, palm trees everywhere, small houses with rooms and buildings in view of bungalows! The territory is very large, the whole territory is divided into sections, so nothing intersects. There are no discos from the word at all in the room. The rooms are cleaned every day.
The beach is pebbles and some sand!
We arrived with the child in early November, the weather is great, of course there is less variety in food than in summer, but it is no longer the season, but we obviously tried to diversify the dishes.
I definitely recommend it!

Nice hotel, very green, well maintained, delicious food. Alcohol is like everywhere else, you can drink beer, the rest is for an amateur. There are not enough discos for a young audience, and the issue of updating beach furniture still needs to be worked out. The hotel is nice, but not super!! There are a lot of vacationers, if everything is clean at the beginning of the service , then after an hour, the tables are wiped with oiled rags, the dishes are wet with leftovers, not washed well!!!! We have addressed the administration with claims more than once !! The beach is not cleaned thoroughly, cigarette butts , bottles, cans, leftovers?!? The rooms are also cleaned formally!!!

A great place to relax, but, like everywhere else, there are disadvantages:
-a lot of people stopped by, empty seats at the pool immediately disappeared, all the shehlongs are occupied with towels, and no one swims
-selling corn, coconuts, strawberries and cherries on the beach at the 5* ultra all inclusive hotel is too shabby
-overly annoying sellers of marine entertainment, suitable 3-4 times a day
Of the advantages, I want to note:
-very beautiful view of Takhtali mountain at the main entrance
- A beautiful large beach, there were always enough sun loungers, even when there were a lot of people
-a large beautiful green area

The hotel grounds are gorgeous, but that's all!!!!!!!! The food is terrible, juices diluted with water, a monotonous menu, in a word, very poor for a 5-star hotel, the animators work for three, the rooms are sooo dirty, torn bed linen, the floors were not washed all two weeks that we rested at the hotel, we cleaned ourselves as best we could. In short, if it were not for the territory, everything would be very sad for the money that we pay for the rest.

The hotel is wonderful! I think we have found our place, where we will come every summer! The territory is spacious , there is a lot of greenery, there is even a small zoo!!! The animals are well-groomed, there is no smell from animals, we found it completely by accident while walking))). The rooms are clean and cozy! The staff speaks Russian well, they are very friendly, polite, do everything to make you relax and not think about anything! A clean large beach, equipped with an entrance to the sea. The food is also beyond praise : delicious , soulfully cooked , varied . This hotel is a piece of Paradise on Earth!!!

The rooms are just awful, dampness, mold, bed linen is all stained, towels are even worse, two times they went to the reception with a complaint, caught the cleaners and asked them to clean, the cleaning staff understands only in their own language, which is very difficult to explain. If you are not confused by the rooms, then the hotel itself is super.

We rested for the second time with the children. Everyone was satisfied. The room was taken 3+2. There is not enough lighting, but it is difficult. The food has become even more diverse. There are many vacationers with children. There were practically no flies this year. The only problems were with the cleanliness of the coffee cups in the lobby. Everyone liked the rest.
