We had a rest at the end of July this year and we really, really liked everything! A great place, the beach is very close, beautiful territory and very comfortable rooms with terraces, delicious and varied food, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from the Ferris wheel! I especially want to note the attitude of the owners and staff! Jeanne, you are a good girl, thank you for the detailed advice when booking, meeting at the train station and quickly responding to all requests and solving all problems! Lily is the most attentive and nimble waiter-very friendly and responsible, Dina is our clean maid, a little fairy who can solve any of your questions, Farah is a special greeting to you, as promised))) Thank you all for a wonderful vacation! I really hope to see you next year and I believe that Marseille will become even more beautiful and comfortable! Good luck to you!!!

I really liked the Marseille recreation area, delicious and varied food, clean comfortable rooms, beautiful territory, 30-40 meters to the shore, there is a large swimming pool, Playground, football field on the territory. Very polite staff, in a word, we really liked it, we will come to you again.

Location: it is a 5-minute walk to the lake, there are not enough sun loungers from the hotel on the beach. Nutrition: average, it seems there is an assortment, BUT it is not cooked or cold. The most important thing is that there is no established work: the milk is over - you need to ask for it, there are no dishes - you need to tell them to replenish it. The staff at the distribution in the kitchen runs away to replenish food and dishes when a free employee just walks around and looks at how he is not coping. Dinner was from 18:00 to 20:00, our time was from 19:00 to 20:00, the children went to dinner at 19:30 so they were not allowed in - they said the time was up. On the territory, no one monitors silence and order: children can run and scream on the playground until one o'clock in the morning. There are no clothes dryers, the laundry had to be dried on the railing-so they wanted to fine non-white hotel towels.

We have been vacationing with our daughters this year since 18.08. We were in Alakol for the first time.I really liked Marcel Aoacol.The staff and service are very good.The food is very tasty and varied.Although, those who have been here for several years say that the food used to be much better.The beach is nearby.The rooms for living are very comfortable.There is everything.Almatv,refrigerator , air conditioning.the Internet catches it well.And near the dining room, WiFi is generally working.In general, I recommend it.You will not wish!

The kitchen is great. They cook from the heart, better even than at home. Thanks to the chefs. The rooms are standard everywhere, but there is no sound insulation, everything can be heard in the neighboring rooms (the child is crying, the neighbor is swearing, other songs are singing or music is playing loudly). The rooms are clean, thanks to the girls, they do the cleaning every day. There is no administrator at the reception, he always goes somewhere, at least the phone number would be indicated, he has to call the tour operator to solve some questions, which once again irritates not only us but also the tour operator

The recreation area is not bad. The rooms are excellent - mattresses, air conditioning, shower, refrigerator, kettle.
There was a table with chairs near the room -it is very convenient.
I really liked the Marcel salad. There are sun loungers on the beach from the hotel. The food was not bad (according to the type of Kaganate), but it was very hot in the dining room, like in a bathhouse, we came later when almost everyone had eaten and it was still hot. One air conditioner can't cope, the dining room is not small

The room was nice, but the towels given to us were stained (not washed), the houses themselves are close to the lake. The food and the catering itself are bad: there is almost no choice of dishes, no greens, no fruits, tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, onions from vegetables. The portions are small. I'm full of tomatoes for the year ahead)))) You have to take a queue to the dining room, and as it turned out, come and stand at the end of the queue without asking "how many people are still behind you?" - it's fraught, you can get hurt))) Since they occupy families, they themselves sit somewhere, 1-2 people stand, and then 10 more people run in. In general, wild customs in the dining room)
There are 14 umbrellas on the beach, and 3-4 times more sun beds. It is necessary to occupy sun beds under umbrellas (if you do not want to roast all day under the scorching sun) at 4.30-5.00 in the morning. And the most interesting thing is, the man borrowed, left his towel and that's it - for this day, his lounger. And if someone takes it away while the occupant is resting in the room after lunch, there will be a scandal. We saw a fight about the sunbeds)))) There are no showers and toilets on the beach, we went to the toilet of the neighboring hotel (it is not on the beach itself, but nearby), it costs 100 tenge.
In general, there is no service, the food is poor, the only advantage is Lake Alakol (it is beautiful, especially at 5 am, and this is not ironic!), and we got a good room in the house. Well, we were lucky with the weather, of course, only on the day of departure there was a hurricane and rain, the rest was hot.
Also, one of the advantages of this holiday is that I lost 1.5 kg of weight😂👌
There is a cafe "Carp" near the beach, where carp are baked deliciously😍
I wish the guys from the hotel to improve the service and solve the issue of catering (put not 2, but 4 people on the distribution) so that there are no long and long queues. Also pay attention to the range and quality of the food offered to the guests, not everything looks appetizing (for example, overcooked chicken), and I would like butter on bread, not cheap margarine. And there should be salad greens, and at least some fruits -seasonal berries, the same watermelons, melons, apples.
Nevertheless, you charge expensive for a room with meals, translated into rubles - 9200 rubles. per day for two people. And unfortunately, you don't have rooms without food.

The hotel is wonderful, the buffet is delicious, the restaurant and bar are fine, the hookah is bombastic, but the whole impression was spoiled by departure, when we stopped by, we did not count the towels, well, there was no inventory, in the morning when we took the room, 2 small towels were not found in it, but one large extra was, the maid said this could not be maybe 5 thousand tng was deducted from the deposit, we did not take towels, but we had a very long road ahead, 18 hours, so we did not drive to the truth.
I advise you to count the towels and everything in the room when you check in, otherwise there may be problems.
Also, the promised Wi-Fi appeared only on the third day out of 4 that we were there, again a deception

Recreation center Marseille on Lake. Alakol, vacation: August 2023. Food GUARD! It's the same thing every day. The queue is such that you don't want to stand, but the quantity and quality leaves much to be desired. When I politely asked for fried eggs from TWO eggs for breakfast for the child (well, he does not eat porridge and bread with cheese), then in response I heard the indisputable: IT is NOT ALLOWED! ONE EGG FOR ONE PERSON! For lunch, the same story: INSTEAD of meatballs or two tiny wings of chicken with pasta, I ask you to put ONLY a full portion of pasta, I heard NO! YOU CAN'T! Everything cooked is NOT DELICIOUS! It's August outside-there's not a gram of fruit, watermelon, or melon in the dining room. For two adults and two children per day, they paid a very small amount for accommodation and meals, 30,000 TENGE per person. And I can't ask for one extra fried egg at 100 tenge (at the most daring prices) per piece?
There is only liquid soap in the room from hygiene items, there is no ventilation in the toilet room. Just outside the territory, the garbage can is overflowing and stinks mercilessly. There are desperately not enough sunbeds on the beach. On the beach, empty cans, bottles, fish bones, corn cobs are rarely cleaned, there are no urns. There are no changing rooms or toilets. And the prices are at least the same as in Turkey last year.

Hello everyone We are resting in this place for the first time, I'm glad that I saw reviews about food only on the train. Everything that is written about the terrible menu, queues and food is absolutely true!!!
To my suggestion not to pay for food, the receptionist replied that then we would not be given a room, we had to take it with food. There is only rice and pasta with cutlets on the menu, to my questions, the administrator, praised below, replied that they have a dining room system, apparently from the 80s and they are not going to change anything.
The whole impression is ruined on the 2nd day of my stay, if I come next year, it's definitely not to this loudly named resort.

A terrible impression of being in a hotel. The renovation in the rooms leaves much to be desired.
