Just terrible service! Complete lack of customer service.

A friend gave my husband and me a certificate on our wedding day. Its validity period is 3 months. 3 weeks before the end of the certificate, we called the salon to make a reservation, but we were told that everything was busy and offered our products or another procedure for this amount; communication with the administrator was very rude). Neither option suited us. We asked to extend the certificate for 1 month, but the salon director refused and offered to refund the money. This very strange decision surprised us. But what can I do....I had to take my friend and we went to write a refund application together. We arrived, wrote, the administrator sent it to the accounting department, where everything was approved. After 10 days, the money was not returned, my friend called the salon. She was accused of not specifying the banking details correctly (she specified everything correctly) and did not leave her contact number (no one asked us about this)
My friend went again to rewrite the application (she was asked to do so)
When she arrived, it turned out that she needed to specify another 100,500 data, which she did not have with her, since she had already given the certificate. Once again, she spent 30 minutes punctuating everything, but the money was never returned. This whole situation might not have happened if the certificate had been extended for a month. Maybe we're wrong about something, but I haven't had this kind of precipitation for a long time. I hope fate will never bring us together with this salon again. 😉

Unfortunately, we couldn't feel the quality of the services, but the service at the salon is disgusting. I wanted to use the certificate I gave, but when I tried to call and make an appointment, there was no response, and it was impossible to select the necessary service on the website on my own - there was no list.
When I asked for an extension of the validity period of the certificate, I received in response "you had three months," the writing style (as well as the girl's answers when I managed to get through after a few days) is outright rude. At the same time, when I initially called another salon in the network, I left an exceptionally positive impression. No matter what unique services the salon offers, I don't recommend it.
