Perhaps the best hotel in Tsakhkadzor. The location is within walking distance from the center, the third line of cottages behind the Marriott. Calm, not noisy, with a view of the city. There are no shops nearby, they are all in the center. But according to my own impressions, it is better to walk from Marrone than to live in the center of Tsakhkadzor. A new hotel, with a pleasant design, cozy rooms, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY CLEAN! The staff is as polite and friendly as possible. They provide everything you need: on the ground floor there is a kitchen with a stove, microwave and utensils for common use. Free bottled water is available at the reception. In the rooms there are kettles, tea, sugar, glasses with cups, disposable slippers, toothbrushes with paste, soap, shower gels and shampoos. TV with YouTube and Netflix.
There are no air conditioners in the rooms, BUT the weather in this city does not force them to be installed, since there is no prolonged sweltering heat, at night and in the late afternoon it is quite cool even in the middle of summer. There are batteries for winter tourists. There is a shared terrace where you can sit at a table. You can also iron, wash and dry things in a separate room. Everything you need is also provided. Of all Armenia, this is probably the only place where you want to return💝 Delivery from restaurants and shops is possible (for example, grocery Yerevan City)

A great new hotel. High-quality modern finish, made in pleasant colors gray and beige. A small hotel behind the villas of the Mariott Hotel. It is located on a hill, the extreme line from the mountain range. It takes about 20 minutes to walk down to the center. To the cable car uphill, 25 minutes on foot. There is a good shared kitchen, all necessary utensils and a beautiful view terrace for coffee or eating.
