An ordinary hotel. A good attitude. I liked the breakfasts - we could easily do without lunch. There is a bus stop nearby. And it's a 35-minute walk to the center.

I have a small room, but it is quite cozy with all the amenities. The hotel has a fruit garden, a shady garden, a recreation area, a dining room. The staff is only commendable.

A budget hotel almost in the center of Yerevan. Very friendly hosts and staff of the hotel. We spent a week here and were very satisfied. The owners respond to any request. Home environment, quiet and peaceful place, cleanliness. There is a public transport stop within a three-minute walk, from where it is easy to get to the city center. The buses run well, so there is no need for a taxi. I recommend it!

A simple but cozy hotel with a wonderful territory. There was nothing in our room to place clothes except an open hanger. But we managed.
The pillows are asking for a replacement.
Pleasant hosts. We responded to all requests.

There are amenities, shower, toilet, cleanliness, always fresh linen. The owners are adequate, but the cleaning lady is one with a bang. It turned out that you need to negotiate with her in advance if you want to wash clothes in the washing machine, pay her and she will wash, although on the first day of Hasmik, the hostess did not say a word about the fact that the washing is paid or you need to coordinate it with the cleaner and pay for it... In general, the place is not bad, close to the center, there is a private green courtyard, you can sit, 4 only because of the incomprehensible washing I put, there are no problems paying for the laundry, you just need to warn in advance that they say so and so, the washing is paid, etc ... and not a surprise

I liked the hotel. Kindly accepted. The room is clean. It is convenient that there are sofas in the hall, and tables and swings on the street. There is a room where you can warm up food, iron clothes. The location is also quite good. Walk to the center for half an hour.

Convenient location (walking distance to the central square is 30 minutes maximum, there is also a public transport stop and a bus station nearby; the area itself is quiet, calm). The staff is friendly and attentive to their guests.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. The only thing missing is the shelves in the bathroom)

Convenient location, 2-3 minutes from the bus stop and the central bus station, the city center can be reached in 25-30 minutes by walking, there is a pharmacy next to the bus stop. The room had air conditioning and a fan, both worked perfectly, there was also a refrigerator, a TV and an electric kettle. Nice beds with soft mattresses, a view of the neighboring hotel from the window. The staff will clean the room upon request. The water in the bathroom could sometimes spontaneously change the pressure, the drain did not always work well, but, in general, these are insignificant moments. I would like to express special gratitude to the hostess Hasmik, a very sweet, responsive and kind girl! She helped me with any questions, always met me halfway, thank you very much! Yes, everything is very simple, yes everything is very budget-friendly, BUT for this price you will get a decent bed, clean linen, your own shower and toilet (clean), there is a guarded Parking lot, not far from the city center. Polite staff. I recommend it for this price!
