Steaks are just something, they took the author's rib eye - the balance of taste and tenderness is simply amazing, I will definitely come back to try the rest of the positions. The interior deserves special praise, restrained and stylish at the same time. We booked a table in front of the kitchen to watch how they cook, it was interesting to watch how the cook prepares our steak. The service did not disappoint either, a nice girl met me, gave me a short tour of the institution. Special thanks to the waiter Maxim, who told me in detail about the steaks and recommended wine for them. In general, we were delighted, we will definitely come back again.

We waited for the steak for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Despite the fact that we were sitting in front of the kitchen , and we see that there is no congestion in the barbecue area ! We called the administrator, she began to explain this by saying that the meat is cooked for up to 40 minutes ... (apparently a steak for 3 minutes on each side, in our understanding it takes 40 minutes ), the administrator also said that we are working in test mode (and we are apparently rabbits).We asked us to pay for two salads and a bar, and we're leaving. To which the administrator replied that the steak was already being prepared and we would have to pay for it. As an apology, we were treated to napoleons... which did not save the situation at all.
Take into account that the table is booked for 2 hours, the dish was brought to us only after 1 hour40-50 minutes. There were threads in the plates, which the waiter did not pay attention to, the waiter said that she would go to the kitchen to find out the weight of the meat and inform us, in the end they just brought us a steak (and if we had not sagged at this weight?), the empty glasses were not removed. Meat is served without anything. There was no salt, no pepper, no sprig of greenery nearby. Do you want salt? Pay 5 rubles. Do you want a sauce - 5 rubles.
With our experience, this is the first time we have seen this. Such an attitude ... to sit at an empty table for 40 minutes at first, eat, and sit for another 50 minutes ... well, I'm sorry ... they asked for the bill, and waited until they calculated us for 10 minutes, in the end we spat and left. Let these 9 rubles that should be in the change bring them good luck.

I ordered a marble beef brisket with mashed potatoes and was completely delighted! I advise you to try it. The staff is friendly, the service is at a good level, a nice waiter girl. Absolutely not friendly, with negative energy. When we left, instead of saying goodbye, she stood in the hall and scolded the waitress in front of us. In general, it spoils the whole atmosphere a little.
