I visit this store very often, marmalade is just a dump of the head, fresh, soft, staff service 10/10, I constantly get on the same blonde girl ..

I really hope that these reviews are read by a person who is interested in the work of this facility as a source of income in the first place..!!! Today we went with a child to buy a balloon with helium, the seller pumped it very small, when asked why such a small balloon, the seller began to resent and shout that her face would burst if she pumped more, when asked to behave correctly with customers, the seller simply shouted over and indignantly shouted at the whole store if I refuse paying for the balloon, paying for helium is mandatory... We bought a balloon for a child, BUT the question is, where do you get such employees, why is it allowed to behave so rudely. Well, of course, the question disappears if it is only the daughter of the owner of your store chain... Disgusting behavior, disrespect, lack of understanding of work in the service sector.

I often buy marmalade in this shop, usually everything is delicious, but unfortunately sometimes I come across very hard marmalades, I think they mix fresh with already pretty dried. This is not very pleasant considering the not cheap price tag of the product.
The other day, intending to go for marmalades again, I did not dare to do it, the owner of the store yelled at the seller so much that the windows were blue. Disgusting behavior!!! Just out of the ordinary!! I understand that there are various working moments, but this attitude of the head is unacceptable! He scares his customers away. I still did not dare to go in, left without sweets, and the seller, apparently, is hysterical.

There was a very friendly blonde saleswoman on shift) She suggested that it was better to try out what she liked best, on her recommendation she took Pringles "lime and cheese" chips, different bars. I liked everything very much, now I will come to them for unusual sweets, I really advise you!

I went to the store yesterday, I had to pack a gift and inflate balloons. The seller was very welcoming, helped with the selection of balloons, did everything at the highest level. I also bought a marmalade mix, it was very fresh. I will definitely come back again, I recommend taking a look.

A disgusting dot, just with horribly rancid ice cream. This is generally a non-fraternal morody and it is impossible to eat it. I had to throw it out. During 10 minutes of being in the store, not a single visitor. I'm not sure about the freshness of marmalade with such a passability. But absolutely do not take ice cream because it's disgusting!!! Terrible service. The sales girl did not say hello, she was sitting at the cash register with a dissatisfied face. She answered all the questions rudely. I immediately lost the desire to buy something there.
I had to pack a gift. As for me, it's very expensive, but I didn't want to go anywhere else. After such a "greeting", I immediately changed my mind. Don't set foot there anymore.

Our family often visits this shop-we all love marmalade) maybe we're lucky-but we haven't come across anything stale)and they also sell this incredibly delicious Kobrin ice cream 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
