I am writing a review for those who are currently considering whether to go to the Marmaris Park Hotel or not. Definitely not. I have not felt such disappointment from the hotel for a long time.
My son (13 years old) we always said that everything in Turkey would amaze him: the hotel, the animation, and the food.
We had a vacation in Europe, but now we finally decided to show Turkey.
Alas. The "wow" effect turned out to be exactly the opposite. Almost everyone was crying when checking in. The hotel is not just "tired", but has been "retired" for a long time.
A photo of the room and the view from it is attached. I don't even want to write. But what finally finished me off - there are no glasses or wine glasses in the room - only 3 plastic cups.
We tried to change the hotel in the morning, but there was nothing to choose from, and we had to pay 1000 euros at least.
The hotel offered us other rooms, in the end, we chose one with a (small) sea view with an additional fee of 260 euros.
Food- there is not much choice. Fruits are kept to a minimum. Dessert is monotonous.
Animation- the Turkish guys tried their best. But it is difficult to understand why it is difficult to buy a new water volleyball net (and not to stretch almost the remaining rope).
The staff is polite. The only annoying one was the obsessive Ali, who offered his services every day (free travel to the city to the factories of leather, sweets, etc.). He sincerely wondered why the word "free" did not work? And when I heard (once again) a refusal, I started being rude.
Of course, our children had an unforgettable vacation. We, the adults, understood that we were trapped, but the children should not feel it. All water rides, scooter/bicycle rentals, bag rides and even paragliding. The children were so excited that they wanted to come there again.
But how much work did it cost us…
And it turned out) they still have in their heads, we once laid down the idea that Turkey is a country of wonderful holidays.
Before deciding on a vacation at the Marmaris Park Hotel, read the negative reviews. Everything about them is true. I don't have the strength to write about the same thing. And we are fools to fall for fake enthusiastic reviews.
But there is nothing particularly difficult and it is not necessary to do now so that the guests do not "get in" like that anymore.
It is only necessary to change the category of the hotel from five to three.

After reading a lot of reviews, there were mixed feelings. A lot of water and few facts.
Therefore, briefly about what happened and what impressions.
At first glance, the hotel seems acceptable.
It seems clean and the furniture is not as shabby as they say in other reviews. Yes, not new, but clean and tidy.
However, then a big "BUT"
begins, They are cleaned just terribly, some of the shelves have not been wiped once in 9 days.
The toilet and washbasin are always dirty.
There are no bathroom accessories, except soap and 3 ear sticks for 3 people for 9 days. One shampoo is a substitute shampoo, gel and balm.
There are no slippers or bathrobes.
Towels were changed in parts, then they were not reported, then they were not changed. I'm tired of swearing.
The bed linen was changed only upon request at the reception, although it should be changed every 3 days. Once they changed it in my presence for even dirtier bed linen, with stains. Disgusting.
Food is tolerable.
There is a choice, something is delicious, something is not very good. It's a matter of taste. But again, "BUT" there were few fruits, tasteless watermelon, not ripe plums and apples, which can be eaten in Russia. Where is the abundance and diversity ?
Drinks from the "all inclusive" series are within the norm.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, late dinner (soup) and two snack options (sweet and pizza). You won't stay hungry.
The soups are very tasty. Individual plus them.
There are a lot of sweets.
The animation is sparse, there is little entertainment for children. One slide into the sea and that's it.
A lot of wasps. Sooo many wasps. It is impossible to eat on the street without their company.
But if you are not afraid of them, then everything is fine.
The pool is large, of different depths, + there is a children's pool.
But they clean it so-so, there is a lot of dirt on the bottom.
There are almost always enough sun beds.
There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception.
We had anex, the guides were friendly and always helped.
There is a pharmacy with Russian speakers 10 minutes from the hotel, by bus.
I do not advise you to take a taxi, you can travel around Marmaris by bus. They walk often, every 10-15 minutes and are 13 times cheaper.
The views are beautiful. But there are a lot of stairs, you just have to be ready for this.
I personally did not get into the entrance to the sea, the pool type. I like to enter the sea on the sand, sinking smoothly. Immediately from the stairs directly into the sea.
However, if you walk along the embankment to another hotel, you can swim on their beach, there is a smooth entry into the sea.
We liked the guided tours. We took Cleopatra and Dalyan, everything is great.
Excursions can be taken from both guides and locals. Local prices are 2 times cheaper. However, I had a negative experience with local guides, so I prefer not to save money and take it through a guide. In case of any disadvantages and problems, there will be someone to ask. Tour operators' guides are very worried about their reputation.
Separately, the souls on the territory of the hotel laughed. Just like in the village. We could make decent ones, like on a city beach.

A good rest on solid 5. The sea is clean, there are no waves, it is very convenient and comfortable for children. But the sea is refreshing + 24, for me it is important, you can tolerate the heat. Most importantly, we were at the peak of the heat on 07/10/21, but we did not feel it at all. Pine trees, shade, mountains, you can take a nap after lunch on the beach. View space. There is no sand, tiles everywhere, very convenient. You can jump off the pier, the water smells like watermelon. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. We had enough to eat. But this is not the main thing for us, a lot of vegetables, cheeses, salads, cold snacks, fish for lunch and dinner, delicious beef meat, turkey in various forms (fried, stewed), a lot of desserts and very diverse, I do not eat, but the children were delighted. If you want lobsters and crabs, then there is no such thing. But again, I am completely indifferent to food. My family and I have been to many places, Mexico, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Cuba, India, Montenegro, Cyprus, Greece, Spain, Tanzania, the Dominican Republic... etc., but this holiday is worthy. I will definitely return to Marmaris and it is to this hotel. The hotel is very green, calm and not intrusive, closer to Icmeler. There are no such places in Marmaris itself. I tried to write the review in as much detail as possible, but these are just my impressions.

The hotel is not 5 stars, as the tour operator told us, it has no stars at all, according to some system of its own, they equate themselves to five stars. The rooms are clean, but you are not looking for shampoo there, there is no tea set either, but there is an empty refrigerator, although there are two bottles of water. I 'm fucked up for breakfast, lunch and dinner are the same . Alcohol is a bodyguard . In general, except for the landscape, there is nothing to brag about in front of friends . I am currently staying at the hotel. The hotel is nice, but it is not 5 stars, as we are used to. It is very green, the sea is clean, transparent!!!! Amazing! The food is like everyone else's - the breakfasts are monotonous, everything else lunch and dinner are also normal. There are a lot of people now, it's the season, but there really is enough space for everyone. There are a lot of Russians, Turks. The location of the hotel is excellent, I think. Climbing the ladders is not very difficult. Who needs a good, clean sea, the smell of pine trees, come here)

If you want to relax in a bungalow surrounded by fragrant pine trees, wake up to the chirping of cicadas and be a couple of minutes walk to the sea, then Marmaris Park hotel is for you. The hotel is located in a green area between Marmaris itself and the resort village of Icmeler. You can get to the settlements by minibus / taxi / on foot or by bike, which the hotel itself offers for rent.
Marmaris Park is very quiet and cozy. Mostly couples have a rest. The animations are not noisy and bright, but rather "lamp-like", and at 23:00 everything ends. Most of the staff is Russian-speaking, but in bars (most likely) you will have to order in English or explain on your fingers. If everything is really sad, then some waiters are ready to talk to you through an interpreter! In any case, you will not be left without a cocktail or delicious Turkish coffee. The staff at Marmaris Park are very responsive and will help you solve your problem quickly!
As for the rooms themselves, everything is clean, decorous, noble and air-conditioned (I lived alone with my mother in a bungalow). They are cleaned every day, the mini bar with water is also replenished every day and a large pack of it is left at the door if there is suddenly not enough. On the downside, there is no electric kettle and ironing board, but the bars and the main restaurant are always open late.
The food in the Swedish restaurant is delicious! You won't find any delights there, but meat dishes will really please your mouth (a la carte Turkish restaurant serves a large portion with different types of meat and snacks). I was upset by the fact that there are practically no Turkish sweets, and if there are, they are not at all impressive :(
If your birthday falls on the dates of the trip, like mine, then a plate of fruit and a small bottle of locally produced red wine will be brought to your room. And if you are going to an a la carte restaurant on this day, then you will be treated to a happy cake with candles and a bowl 🎂
The territory of Marmaris Park is elongated and the beach from the stone pier is also quite long. There are soft sun beds and umbrellas everywhere. The SPA provides free towels, which can be exchanged once a day. You will swim with a view of the most beautiful bay of the Aegean coast, but the sun is quickly leaving it. It's already dark on the beach in the afternoon.
After swimming, you can take yourself on excursions offered by Anex tour. We visited two sea excursions that were for the whole day, got a lot of impressions and were completely satisfied! All trips are in a comfortable large air-conditioned bus, followed by a motorboat or yacht. They do not forget to feed anyone tasty and satisfying, and in principle all the amenities are available during the day. The guides are very cool and open! It is interesting to present information. We are always ready to answer questions about Turkey, local culture, tell you where Turkish delight is tastier, and where to bargain for a sheepskin coat you need to be bolder.
The trip with the Apex tour and the rest in the "home" Marmaris Park turned out to be very comfortable, pleasant and memorable. We will definitely go with them again.

We had a rest with our youngest son from July 13 to July 21 this year. Super 🙌 ! There are just no words how much we liked it. The sea is very warm. The room is great. We went on a special offer for 9 nights. The beach is 1 line. The length is 250 meters. The sun beds are excellent with mattresses. There was enough room for everyone. The staff is very polite. I have been visiting Marmaris 3 times since 2020. This time it was tropical heat. Well, it's very hot. The nutrition is excellent. Watermelon is just a dream. Fabulously delicious. The choice is excellent, I am very pleased. The sea is very clean and warm!!!! I recommend it. Great hotel, I will definitely come back again.

We are resting now, for the second time,this year everything is even better than last year,although the stars were lowered from 5 to 4...the cleanliness is perfect,the bed is comfortable,the food is delicious,thanks to the chefs, the toilets are sterile,paper,soap is in abundance, everything is perfect for us ...even without crystal chandeliers to the floor...very authentic and close to nature...the staff is friendly,,,there is no animation,we have fun with an incomparable view of the sea and mountains....the location is convenient, it is the same to go to Icmeler and Marmaris....I will come again without change!!!!!!!

The place is very beautiful, not far from Icmeler, to Marmaris by taxi or minibus. The food is normal, not super-duper, but delicious. The room was patched, we were doing repairs on the first day, I thought they would curse us at the reception, only the card reader was repaired for half a day. There is only one key, to return from an excursion in the middle of the night and not wake anyone up is utopia. Either knock on the whole corridor or go to the reception. The key is tightly connected to the card, there are no additional keys, the concept of the hotel. The mattresses are hard, like a baby bed is short and super-hard. And I have a baby 190 cm. Cleaning is rare, the maid still needs to be caught, while in 5 minutes of cleaning she makes up something with wilted flowers on the bed. I don't need flowers, I need to take out the trash and change the towels. There is no extractor hood in the bathroom, all the smells are in the room. The air conditioner in the room blows right on the bed, but even when turned off it makes strange noises. There are few outlets, little lighting in the room, there are no shelves for things in the closet, just one compartment with hangers. There are the most disgusting umbrellas and sun beds on the beach, to set the sun beds in the sitting position, you need to get up and pull it for 3 minutes. The beach is made like a swimming pool, it is not suitable for children, it is not here to play in the sand. There are no umbrellas on the pier, given the lack of seats - they could have put them there, without umbrellas there is a fast smoking area. There is no evening animation, water polo, tennis, water aerobics in the afternoon. The SPA at the hotel disappointed, they took a peeling with a foam massage, the hammam was cold, the peeling was off, and the hair was washed with household soap. This concept was explained.

We are resting at the hotel now. Of the advantages, only a good location. And that's it, from the word at all! This is a rolled 3*. It seems that as the hotel was built about 25 years ago, nothing was changed. Upon arrival, the horror on the faces of all tourists at the entrance to the hotel lobby. Even tears have been seen in women. The furniture is old everywhere. The deck chairs are living out their days, the mattresses on them are scary to touch. At least the umbrellas by the pool are large, but on the beach they are wicker and just for show. The beach is a long slab with descents into the sea. The towels and linen are all old. I'm sure that most people don't use such towels for rags anymore. The room opens with a key, huge, like in old hotels. He's one for the number! The room is dark. The plumbing is terrible, it's holding on with the last of its strength. You have to call the master all the time. There is no cleaning. The maid must be caught. Water is supplied to the rooms on the day of arrival. The safe is paid. Wi-Fi is weak, but decent in the lobby. The restaurant fully corresponds to the hotel. The plates are all chipped, the napkins are dirty and terribly wrinkled, the floor is always dirty. The food is a canteen, but it's cheap. The cooks managed not to spoil only the watermelons). The children's table is just a mockery. In general, you can write a lot more. The most important thing is that the hotel is not for children, not for those who are used to normal service. I don't advise anyone to set foot here themselves.

The hotel corresponds to the three-star level. There are a lot of people, there is almost no entertainment. The court has one name (it is impossible to play on it, it is so old and broken). One of the advantages is the food and a great promenade with beautiful views nearby. There are a lot of algae in the water and swimming is unpleasant.

Another thing is that there are simply no frills, but there is everything you need. The bar is modest: gin, vodka, brandy, beer, dry wine and a small list of cocktails for free, everything else is for money. There are no juices!!!! There is cola, sprite, fanta. There is a children's table (but it is more of a parody, not for small children). This hotel is not for small children! Solid stairs, no pool for kids. Panton beach. Convenient descent into the water. There's algae at the bottom! There is a slide. I didn't notice any guards from the beach. Room cleaning for three. Entertainment for three with a minus. This is not a reproach to the animation guys, they are great. This is addressed to the owner of the hotel! There is an electric piano at the reception, and a musician plays in the evenings from time to time. We took an excursion from Anex for $ 55 to Dolyan. The guide was great, but the tour clearly does not pull at this price!!!! The bus was comfortable, we caught crabs, saw turtles, swam in the sea on the waves, but at the expense of visiting mud and eating at lunch, it's just a nightmare. Profanity is real, don't see it. Then they brought it to the store, where they were forced to buy fruit and berry wine for $ 25 after tasting! So think carefully. These excursions are much cheaper on the street!!!! Wi-Fi in the main building takes well. I don't know what's in the bungalow. On the beach, the Internet takes well next to the restaurant where beer and pizza are baked! In short, according to the rating of the hotel, in my opinion, and I am a level 30 expert in Yandex 4.2-4.3 no more!
