Excellent and varied food for all ages. Good-natured staff. Gorgeous views. Clear sea. Walking distance to Icmeler and Marmaris. The rooms are cleaned and linen and towels are changed every day. One of the disadvantages for us is:
1. Animation (there is no entertainment. Only for small children there is a mini disco, sometimes in the pool there is volleyball for children. )
2. One small and not deep pool.
3. The hotel is more like a sanatorium.

Of the cons: they gave a room with a view of the wall, such rooms should be sold cheaper. It turns out that everyone pays the same, but in the end you live in a terrible room!!!!! There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, but she is kind of warm. He's doing you a favor by talking to you!!!! The sun beds are not designed for resident tourists. They are all occupied in the morning and if you come after breakfast, then there is simply no place to lie down both under umbrellas and in the sun. You have to sit at the bar and wait for something to be released! Dry things only on the balcony railing. There is no normal blanket in the room, this is very important for me, we sleep under some kind of large towel, it is very uncomfortable under the air conditioner.
On the plus side: the sea view is stunning, the beach is large enough and it is comfortable to go into the sea. There is no sand here. But this has its advantages. The food is still normal! For alcoholic beverages: beer, gin, brandy, vodka, wine (not really for me), if possible, bring it with you, which I did. There are no problems with glasses. If you choose this hotel, be prepared not to walk, but to constantly go up and down the stairs!

A spoiled vacation. I rarely write bad negative reviews. The hotel claims to be highly rated. Check-in was at 23. They gave me the key to the room (not a card, but 1 key for two, which is very inconvenient) and showed me where to go with my hand. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful, it stands on a mountain, but at night the guests themselves were looking for their rooms on the steps with suitcases. From 23-30 to 24-30, only soup was offered from the food. It got really sad here after I saw foam rubber flowers in foil vases. The big advantage of the hotel is its location surrounded by trees and the presence of a gorgeous promenade for many kilometers and of course the sea, where a huge turtle sails in the morning. But after two days, I didn't feel up to the sea. An itchy rash appeared, and the next morning it became more. And it was only by the third morning that I realized that these were bug bites. I took off the sheet and saw maggots, products of the vital activity of bedbugs. Terrified, I ran to the reception asking to change the room and help with medicines from the calculations. It was Sunday, they offered to look for a taxi and go to the pharmacy on duty. They refused to change the number due to the lack of available ones and offered to process it. They were ventilated for three hours after treatment, but at night my daughter and I woke up from a severe headache (possibly due to insecticide). On the last night, we left at 4 a.m. I got up all bitten again, and there are a lot of maggots in the bed. We arrived home, instead of resting, we process all the clothes and bags. Be careful, I recommend checking the mattresses before checking in.

Hotel solid 4. Excellent value for money. Friendly, helpful staff, good room cleaning, a large selection of dishes. Convenient location, its own beach, surrounded by greenery. The animation is very conditional, but there is. The hotel is not for a youth hangout, it is more designed for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the silence, the sea and beautiful views.

Good time of the day! We stayed at this hotel from 29.08 to 08.09. A pleasant impression! Polite staff, varied food (slightly pumped up breakfasts, but the taste and color ...), pine trees throughout, clean and cozy rooms. I would especially like to mention the staff at the restaurant, they are such nice guys!
The hotel is 1.5 hours away. walk along the promenade to Marmaris, or 15 min. ride on a minibus. The picturesque village of Icmeler can be reached in 20 minutes along the promenade.
The beach is clean, sun beds with mattresses, however, to take a good place, they came at 6:30. But it's worth it: the sea is calm and gentle in the morning!
We would be happy to recommend this hotel for a holiday.

Although the hotel is old, it is located on a green area. Some bungalows have been renovated, but not all. Beautiful fenced water area, the water is clean. The center of Marmaris is 5 km away, a wonderful walk along the embankment. Rather for the 45+ category
Of the minuses: 1. bungalows are arranged in tiers, there are a lot of stairs (for those with leg problems)! 2. The choice in the restaurant is modest, but you will not stay hungry.) 3. The area by the sea after lunch falls into the shade (. You can move to the pontoon, in the sun, but it's not a fact that there will be free space.
Overall, a quiet, peaceful hotel. If you are looking for a first-class vacation, it's better to look for something else)

We had a rest in June, I really liked it. The weather is great, it's 28 degrees hot in the afternoon, 21 in the evening. Mountains, sea, greenery. The interesting architecture of the hotel. There are different levels with stunning views of the sea and islands.
The room is spacious, we rested with my husband and son for 11 years. The rooms are cleaned every day.
The beach is not classic, made of slabs. The entrance to the water is via comfortable ladders, 4 steps and a pleasant sandy bottom. When we booked, we doubted about this. But it turned out to be very convenient. It's better than a pebble beach, where you won't step on it in the heat and your feet hurt in general. On the beach there are sun loungers, umbrellas, a table 1 for 2 sun loungers. Toilet and shower. Towels were taken and handed over on the same day in the evening, conveniently.
The food is varied and delicious, but I wanted more fruits. We had only watermelons, apples and apricots (sometimes they were completely green). There are many types of delicious cheeses.
There is no animation, but we don't need it. There is a disco in the evening. And there is also a transfer to the clubs from the hotel for a small fee. Every day is different.
There is a public transport stop near the hotel, you can go and see the surroundings.
The staff is polite, not intrusive.

I've seen reviews that the food is not very good! Bullshit! The choice is not huge, but there is plenty of everything. The main problem of nutrition is that they cook very tasty, sweets I don't even know who cooked it or who, it's just indecently delicious - well, honestly! I really liked it!
The beach has a nuance, there is a descent down the stairs and there are stones, you need to be prepared for this, it is better to take aquasocks, but there is sand right after the beach cafe. The slide is for an amateur, the child rode in delight, I do not advise adults to kill themselves, it looks like it is not quite calculated for the mass of an adult.
The rooms are cleaned well, there are no complaints.
That's exactly why you have to go there - it's a view, it's just from another reality!

A good hotel for a relaxing holiday.
Great location, wonderful views wherever you look.
Of course, it's 3* and no more.
For relaxation, it is better to take all shampoos and so on with you, there is nothing in the room except soap. Water every day, cleaning too.
As for the food, everything was great for me, a large selection of different vegetables, there was chicken and fish, some days lamb and beef were very tasty.
Minus the fruits, at the beginning of June there were only apples and half-green apricots for three days, then watermelons were added.
Alcohol is mediocre, it is better to take it with you.
Animation is generally unobtrusive, I appreciate that.
The staff is friendly and always ready to help.
A beautiful promenade, in both directions from the hotel, take a walk in the evening or ride bicycles. You can go to the beach in Icmeler, convenient entrance if you want variety.
Coincidentally or always, I don't know, but on Friday there was a big Turkish race, well, there was less calm, very noisy..
This is my first time in this region and I was so fascinated by nature and the views that the minor shortcomings of the hotel did not spoil the rest at all. I didn't want to leave.

I definitely do not recommend it, at this price you can find a hotel where you can sleep at night. We were placed on the upper, 4th level, the noise from the highway, along which trucks, buses and motorcycles rush at night, is very disturbing. There is no noise-canceling wall.

We rested in this hotel with a large company . Great location , the whole Hotel is shaded by pine trees. The beach is private until 16 :00 sun , after shade . The pier is under the rays of the sun until evening . The food is varied , I will not say that it is super , but the assortment is large. Two ala carte restaurants , fish and meat ( delicious ) . Very quiet and gone . The one who wants to have fun is not here . We amused ourselves , the animation works poorly . But it 's not that important to us . Rooms with antique furniture , small , with additional You can 't dance with the bed . Cabinets are not convenient , without shelves . The suitcases were not completely disassembled because there was no place to put things . Cleaning every day , but the linen is wrinkled .

A wonderful hotel for a relaxing holiday! I was immediately given a beautiful renovated room with a flat-screen TV and new air conditioning, on the first line and sea view from the balcony! The promenade under the window turned out to be completely not loud, despite the reviews, I did not feel any anxiety from it, I slept peacefully at night. The cleaning is good. Upon check-in, they helped carry the suitcase to the room, upon check-out (there was a large check-out), a golf cart drove around the territory, helped deliver the suitcases to the reception.
Money is exchanged at the reception. There is always a Russian-speaking employee.
The hotel is very relaxing – there is almost no animation, lounge background music in the restaurant, no noise on the beach. There are almost no small children, since the beach is a platform, grown–up children ride a slide right into the sea almost all day)) Evening animation – Latin dances, Turkish night, mini disco (not every day). In the afternoon, volleyball, darts, a ball in the pool, yoga. But it's all somehow very dosed, don't count on it too much.
The green area, everything is covered in pines, the heat is very easy to bear!!! It was up to +43, we survived))
There are always places at the tables during meals. There was always a place on the beach, too, you just need to go a little to the side, closer to the slide. Half of the umbrellas are not straw, but fabric, you can manage to borrow. I had enough straw for me!
The food is delicious / There is always a grill, fish, lots of vegetables and greens! There is an incredible selection of pastries for breakfast! The water in the bar is available all day, in bottles.
The spa center at the hotel is super masseuses (my huge thanks to Irina), the hammam is not very good, the sauna is excellent.
In general, I returned from the hotel reborn – rebooted, inhaled-swam, calmed my nerves. That's happiness! 😊

I liked the hotel. Not suitable for lovers of sandy beaches. The entrance to the water is like a swimming pool with a concrete embankment.
The sun beds are comfortable, they stand on it in a maximum of 3 rows. Some are under the pines. The bathing area is wide, the buoys are far away. The beach is long. The hotel has its own pier, you can call a water taxi to Marmaris, Icmeler, Turuncha. I advise you to use it, because it is a pleasant walk by the sea!
I liked the food. A rich selection of cheeses in the morning, They give fish, There is always watermelon. There was quite a decent wine for all inclusive. I've tried red and white. The territory is large - a pine forest, located on a mountain, many stairs. I really liked.
The rooms are spacious, the furniture is good, but not new. The air conditioner worked well.
The plumbing is normal.
The room even had hooks (hanger) on the wall!
The safe is chargeable, but we did not use it.
And a beautiful promenade for walking. We walked once to the center of Marmaris - 1.5 hours with stops in the photo. In the evening, you can take a walk to Icmeler.

The territory of the hotel is very green, consists of small buildings on a slope in the forest. There is a lot of shade from trees, but also a lot of steps. It is not very convenient for people with disabilities. Along the sea there is a promenade from Icmeler to Marmaris. The restaurant is big.The cook is great!!! The bartender girl is a fire, and all the guys are well done, very friendly and nimble. Service 5+ The sea is wonderful, with small children is not suitable due to the lack of sand on the beach. There is only a swimming pool with a children's slide. I was at the hotel in late June-early July 2024.The hotel is on a mountain, pine trees, its beach is unusual-tiled, not slippery, but the feet are always clean.Descent into the sea by metal ladders.I occupied a sunbed with a mattress at 7 a.m., immediately went to breakfast.The room was given in bungalow 339 with a sea view, thanks a lot to the staff.The room has a bed with a comfortable mattress, a coffee table with two armchairs, bedside tables,a wardrobe with hangers, no shelves, a safe for a fee, a mini fridge with water,a TV with Russian channels.Shower,dispenser with gel,soap,cotton pads, cap.Balcony,2 chairs,no clothes dryer,no slippers,kettle.Excellent cuisine, wonderful chefs, always in the hall.The hotel is large, there are a lot of people, the waiters managed to bring everything.Soups, cakes, vegetables,meat, fish.Excellent service staff!There is no ice cream.The hotel has a spa, hammam and sauna, I went to the hammam daily when I was free from customers.Many thanks to the staff!The sea is without waves,cool (24-25),clean,the bottom is mainly algae, fish.There is a promenade, everyone enjoys strolling in the evenings.The surrounding nature is magnificent:the sea, the mountains, the pines.A solid four.I would love to go again, but it's too expensive.Last year, the two of them had a vacation for such an amount, this year alone.They check in after 14, so Wi-Fi appears only after check-in.There is practically no one in the room, very weak.

Great hotel. The combination of pine trees with palm trees is simply amazing. The animation of course leaves much to be desired, but at the same time it is very good that there are no loud parties in the morning, all the people go to bed by about one o'clock at night, when the bar closes. The area is cozy, but there is always a problem with sun beds in the season. At 7 a.m., everything is already occupied. The food is quite varied, there is a children's menu, and sweets, coffee machines at every step, everything is free. We visited the hotel twice, in May and in September. We were very satisfied. We recommend it, and we will definitely go again

We are resting here, September 2023, the sea is 28, fabulous,sanatorium rest,a huge territory,a decent pool,delicious food,you can take a promenade to Icmeler (15 min) for a party and delicatessen or Marmaris (hour +) along the equipped embankment, in the evening we walked daily. The rooms are small, the plumbing is new, everything you need is there, the room is with a sea view, but we did not sit on the balcony, actually, we do not smoke, and at 32-38 it is better in a room with a balcony.The staff is smiling and polite.We visited the spa and liked it. The sea is full of fish, the water is clear as a tear. There are many interesting excursions around the bays. If you are not a party person and not a perfectionist, you will be very happy with your vacation.

I want to leave a review about our Marmaris Park hotel. The hotel is located on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. The hotel complex is located on the first line. The buildings are built in tiers, due to this, it is not clear at all how many people there are in the hotel. It's like a half-empty hotel, there are no crowds. It is only during meals that you can see that the hotel is full. A very, very green area, lots of flowering plants and coniferous trees, which in combination with the humid sea air gives an amazing aroma!
The hotel has 1 swimming pool, 1 children's mini pool. There are always plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool. The Pool bar is located nearby, the range of drinks is standard for Turkey: juices, water, soda cola, sprite, fanta, beer, white and red wine, a number of alcoholic cocktails based on whiskey and gin are included in the price, there are also paid drinks. There is a separate menu with children's cocktails. One syrup and soda, of course. But the kids like it. They make milkshakes and hot chocolate there.
The beach line is very long, the entrance to the water from the stairs, which seemed very convenient to me! There are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The "first line" is always occupied from morning to early, but this is standard practice. The Mediterranean Sea is slightly cooler than the Black Sea, but the water is very clean, transparent to the bottom and has a pleasant greenish hue. The beach bar is located in the center of the beach, where soft drinks, beer are served, pizza and French fries are prepared at certain hours.
The feature of the hotel is a huge slide, but not in the pool, but facing directly into the sea. She's cool! There are always a lot of children and adults on it. We rode ourselves, but there was no way to pick up my daughter at all.
There is a tiny playground-I have never seen children on it.
The rooms are standard, the view is not always on the sea, sometimes on the garden, we got a non-view room with a view of a small front garden and a high wall on which lianas with greenery grew. At first it was annoying, they tried to change the number, but they couldn't. The receptionist referred to the hotel's busy schedule. By the way, the view is the only thing that did not suit us. Otherwise, the room is very comfortable, large, 3-seater, 1 single bed and 1 double, huge, with a comfortable mattress and pillows. Room with air conditioning, TV, mini fridge. Cleaning was done daily, there are no complaints, and if you leave a tip on the pillow, then they will make a flower out of towels. It's just nice).
Food: everything is conditional here, taste and color, as they say. It was delicious and there was more than enough for us (+3 kg on the scales for 9 days) for breakfast eggs, omelets, cereals with milk, the opportunity to fry toasts, cheeses, sausages, vegetables, beans. There were always hot pancakes. For lunch there are always 2 mashed soups, meat and fish, stews, pasta, potatoes in different types, rice. At dinner, there were always grilled chicken, meat or fish dishes – very tasty. Desserts are standard sponge cakes and puddings. Fruits were given daily watermelon and melon, apples, plums, grapes – not diverse, but very tasty and fresh. It's not that we weren't hungry, we were always overeating. There are 2 ala carte restaurants, but we haven't visited them.
There is a bar at the reception where Turkish coffee is brewed and snacks are served – brownies, cookies.
Our family is not a fan of noisy animation, but it should be noted that there were activities during the day: darts, volleyball in the pool. And every evening there is a children's disco, a simple one, for the youngest and a small (for half an hour -40 minutes) program for adults.
The hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. Everyone joked and flirted with the child. Overall, a very pleasant impression.
Great hotel. I recommend. Don't overestimate your expectations. The hotel is 4 stars, good, family-friendly and rather for a quiet measured rest. Lots of kids. 50/50 Russian speakers and foreigners.
Of the minuses, I will highlight the fact that upon arrival at night they did not feed and upon departure they did not give lunch boxes, they said take everything you need and water to your room for dinner.

I had a rest in May 2023 for a week.
The staff is polite and friendly.
I stayed in a single room. The room is small, the renovation is austere, everything is clean and tidy.
The view from the balcony is beautiful along the second line of buildings.
The food is excellent, the cuisine is good, varied.
There is no beach as such, there is an embankment and a pier with trapezes in the sea.
The territory is well maintained, green, the whole hotel is in the shade of pine trees.
There is a swimming pool, sauna and hammam.

Great hotel!
Before the trip, we read sooo many reviews, we were ready for everything, but we didn't have to prepare for anything, everything was great if we didn't build high expectations.
a good 4-star hotel, not a new hotel, not luxury rooms, but everything is there, a very green area, probably the greenest of all the hotels that stand nearby, a magnificent pier-beach, stunning views from the sea!
Room:
we lived in a bungalow on the ground floor, the bathroom is renovated, the room has everything you need, cleaning every day, towels are changed on request.
due to the fact that we had a ground floor, the room was always fresh, even if the air conditioner did not work all day.
Chairs and balcony railings were used instead of a dryer.
there were only 2 outlets in the room and 1 in the bathroom, but it was enough for us to charge all the gadgets on the way back.
Food:
it was delicious!
the breakfasts are monotonous, but there is a large selection, every day you can get yourself a different plate.
The baking is super!
lunch and dinner - a lot of things, sometimes hot alternated, but there was an opportunity to try everything a little bit.
there were few fruits: mostly watermelon and melon, plums / apples / orange / peaches, succumbed to lunch and dinner
there were a lot of desserts, most of those that were tasted turned out to be very tasty.
Service
Check-in from exactly 14:00, check-out at 12:00 (there is a room for luggage storage, but the most valuable things were taken to the beach).
Cleaning in the restaurant for 10/10, very quickly!
we came across dirty appliances a couple of times, but there was no problem to change them to clean ones, and after that we first paid attention to the condition of the appliances / dishes, and then we took them into use.
The territory is clean, there is a lot of greenery, trees with figs and pomegranates grow along the prominade.
The beach is clean, +/- glasses from drinks are quickly removed, there are many urns, the restroom is in good condition.
The animation is not intrusive, moderate, the evening program is scheduled for a week and repeats from week to week.
Location
1.5-2 km from the hotel is Icmeler, and Marmaris is literally 10/15 minutes away by minibus (travel 30 lira)
In general, we were satisfied, we went to the sea for a quiet and relaxing holiday, and we got it.

The hotel is a solid three , no more , I have not seen hotels for a long time where there is not even shampoo , for 13 days of stay , linen has not been changed once . The price of the hotel is very overpriced, the old bungalow is very noisy from the neighboring hotel very much. Of the advantages, a very green beautiful territory and the clearest sea.

Compared to the visit 8 years ago, it became somehow sadder. The fourth hotel can not be called in any way. No slippers, no toiletries, nothing. Just two towels and that's enough. The restaurant - the guys tried their best., you can choose. The sea is nearby, the beach is convenient, but our compatriots are on top. At 6 a.m., take up sun beds. You people are on vacation. In general, we had a good rest. The sea is warm, the sun and the pines.

A hotel for a relaxing holiday without children. There are beautiful views of the bay, the weather is always a little windy, so it's not hot. The bay is always colder than the sea, as rivers and springs flow in. But this is for an amateur. Yes, there is one free-access aqua park at the hotel.
