A wonderful hotel! Who doesn't like the stairs, you will definitely go to another hotel. There are many, many steps... And so the hotel is for all its 4 stars, even 4.3. We were in it with our daughter in July 24. The hotel is located on a mountain, so there are a lot of steps, we were fine. The food is also good, the hungry never went. In addition to lunch, dinner, and breakfast, there are various snacks. Tea, coffee, cookies, pizza. I liked the white wine, the usual beer, not diluted. The sea is warm in July, but cooler than in other resorts, refreshing. It is clean and transparent. Animation is really not very good, but I didn't really need it, so I don't consider it a minus. In the evening we went to Icmeler for 30 minutes on foot, went to Marmaris by minibus, there is a fountain show on the square at 22.00. Minibuses run for a long time. Excursions were taken from guides (expensive). Of course, you can buy it in Marmaris or on the website, but we were afraid. There is only one pool in the department, but it is large, one slide that ends right in the sea. Children and adults are delighted. There are quite a lot of people, but there were enough sun beds, I did not occupy them at 5 in the morning. It looks stupid! There are no queues for food. The hotel does not have a sandy beach, the entrance from the sea is by steps, there are many of them all over the pier. There is a sandy beach nearby, we went there a couple of times.

A wonderful place, with stunning views, a concrete slab beach with stairs to the sea, very convenient, as the feet are always clean without sand. About the hotel, I can say that everything is at a minimum, the real 4, the rooms are a little broken. But the staff fixes the problems quickly! There is no shampoo, only liquid soap.

In general, a good economy class hotel, a ticket through Anex tour, great respect for the agency's employees, they helped even in the smallest things!
One of the disadvantages of the hotel itself is that the air conditioner is directed directly at the beds, although 4 meters from the nearest one. The cuisine, alcohol are standard Turkish mostly. The sea in this area is slightly worse than in other places, due to the fact that Marmaris is located in the bay - the water is less salty and a little more turbid.

It's a very beautiful place. We lived in a bungalow, the room is small but cozy. There is everything you need: air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, small balcony, double bed. Cleaning is daily at "5". The food is varied, for any gourmet. The waiters are polite and attentive. I didn't have enough animation (this is one of the disadvantages). The sea is the purest. The beach is equipped with sun beds with mattresses, tables, tables. There are always drinks on the beach (from strong ones - beer), baked, fried French fries.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for the first time last year, then we liked everything, and this year we decided to repeat it. Everything was fine for the first few days, but one morning a group of young people brought a boombox to the pier and turned on the music at full volume, then someone from the security service came and stopped this mess. But the next morning it all happened again. Neither the security service nor the hotel manager could (or did not want) to stop this "disco", it lasted until lunch. The hotel positions itself as a quiet, peaceful hotel for family holidays, and if the hotel's security service cannot cope with such a situation, then it is not safe for vacationers. Of course, we will not go to this hotel anymore and we will not recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. We thought that we would be accommodated in a three-person bungalow, but we were placed in a new building with a magnificent view of the sea and an elevator, the surcharge for the view was justified one hundred percent. I liked seafood: mussels, shrimps, fish of different types and cooking methods. A calm sea without waves in the strait, swimming among a flock of baited fish near a cafe, everything is very cool!!!

We were delighted with our stay at Marmaris Park!
The food is excellent, varied, cocktails, beer at the bar, pizza at the beach bar (and it can be difficult for me to please, since I am a vegetarian). The territory of the hotel is large, the hotel itself is located on a slope, there are many stairs and ascents. Animation was not important to us, I can't assess its quality, but there were some discos in the evenings. The location is good - up to
Marmaris is 10 minutes by minibus, and Icmeler is 30 minutes on foot.
The only thing that upset me a little was an old gym with gym equipment that required maintenance, but I replaced classes in the gym with jogging along the embankment.
We flew apech, I do not advise you to take excursions - a deception, they do not match the price-quality.
The room was standard, ordinary, clean. There is a refrigerator,
The TV was not even turned on, the shower, the toilet - everything is OK. Sometimes there was a smell of sewage in the room, but such a scent was also heard in the city, most likely a citywide problem. The noise of cars from the highway is a little audible, but we were so tired during the day that it did not bother us at all.
Room cleaning is present, there were no problems with that either.
The views are wonderful on the mountains.
We already want to go back to this hotel!

The hotel positions itself as a 4***, but in fact below 3. There are no bathrobes and slippers in the rooms, a very modest set of hygiene products that are not replenished, dishes in the restaurant sometimes get greasy and with chipped edges. The reception service is a separate song, I have never seen anywhere that the receptionists did not greet their guests! They do not understand English (or pretend that they do not understand), in order to solve some issue, it is necessary to call hotel guides to explain themselves in Turkish. And the main disadvantage of the hotel is the noise! Music screams day and night: gentle May and Turkish rap. The bungalow has terrible sound insulation: you can hear all the neighbors, the noise from the road and the animation of the neighboring hotel. At least you can't hear the neighbors in the building, but you won't be able to sleep until 1.30 am, because the bar is open until 1.00 am, and then the guards disperse the drunken company for another half hour. And this is almost every day. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I am returning to Marmaris for the second time, but to this hotel for the first time. Before that, I had a rest in the city.
They were accepted at the reception and quickly placed, I got a room in green detached houses on the first line right in the middle, it seems to be a bungalow (2nd floor).
The room is cozy, even though the furniture is tired.
The refrigerator in our room was not cold and it was very hot outside.
Otherwise, everything is as shown in the photo. We heard that someone in another building had bedbugs in their room.
There is enough food, not to say that it is too diverse, but there has always been a lot of meat and fish. There were afternoon snacks between breakfast, lunch and dinner, and night soup at night. Potatoes and pizza are served separately on the beach.
There was entertainment on site, but we were mostly at sea or on excursions. The bar has a disco and live music on some days.
The staff does not speak Russian, there is only one girl at the reception.
The beach is private, but quite small, the seats were occupied at 6-7 in the morning (end of August 24).
The place is closer to Icmeler, the water was cool in the morning every day, the frozen ones might not like it.
The whole area is also on a slope, but the stairs did not tire us. Descent into the water by a ladder. There is a pier. A water taxi periodically comes to this pier (we did not ride).
The nearest shops in Icmeler, walk along the boardwalk along other hotels.
Buses to Marmaris run frequently, there were no problems.
In general, the place is calm and cozy, I liked everything.
But I think it might be boring for the more active ones.

I was at this hotel in early September 2024. The hotel is wonderful, pine trees all around, cicadas chirp comfortably, a wonderful pedestrian and bicycle promenade: 2 km to Icmeler, 7 km to Marmaris. Everything is wonderful at the hotel: friendly staff, a great beach, excellent cuisine and there is a lot in this kitchen and if desired, you can eat non-stop here and there!The atmosphere of comfort, calm and carefree rest is in the air filled with pine trees . We're leaving the hotel today.
Well, what can I say... The area rather stretches the rest in this institution: beautiful landscapes, pine trees, sea, mountains. It is difficult to call the service good.
Of the negative factors:
1. Twice per stay (11 nights) faced with poisoning. I highly recommend not taking any of the cold snacks. The hotel clearly does not shy away from using uneaten food to prepare the following dishes.
2. Monotony in nutrition. Probably, it's still OK for 7 nights, but we are already very tired of the rather limited choice.
3. The attitude of the staff. The reception staff is extremely unfriendly, and that's putting it mildly. Not a single issue is being resolved, in fact.
4. The plumbing is very tired in the rooms, there is a lot of fungus in the bathroom
Of the advantages:
1. Room cleaning is of high quality, the maids are friendly. However, they left tips regularly.
2. Beautiful location.
In general, I don't want to go back. Probably, we could talk about a normal price-quality ratio if we ensured the safety of products.

A great place for a relaxing family vacation.
A large green area (pines, palms, magnolias and many other trees, flowers), well maintained and very cozy.
Its own beach (clean, descent into the sea by ladders, its own pier), despite the fact that the hotel accommodates a lot of guests, there were always places on the beach, there were enough sun beds for everyone.
The hotel has an excellent spa center, I went for a massage and was satisfied.
Very tasty and varied cuisine, friendly, polite and friendly waiters.
A few words about the disadvantages.
Children's animation, to put it mildly, is not very good - the same songs are played every day at the mini-disco, and in the same sequence. The children are entertained by a very nice girl who knows neither English nor Russian.
Animation for adults is about nothing, I saw a couple of times dancing in New Year's tinsel guests to the hits of Verka Serdyuchka, one evening someone howled in karaoke. The disco at the bar is just a column with music among the tables.
Another disadvantage is the lack of soap and shower gels in sufficient quantity in the room. There was only a dispenser with shampoo, toothbrushes, shower gel and other things in the room. I had to ask the cleaners for soap several times. Very strange for a four-star hotel.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest - quietly, calmly. But if you are vacationing with a company and you need a place in the form of parties, discos, etc., then it is better to choose another hotel in Marmaris itself.

It's a nice hotel. It's a great location. Comfortable beach area, varied meals. The rooms have excellent plumbing, there is enough of everything, but poor lighting. They can check in earlier, on the day of departure and arrival, breakfast, lunch and even dinner, without any problems who leaves late. Plus all the bars (the bracelet is valid). It is better to have at least a slight knowledge of English... There are many outdoor tables with beautiful views.

I liked the hotel , in the shade , calm and cool . I really liked the veranda, which is located on the reception floor , the views are beautiful , close to the bar and mostly rest and silence . The room and cleaning are good, the food is very different, lots of cheeses, greens, Turkish yogurt. The embankment also goes into the shade after 3-4 hours and you can relax from the heat and swim. There is a bar and pizza on the shore , it 's a pity that the bar is only with beer . The beer is surprisingly ordinary, simple, local, but quite good. Everyone speaks Russian and English, if you are trying to learn Turkish, then native speakers like it. Everyone is good - natured and kind . There is a Russian woman at the reception who will tell you everything. I liked the location very much, between cities and close everywhere. What was missing : this is a hookah in the hotel , usually there were places where there was such a service . Variety of drinks at the bar near the sea . Availability of non - alcoholic beer . Well, perhaps the presence of freshly squeezed juice, usually it also happened in hotels (for money, this is understandable). Otherwise, I liked everything! All visitors should take into account that the hotel is old, it can be seen from the architecture and decoration, there is no high-tech and something so fashionable in the interior. We stayed at this hotel from June 14th to 24th. We decided to return this year for the second time, because in 2023 we liked everything in general.
But this year's vacation left much to be desired and we will not go here for the third time.
From the positive:
- Clean and calm sea. Here we went for something and got it. The beach is not sandy, but concrete, but for us this is a plus, we do not like sand on wet feet;
- There is a promenade along which you can walk in the evenings to Icmeler and Marmaris, as there is no special animation in the hotel (but we knew that);
- The food is acceptable, you can always find something to eat;
- Beautiful and picturesque nature;
- The air conditioner does not turn off along with the main electricity when leaving the room (this did not happen in 2023, thank you for guessing in 2024);
- Wi-Fi catches almost everywhere, even at sea, but leaves much to be desired.
From the negative:
- As I wrote earlier, you should not expect special animation here, maximum Miss / Mr. hotel or oriental dancing. But it wasn't critical for us.;
- But what certainly spoiled our rest was the location of our room. We were placed in the outermost house, where the balcony windows overlooked the stage of the neighboring Orca Hotel. Every evening from 21 to 00 we listened to incredibly loud music. The closed balcony did not help. Of course, they refused to change our room, supposedly there are no available rooms. Tour operators also refused to help in this situation, saying only "Well, it's only until 12 at night." Just)) (I say hello to Anecdote). I think if hotels make rooms with the notorious sea view more expensive, then such rooms should be made cheaper. Because it's not fair when people pay the same amount and someone ends up living in comfort and silence, and someone doesn't know how to fall asleep to the bass and drunken karaoke;
- The hotel is 80% full of Russian-speaking tourists, but only one girl speaks Russian at the reception, who also works in shifts and generally does not look very happy with this life and without a desire to help the guests. If you do not know English or Turkish, then you need to contact the tour operator, who is only at the hotel for a certain time;
- If you want a good place on the beach, then you should come take it at 6 am, by 8:30 there are not so many sunbeds left on the sea. But last year, some borrowed at 4-5 in the morning (we think that the staff borrowed them for money). In addition, the sun beds are very close to each other and there is no distance from the neighbors as such. Also, people like to hunt for shade from other people's umbrellas and move their sun beds as close as possible, arranging some kind of "hostel";
- The fish alyakart is so-so, you can go for free once, but we haven't gone this year. After reviewing the menu in Turkish alyakarta, I saw many items that are found in the dining room;
- Everything that is cooked in the dining room on the grill is 95% overcooked and over-dried. Much of this is visible to the naked eye, but for some reason the chefs do not change the concept. I saw a review of amazing French fries, but I would not agree, there is nothing special about it. There is only cold milk for breakfast with cereal, there is no hot milk.
If in 2023 we gave this hotel 7 out of 10, then this year we are giving it 5 out of 10. Prices have not decreased, but the quality has dropped. I can't say that I recommend it, although last year I went on the recommendation myself and was satisfied. We are also very unhappy with the Anecdote this year, but that's another story altogether.
P.S. If your tour operators will lure you to super shopping malls with souvenirs and say that you will not find anything like there and so cheap anywhere, then do not believe, you will find it. In Icmeler (10-15 minutes walk along the embankment) there is a large souvenir shop with a good assortment and prices lower than in Marmaris or in the centers from tour operators, where they have a percentage of sales.

Of the cons: they gave a room with a view of the wall, such rooms should be sold cheaper. It turns out that everyone pays the same, but in the end you live in a terrible room!!!!! There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, but she is kind of warm. He's doing you a favor by talking to you!!!! The sun beds are not designed for resident tourists. They are all occupied in the morning and if you come after breakfast, then there is simply no place to lie down both under umbrellas and in the sun. You have to sit at the bar and wait for something to be released! Dry things only on the balcony railing. There is no normal blanket in the room, this is very important for me, we sleep under some kind of large towel, it is very uncomfortable under the air conditioner.
On the plus side: the sea view is stunning, the beach is large enough and it is comfortable to go into the sea. There is no sand here. But this has its advantages. The food is still normal! For alcoholic beverages: beer, gin, brandy, vodka, wine (not really for me), if possible, bring it with you, which I did. There are no problems with glasses. If you choose this hotel, be prepared not to walk, but to constantly go up and down the stairs!
