I have been to Turkey many times, there is something to compare it with.
The hotel is strong 4 stars.
Pros- nature is beyond praise, the food is varied, delicious at home. Lots of snacks, greens, salads, fruits. There is no whole grilled fish (but this is not critical).
Cons- the hotel is for climbers, there are numerous steep steps everywhere and there is no elevator. I pumped up my legs during the rest.
Get ready to be accommodated in a noisy room (view of the road and next to the promenade)and it is useless to ask for relocation on the same day. It is useless to give money. Go, be offended, whine, and in three days you will be happy.
It's useless to swear.
Safe, ice cream -extra.payment.
Tasteless coffee and lack of gozleme (I really like it)
Anex guides are not about anything in any matter, they are only suitable for selling excursions for three times more expensive than in street agencies.

The hotel is for active tourists.
Free parking in front of the main entrance. The buildings are located in tiers on a fairly steep mountain slope, so you will move up and down numerous and varied stairs throughout your vacation.
The rooms are small, but cozy and clean.
The food - for 4* - is beyond praise.
The pools (outdoor near the restaurant, indoor in the SPA) are small, but the children's area is securely separated in both.
The beach is a platform covered with rough tiles that almost do not bask in the sun. Comfortable deck chairs, there are no problems with seats even when fully loaded. The sea near the shore can be quite cool because of the mountain springs, closer to the buoys it is warmer.
A beautiful promenade from Marmaris to Icmeler. It is pleasant to walk along it in the afternoon, when the beach is hidden in the shade.

The maximum is 3 stars, no more. Everything is really old and battered. It needs repair. Of the advantages of the location, but it is also upset by the disgusting state of the beach promenade, where the well-worn sun beds with the same mattresses, stairs leading into the water are generally trash. Plus for the territory, food and Kadyr's massage therapist.
The cleaning was all bad. The beds were not pushed apart for us and at the entrance at night we decided to move them a little ourselves before the maids arrived in the morning. The dirt was centuries old. The hair looks like it's been cut in lumps. The floors were not wiped all 7 nights of stay, only the beds were made.
There is no animation. 2 concerts with dances of the village amateur level with torn costumes.
The food is excellent, the choice is good. They are updating. You don't have to come to the beginning if you want to see the meat.
In general, it is quite tolerable, but it can be better for such a price tag :)

We chose the hotel based on the reviews of vacationers. It is clear that you will not please everyone. It is about this hotel that we have not found almost any negative reviews. And it turned out to be true. We stopped by on 12.10.21. Tour operator "Anesk tour". No complaints. We were met, delivered (it was already 22.00). We settled in quickly. However, with low occupancy, the hotel was given a not very successful room in a side building on the ground floor with a view of the fence. This was decided by a not very kind "chubby" without a name tag, In the morning we contacted the guide (thanks to him) about the desire to change the location. There was another person at the reception and we were sent to detached houses. The room is equipped with modern furniture, the plumbing is also very fresh, everything is in perfect order! Well, the very atmosphere of comfort and silence of the pine forest. Very! a picturesque place, a sea of greenery, the territory is large and you can just walk among the trees. The kitchen is for 5, the waiters too. The beach is clean and large, there are a lot of sunbeds. They clean it every day.Thanks to all the staff for their hard work. Very kind (plump exception).I will not list all the delights. They've been written about before and it's all true. If you need a CALM and comfortable stay, with a magnificent landscape, then feel free to come to this place. Of the little things. The massage at the hotel seemed expensive ($50 for the hamam (very weak)+sauna+peeling+schmilling+massage). The guide had an offer with a trip to the city of Marmaris ($26 for the same thing). Yes, a modern hammam, but they do it sluggishly and start talking for money for improved procedures. Anyone who just wants to take a ride and bask in a modern hammam-go ahead! If you want a good massage, prepare another 30 dollars. Perhaps there are more modern and expensive hotels nearby, but who is looking for what. We were completely satisfied with everything. We will boldly recommend it to our environment

The entire hotel complex consists of 2-3 storey houses with 3-4 rooms per floor, and is located among pine trees, on the first line right by the sea. The location is very convenient. The beach is a concrete embankment with a pier and steps for entering the water. There is a water slide leading to the sea. The kitchen is good, not monotonous - no one will definitely stay hungry))

Pros: huge territory, good weather, humid air, trees with squirrels. Wonderful view from the territory. They are fed 6 times a day, and the choice is huge: everyone will find what they like. There is a bike path along the entire coastline, and there is a rental right next to the hotel. Jimmy boy walks there next to the rental, from whom you can buy wonderful inexpensive yacht trips if you want privacy (if you know English). There is a Hammam, there is a SPA, there is a medium-sized swimming pool with morning exercises every day. Every evening there are children's shows on their own stage.
Cons: it's crowded. Almost all vacationers are Russian (yes, this is a minus for me). The hotel is quite old, wooden, and the sound permeability is high. It also has an inconvenient "cascade" structure: to return from the beach to the room, you need to climb 4-5 floors up, without an elevator. It seems that there are discos at night, but every time we tried to get to them, the animator was nowhere to be found.
The worst thing is with the numbers. Small, average cleaning, no extra charges, even for tips. Once we were lucky - we cleaned up really well, folded our hearts out of towels, while we didn't even leave a tip that time! As I already wrote, there is no sound protection. But the apotheosis of everything is the beds. I don't know if all the rooms are like this or not (the reception said they were in all), but instead of a normal double bed, the girl and I were given a room with two single beds covered with a blanket. At the same time, they were not even nailed to the floor! As a result, every night when I wanted to sleep closer to my beloved, the next morning I found myself on the floor in the gap between the beds that had parted. The pleasure is amazing, the vacation was a success.
In general, the hotel did not justify the money spent on it. But it still didn't spoil the vacation, because Marmaris is a stunningly beautiful place worth visiting at least once in your life.

I will immediately clarify that this hotel was recommended to us as a 5-star hotel (it is being downloaded this way and that on the network).
We had a vacation in September 2019 with my husband. A very beautiful place, a lot of vegetation and wildlife, nature and buildings, amenities all harmoniously intertwine, here the designers are undoubtedly "5"! One of the favorite places to sit and look at the sea and mountains is the lounge area at the exit from the central lobby with the reception. Cozy wooden armchairs with soft cushions and wooden tables, stunning views from the terrace. All common areas and rooms in our building are decorated in a single, close to European colonial style, i.e. you will not find oriental flavor here.
The rooms are small, but everything you need is there, clean, tidy, furniture: a real 2-bedroom bed with a high-quality mattress, an additional 1-seater couch, a table with bedside tables, in one of them a mini-refrigerator, a large illuminated mirror above the table, a coffee table and 2 light armchairs, plastic ones on the balcony chairs and a table. The shared bathroom is quite comfortable, even the bathroom, not the shower stall. Cleaning every day, however, to change the linen and towels, you need to hang a special sign on the door, do not hang it - they will not change it, they will hang it and fold it neatly without replacing it. Personal belongings are not touched - this is a plus.
The food is generally good, there is something new every day (except soups, they were almost unchanged there), and for vegetarians and meat eaters there is a variety and delicious. My husband appreciated the cooking of meat dishes, I appreciated the presence of herbs, spices and olives. There were shortcomings in the taste of some dishes (but this will be more noticeable to those who can really cook delicious and exquisitely). In general, no one will be poisoned and will not remain hungry. A large selection, everything is fresh.
Of the disadvantages of the kitchen: the children's table is a fiasco!! I would not feed my child with this. The most harmless thing there is pasta. The rest is far from the concept of healthy food: fried sausages and sausages, nuggets, French fries... I have never noticed any vegetables, steamed cutlets, porridge there.... But, all or almost all of this can be found on common adult tables, so the children have something to feed. There are also disadvantages in the kitchen - there is no real Turkish coffee, everything is from the machines, I saw that they put grain there, but at the output some sourness or chymose, i.e. grain coffee is not of the best quality, and dry cream is given off by plastic. Tea is in teapots, it is in bags.... "Lipton"... Who is attentive to the quality of food, sorry, that's how it is... But drink all kinds of alcohol, around the clock (probably). Wines, beer, Turkish vodka, gin, cocktails, etc. (I'm not a big drinker, wine and beer are tolerable, not elite and not a mess)
The territory is beautiful, as I said, there are a lot of greenery, pines, weaving flowers, banana bushes, palm trees, and all sorts of different things, everything is well-groomed, paths are all they are tiled.
The beach is its own, it is a line of concrete paths with tiles and a pier, with ladders into the water, a bunch of sun beds, permanently covering umbrellas, a bar area with drinks, according to fans this place (bar) turns into a seafood restaurant. Our package included one visit to the restaurant, well, the most interesting thing was feeding fish with bread, because the restaurant veranda overhangs the water. The latitude of seafood was not met, alas... Vegetable snacks, a squid snack, and suddenly a snack with crab sticks, dry, none (it would be better if they did not disgrace themselves, honestly), then fish cream soup was served on a solid "4", then a salad of fresh vegetables with herbs, delicious, and grilled Sea bass - "5". (and we were feeding future dishes, the same sea bass). The wine was poured regularly, quite normal wine. Dessert was loaded on top, the serving is interesting, and it tastes decent - "5", but the drinks were stunned... we asked for tea for dessert, and waited like fools in Moscow for a teapot of real Turkish tea to be presented to us... They brought 2 cups of boiling water with Lipton bags":)))))))))))))))))))))))
Another thing that is not pleasant is that smokers can go anywhere, ashtrays are everywhere (
Animation, well, somewhere it's interesting, somewhere so-so, the invited teams just "worked out" the program, and there were no emotions left, probably like a pro I'm being harmful.... Animators are smart, they light up, they work from the heart!
Disco - on the day of arrival, we did not find her, fortunately, but on the second day from 22 to 24 I was looking for the "fifth" corner, loudly - this is not to say anything, besides everything else, considered fashionable techno-trance, for those who have a taste for music order (where there is actually, music, not rumble and primitive), is an instrument of torture. The next day, as in that song "I'll come to you now!"... We just didn't have to suffer, we came to the disco, fortunately, we almost didn't put on techno, even there were good compositions, and we lit up, since they don't let us sleep ...)
About another oriental flavor, which is often talked about by those who rest in Turkey - touts and offers: everything is calm and not intrusive, one lecture from the tour guide (if you want to order, if you don't want to), a SPA employee came up several times and offered programs. SPA, excursions - all this for a fee, i.e. "ol. inclusive" was limited to accommodation, meals, amenities of the territory, unlimited drinks, one shopping trip (they give cars and guides for a group of tourists, they take them to the shopping center, prices are inflated at times, the trader is small, but everyone speaks Russian.)
Also be prepared for the fact that beach towels are issued strictly on deposit, 10 bucks, and hotel towels from the room are not allowed to be used on the beach.
The hotel staff is quite decent, well-trained, courteous.
In general, I give the hotel a solid "4+", we are happy with the trip.

Great vacation. Excellent cuisine. Instead of the beach, there is a concrete embankment and a pier, I really liked it, there is no sand, clean as in the pool. The bar by the sea has beer, juices, tea, water, ayran, coffee, pizza, fries and meat. There are a lot of stairs, no ramps, not here with strollers.
