Nice hotel. I will note exactly the ratio of price and quality.
Yes, there are disadvantages, but the place is beautiful.
Living in a pine forest, the hotel is located between two cities, which are connected by a magnificent promenade passing through the hotel.
What should be noted of the disadvantages:
~ music is too loud, close to the adjacent entertainment area of the neighboring hotel (if you suddenly want to go to bed before 23:40, it may not work)
~ the cleaning of the dishes (brushing away leftovers, the ringing of appliances, the noise of the trolley) takes place right next to you enjoying your breakfast and so on, but it should be noted that the plates are removed almost immediately after you finish, this is very monitored
~ the lack of normal coffee in the main dining area, the coffee machine tastes just instant
~ some places in the hotel require renovation

Considering the middle of October, there were a lot of vacationers, we even heard that there was a one hundred percent load.
I think that the hotel is more than decent for its price category.
We would recommend it for a relaxing holiday.

We just returned, rested for a week from September 5-12. I liked everything. The region is very beautiful and there are many interesting excursions. The hotel is good, value for money. The most interesting thing is that a lot of people come there not for the first time and return every year. It is important to form expectations correctly and study the details: they are both advantages for someone, and a minus for someone!
1. a lot of stairs (we love it very much, add. The load with such a power supply )
2. the beach is a pontoon, we really like to go down the stairs into the water and there is no sand that sticks. The beach is quite large, there are many sun beds, showers, a toilet and a bar.
The sun goes out fast, the mountains are close at 16-17 it is already a shadow. There is a slide right in the sea, adults also ride!
3. The food is moderate, there is everything you need. You will definitely not stay hungry.
4. The rooms are small, and the hotel is not new, but everything is good, a lot of Natural wood. Comfortable beds, silent air conditioning. The buildings (bungalows) all look out to the sea, and there are pine trees around.
5. the territory is very green, there are many tiers with terraces where you can sit and have coffee/tea. To meet the sunrise, we enjoyed the views.
Important! Good WiFi takes you almost everywhere and on the beach!
And of course a wonderful promenade . It is in the shade and you can walk in the heat, there are bike/scooter rentals. It is closer to Icmeler, there is a small river with boats there - it is very beautiful like a miniature Venice. And further away is Marmaris (it's more convenient by minibus, it's a bit far on foot - at least 1 hour) be sure to see the fortress and the old town. It's small, but it's beautiful and colorful.
The excursions were taken from Anex, everything is perfectly organized, and most importantly, payment in the application with Russian cards! We definitely recommend Dalyan and Cleopatra Island.
We wish you all a great holiday. We will return to the Marmaris region not once, the most picturesque!!!(by the way, the road to the hotel is 1.5-2 hours, but the views are gorgeous - do not tear yourself away from the window)

Excellent hotel 3-4*
The service is fast and attentive.
The cuisine is delicious, there are not enough fruits, but they are always fresh.
Meat is cooked delicious, always fresh vegetables, greens.
High-quality alcohol, beer lager ephesus, decent dry white and red wine.
Cocktails are simpler.
They are cleaned once a day efficiently.
The territory is not large, but the coniferous tall trees and greenery look great.
The beach is a concrete embankment with sun beds with ladders into the water, a pier with sun beds with ladders into the water. The water is clean, it's a pleasure to swim, there is a slide in the sea in the right corner of the embankment of the hotel - it goes perfectly for adults and children.
The hotel is recommended.

A good hotel for "walking and swimming". The old fund, but the staff try to keep it clean.
We lived in a bungalow on the 1st line, it was quite quiet. Friendly waiters in the restaurant. A good bar near the reception (open from 17h).
Otherwise, it seems like a sin to complain, fantastic location, views, a real park on the territory, seals, the smell of the sea and pine trees.
But in small things it is very annoying:
there are no slippers, tea station, sockets in the rooms!!!
1 key per room (and also the electricity is turning off)
Towels are given to the beach only in the morning, and on bail, and if someone has lost their own, they may well appropriate yours, there was such a contingent)
The smell of sewage periodically
Strange opening hours of the beach bar (everything closes at 16:55, you can't even take tea and water)
There is no bottled water in the morning, and relatively good coffee only from 9:30 on the terrace
The menu is monotonous, not suitable for people on a diet (everything is fried in oil, a lot of spices)
From fruits - melon and apples
Alcoholic beverages - so-so wine, beer, strange cocktails, in general, for vacationers - you need to think about visiting duty free
The disco seems to be the most Russian-speaking on the entire promenade. But there are amateurs)
We saw all these shortcomings in other reviews, we were generally ready for this, but somehow the sediment remained.

An excellent hotel in terms of price-quality ratio! We had a rest in June 2024. The location of the hotel is very good) between Marmaris and Icmeler, in a pine forest! The spruce smell will surround you all the time!
The hotel is not new (there are not many new hotels in Marmaris). With numbers, if you're lucky) There is a main building and many townhouses. The view will be either on the sea or on the mountain)
There is enough food) simple and satisfying) grilled meat or fish for the second alternate every other day. There are bars with cocktails and drinks) Pizza, potatoes and hot dogs from lunch at the bar by the sea)
The hotel is located on a hill (there is a mountain everywhere, in fact) so we'll have to walk up the stairs - it didn't bother us)
Along the hotel there is a long embankment from Marmaris to Icmeler - it took about 20 minutes to reach Icmeler (village), 30 minutes to walk to Marmaris (and another 30 to the center of Marmaris, where the port and the grand bazaar are).
A minibus stops at the hotel, costs 30 lira per person and runs until 24-00 for sure.
So we went for a walk in the city every evening.
The hotel has its own pier and Marmaris can be reached by taxi boat for 200 liras.
There is also a pleasure ferry docked at the pier, every day you can drive for $ 25 for a boat trip. But even better is a boat trip on the other side - they take you across the Aegean Sea from Kos and Rhodes. Those who have Schengen can go to Rhodes.
Prices in Turkey are kapets, so it's better to take everything inclusive. The hotel has its own beach and pier (not like in city hotels).
And most importantly - a clean sea!!! I did not expect that there is such a thing in Turkey) It's really colder - so it probably doesn't buy in May) But in June it was hot - and we swam a lot) I definitely recommend the hotel!!!

Wonderful! The color of the hotel is the discreet buildings among the greenery. I really liked it after the big city!
The food was good, but they say it was better before. I wanted more fruits. There were mostly watermelon and apples. In general, for 10 days I did not suffer from monotony. The beach is big, there were enough sunbeds. The sea is cool, but everyone knows that anyway. The cicadas are cracking, it didn't bother me, I even liked it.
Condors without remotes, TV sets are small. Also, the settlement is random. Someone got under the roof in the main building, someone in the building at minus one. I live in the one that looks like a basement. But the windows overlook the other side and this is the first floor. In my case, the biggest disadvantage was that the windows overlooked the promenade. In this hotel, the promenade runs through its territory. This location is a minus only at night. You can't sleep with the window open. But by the end of the tour, it didn't bother anymore)
There is really loud music in the neighboring hotel, but until 23. Strictly.

The Marmaris Park Hotel. It takes 1.5-2 hours to drive from Dalaman. The excellent location of the hotel is between Marmaris and Icmeler.
Nice hotel, big, long beach strip. For 4* it is very good, for Marmaris, mostly urban modest hotels in this region. Nature, mountains, pines. The hotel is in a forest on a slope. The embankment is long.
The food is good, feeding all day, night soup, bar until 1:00. The fish is red, the fish is white every day. 0.5l bottled water, Ayran.
There is a veranda near the reception, tea / coffee, cakes, cookies are always available, which is convenient from the road, after the flight to have a snack, for example, when lunch has not yet arrived. There is a tea/coffee bar on each terrace. From the terraces there is a view of the sea and mountains everywhere.
The sea is warm, clean, corals are not needed, masks are needed, there are few fish.
There is one DRAWBACK - this is animation. 4 people.
Sluggish, no, not active (see video), not interested in anything, held darts-threw darts 3 times at once and dispersed, evening animation 20 minutes. The music is wheezing, the volume is not enough, they will add-one wheeze and the interference goes. And with the light the same way, it flashes, there is no directional light on the artists, they perform in the dark.
In the dining room, everyone is friendly, nimble, dressed in uniform. There is a snack bar by the sea.
There are a lot of Russians and a lot of people in general, but there are no queues, everyone is distributed around the hotel, they do not interfere with each other. There are a lot of places where you can sit.

We rested from 12.08 to 08.19.24. The hotel is small, the rooms are simple, the furniture is new, clean.
The buildings are located on the mountainside, surrounded by pine trees and greenery.
There are many stairs. The beach of the hotel is a concrete platform, it was convenient for us.
They cook delicious, beef, chicken, fresh fish. Fruits, desserts) you will definitely not stay hungry.There is no ice cream.
The staff was polite, it was comfortable.
In the evening, there was live music at the reception - a pianist played the piano, sooo soulfully.
Among the disadvantages - check-in at 14.00, check-out at 12.00, paid safe in the room.

The hotel is located in a picturesque corner of Marmaris, on the outskirts - away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a lot of greenery and flowers on the territory and surrounded by it. Birds singing, cicadas chirping and an extraordinary view of the sea. The long beach is just perfect for me, there is no dirt from the sand and the stones do not hurt my feet, everything is tiled and there is a beautiful pier. The beach is well equipped, comfortable sun beds, umbrellas, tables, bar, shower.
A promenade along the coast passes by the hotel and stretches all over Marmaris (the length is either 11 or 19 km). You can walk for hours. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and polite, Wi-Fi is free, beach towels are provided by cards, there is a Russian-speaking administrator at the reception. You can walk to the city center along the boardwalk, take local minibuses, take sea taxis or call a regular taxi at the reception). The rooms are small and yet comfortable and clean. The room has a refrigerator, a hairdryer, all personal hygiene products, a TV, air conditioning, a balcony and a safe for an additional fee daily.

Great hotel , everything is good , everything is nearby ! We were lucky our room was a minute's walk from the dining room and from the beach. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all quite delicious. The hotel is far from the hotel, so I would like to take a walk in the evening. The buildings of the hotel are located on terraces, there are many stairs, it will be difficult for people with sore knees. If you take the first line with a minimum number of stairs to the beach, then you need to book rooms with sea views, but at the same time you need to understand that the promenade from Marmaris runs exactly under the windows, from 5 a.m. athletes run there and staff rolls carts, and until 2-3 nights funny companies roam and shout songs in different languages:-) You will have to sleep with the windows closed. The houses were built a long time ago, the sound insulation is poor, the wooden furniture is good, I would like to say old :-), the bathrooms and plumbing are modern, everything is new and works perfectly. The air conditioner is also modern, it blows strongly. The key is iron (really a key) with a keychain for electricity and one, this creates inconvenience. The beach is long and narrow, you can swim far along the buoys, but the sunbeds are very tight. Descent into the water by stairs is quite convenient, the depth is about 1.3 meters at the entrance, there is no direct approach, the beach is a concrete slab covered with tiles. After lunch, the sun goes behind the mountain, and it gets dark and cold on the beach itself. The staff is very diligent, the maids clean normally, the paths are swept, used dishes are taken away very quickly in the restaurant, the tables are re-closed too quickly. The food is average, it seems like a lot, but there is nothing to choose from. We took a grill and some simple side dish. The grill is good, there was often fish, meat rarely. It's sad that there is no ice cream, we went to Icmeler to get it. We took a fish restaurant once (it's on the beach), there's something like a complex dinner, they just serve a set of different dishes. In principle, you can go for a change, but nothing impressive. The animation is not visible at all, but we don't need it. The staff does not speak Russian and does not understand it at all, the boys have little English at the reception, it is necessary to call for the help of guides. Anex has a basic hotel (you said it yourself), there is always one of the guides. Another unpleasant moment is that the hotel is almost completely filled, so check-in to the room strictly after 14 o'clock, whenever you arrive, and there are no options for extending your stay at late check-out, all rooms are simply scheduled in advance. Accordingly, there will be problems when changing the number for any reason - they simply are not available. No one helps to bring suitcases-lift them, there are simply no such people in the service, drag yourself up all the stairs and look for your room yourself by the signs, respectively, no checking of the room before moving in. It is pleasant to walk along the promenade in both directions, it is not very annoying, it is close to Icmeler, away from the outskirts of Marmaris. In general, the hotel makes a good impression, you can get used to the food and nuances, but we will not go there anymore for one simple reason - there are many Russian "aunts" with manners from Soviet times. According to the guides, up to 90% of the hotel's residents are Russians, there were also Turkish families and rare English-speaking comrades. About half of our companies are women's companies (2 or 4 girlfriends, mother-daughter, relatives, etc.), ages 50 to 80, there are many retired couples, there are couples aged 35-45, but they are lost in the general background. As a result, at 7 a.m., such a lady slides unkempt in a bathrobe to the beach, takes up several sun beds for everyone, and goes to sleep-eat-drink beer at the bar. All with their own personal towels, clothespins and wind protectors. As a result, at 8-9 in the morning there are no free sunbeds at all, everything is made up, but they are empty. The restaurant has the same story - the restaurant is still closed, but the tables on the terrace are occupied by bags, glasses, caps, etc. You may also be asked to make sure that no one occupies the next table while the lady is picking up food for herself. That is, eat and keep an eye on the next table in the interests of others. The food has not been prepared yet, but the queue with plates is already standing. The hotel administration understands the problem, but can do nothing. The guides ask not to occupy the sun beds unnecessarily, but who will listen to them. So the conclusion is that if you are ready to play by the rules of "take a sunbed early", then everything will be fine, if you are not ready, it is better not to go here, you can spoil the mood for the whole vacation.

Great! We rested from September 9 to September 19, 2024. The hotel is wildly popular, full occupancy. The table is wonderful, for every taste, meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, fruits, desserts, everything is fresh, varied and delicious. The area is surrounded by pines, the air is amazing! It is better to go to the beach early, otherwise there will be no free deck chairs. Check-in is strictly at 14-00, check-out at 12-00, room extension is possible only until 16-00 for 45 euros. They offer interesting excursions, I could recommend Pamukale with hot air balloon flights, Dalyan and Bozburun. The rooms are standard at a fairly good level, the sound insulation is normal, in any case, we did not hear the neighbors. Clean, cleaning every day with the replacement of linen and towels, soap was added to the dispenser at the first request. The plumbing is in good condition.

The hotel has its own special atmosphere, it is surrounded by greenery, the view is gorgeous on the bay and islands. Very good location-between Marmaris and Icmeler, you can get to Marmaris by minibus for $ 1 (you need to go out on the road)
We walked to Icmeler, it was very beautiful in the evening! We rested at the end of August (2 adults and a child of 15 years old) for 9 nights for 266 rubles. I do not recommend it for families with children and for people with sore feet - there are a lot of steps!!!Descent into the sea immediately to the depth, we took a mask, looked at the fish. We played darts, interestingly, we won, but there is no special animation anymore. We steamed every evening, from about 17h to 18h, few people know, but there is a good sauna with a swimming pool. Actually, many people stay at this hotel 4.5.10 times 🤷♂️

A good hotel, but clearly not 5 stars. The green area, everything is thought out and clean. The cuisine is quite diverse, there are always fresh fruits, a variety of sweets, meat and fish of several types. The beach is very much for an amateur, a narrow strip of sand with a concrete limiter. Well, a small swimming area. There are pontoons. The rooms are tired and require cosmetics at least. But in general they are readable and quite comfortable. Very beautiful views of the bay and the mountains.

I love Marmaris, the Marmaris Park Hotel is conveniently located, the hotel has good food and beautiful view terraces. The set of services is standard, there is no special chic. The rest is overshadowed only by the tone of Tatiana's hotel guide. Favorite phrase at the meeting is "I demand respect" and the lack of a smile.
This is not the first time I have rested at the hotel and, of course, it is inferior to its neighbors in animation, but it is ideal for a quiet holiday.

Beautiful territory, clean beach, shade after 16.30. A large selection of food, everything is decent. It's a pity there's no ice cream!!!
The rooms are good, anyway we had a great room with a sea view. There are a lot of stairs, which is very good for strengthening muscles and dropping kg.

This is a really wonderful hotel, located right in a pine forest that saves you from the heat like an oasis! Plus the sea air. The beach is pontoon, I personally really liked it, there is no dirt from the sand down the ladder directly into the sea. There is no open sea. But personally, I liked the view of the forest, the sea and around the mountain! The food was delicious and varied, fish was almost every day, both red and white, lamb, beef, chicken, in general, everyone will find what they like. Room cleaning, change of towels and bed linen every day, although we did not even ask for it. Water is available at the entrance to the room in packs of 1.5 liter bottles and can also be taken at any time at the beach bar and on site, there is no shortage of water. Who is interested in delicious Ephesus beer, I'm not a fan, but I drank with pleasure))) It's cold on the beach.

A bungalow-style hotel. Who likes this style of placement is the best. The tallest building has 3 floors. We lived in a house near the water park, on the first line, at the extreme beach. The beach line is very long, 300-400 meters, divided into three beaches with a trapeze and a ladder. There is a bar on the middle beach without strong drinks. There is a place where you can go from the shore, but I think it's not very convenient with the kids. The nicest bar on a hill in the pines (the whole hotel is in the pines) Local vodka and cognac are included and of very decent quality, if you don't really have a headache, everything including bottled wine. Animation works until 12.00 In the evening, but so-so, but the atmosphere is friendly, I drank with both a German and a Pole, no one bullied, although I was ready, everything was very peaceful, we met in the morning, laughed and got drunk dry. This communication showed that ordinary people perceive Russian politics normally. The Turks are generally doing well. One vacationer from Tula was without a spouse (they say they don't sell vouchers to Turkey for single people) He drank well, fell asleep, two men in special uniforms, gray, came up and took him to the room, I saw him in the morning. He says that ace is ok! The territory is very large, in pines and at different levels, people in uniform met, are on duty. Everything is in order. The hotel is nice, very green. Pine trees even by the pool and on the outdoor areas of the restaurant. The beach is a platform, normal steps for entry. There are enough sun beds in principle, the umbrellas are large. Don't expect food without frills, lobsters and shrimps, but meat, fish, chicken are all delicious. Vegetables, fruits. There is no ice cream. But the cakes are very tasty. Cons - they can put you in terrible rooms in the main building. Everything is fine in the three-storey buildings. The plumbing is good, it worked without problems. There is a hair dryer. The furniture is decent, not tired. The refrigerator, TV, air conditioning are all in working order. Check-in is the biggest disadvantage of this hotel. And it's boring in the evenings if you're at the hotel after dinner.

A very good hotel, we rested from August 2-14, the hotel is located in a coniferous forest, the smell of pine needles is very good.

A quiet and cozy place.
The food is without frills, but delicious and of high quality. The owner of the hotel often ate in the common room. We successfully got between the heat and the cool in the middle of September. The city is 40 minutes on foot or ten minutes by minibus.

It's not the first time we've had a rest. Everything is fine. Nice hotel. Of course, the rooms are already a little tired, I would like to repair, especially for bathrooms.
The hotel is for a relaxing holiday, so the lack of animation did not bother. The beach is good, on the platform, in peak season it is better to take sun beds in advance. There are no complaints about the food in the restaurant, everything is fine. I think we'll come back again. For holidays with small children, the hotel is probably not very suitable.

Fresh air, a park area with the scent of pines and eucalyptus, the sea is clean, there are absolutely no waves, because it is located between the mountains. There is a variety in the restaurant, everyone will find something exquisite for themselves. The room is standard, renovated, all balconies are facing the sea and nature. The staff is polite and positive. There is a promenade of more than 10 km nearby, along which you can walk with pleasure along the many cafes and walk to Marmaris. I was very pleased with my vacation, I will miss you. The only drawback is the possibility of smoking in all places. I recommend a holiday hotel for any category of vacationers.

As you can imagine, the rest was incredible. If possible, choose rooms with sea views, yes it is more expensive, but you will not regret it! We were not surprised when we heard that some guests had stayed at the hotel dozens of times.
To whom the hotel will not suit:
1. spoiled lovers of 5* all inclusive. After all, the hotel is modest and sincere;
2. those who are waiting for some kind of mega variety of fruit plates / hot dishes and other food / who lack variety in life (read about it in the reviews),
3. people with disabilities: stairs everywhere, stairs to the sea, to rooms, to restaurants, a hotel in a park on a mountain!
4. there were almost no small children in the hotel, perhaps because there was no beach with a shallow entrance and it was the end of the season. I will not recommend it to my loved ones with small children under 7 years old who cannot swim.

An excellent hotel in terms of price-quality ratio! We rested from August 25 to September 2024. The location of the hotel is very good) between Marmaris and Icmeler, in a pine forest! The spruce smell will surround you all the time!
The hotel is not new (there are not many new hotels in Marmaris). The room is clean!
There is enough food) simple and satisfying) grilled meat or fish for the second alternate every other day. There are bars with cocktails and drinks) Pizza, potatoes and hot dogs from lunch at the bar by the sea)
The hotel is located on a hill (there is a mountain everywhere, in fact) so we'll have to walk up the stairs - it didn't bother us)
Along the hotel there is a long embankment from Marmaris to Icmeler - it took about 20 minutes to reach Icmeler (village), it took 30 minutes to walk to Marmaris.
A minibus stops at the hotel, costs 30 lira per person and runs until 24-00 for sure.
Separately, I want to highlight the spa at the hotel, the manager Ali and the masseuse Irina, there were back problems, now like new!)
Prices in Turkey are kapets - so it's better to take everything inclusive. The hotel has its own beach and pier (not like in city hotels).

We were at the hotel from 31.07 to 08.08 2024. We lived in a bungalow, the very first line from the road. The room is clean, without mold, the furniture is normal, everything worked, individual air conditioning. It was moderately noisy, the door to the street did not fit quite snugly. But it wasn't critical for us. There is a nearby hotel, animation until 23:30. Because we are without children, the noise did not bother us. The food is of high quality, deliciously cooked, quite diverse for us, because we did not eat all the salads and dishes at once, but tried one thing every day.
The sea is clean, immediately deep, absolutely not for small children. There is practically no shadow in the morning, they do not save. The territory is very green, cozy, but not everyone will be comfortable to move around, because there are a lot of steps of varying degrees of steepness. Again, it is difficult for young children and the elderly. In general, the hotel is pleasant and cozy, many people come again.

In September -October 2024, we were on a honeymoon with my husband (40 years together). I REALLY enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Check-in from 14, in our case without strain. We arrived at 10, we were at the hotel at 12. Everything was promptly filled out, changed clothes and went to get acquainted with the territory. The hour passed very quickly, we went to lunch. Food for all 10 days of arrival for 5 (this is certainly not a Michelin restaurant, but everything was varied and delicious. Grilled dishes are very tasty. Thanks to the chef! The drinks (wines and brandy) are good. Beer is very tasty (according to her husband). The coffee on the veranda is brewed, strong and very tasty!. There were plenty of sun beds on the beach. The water was clear, the view of the opposite shore was magnificent!. The neighbors are quiet. Half of the tourists are Russian, the other half are English-speaking, Poles, Ukrainians, Turks. Special thanks to the hotel guides: Eldar and Olga. Professionals!!! I'm a moody lady, but Eldar is a real Oriental man! He treated our request for a room change with patience and understanding. A low-level hotel, this is a 3* maximum for a large and green area and decent food. The beach is a tile and three rows of deck chairs heel to heel. The rooms in the bungalows are dead, gloomy, with brown shabby furniture. The bungalows are three-storied, and if the 2nd and 3rd floors are relatively bright, then the 1st floor is like a basement and smells like sewage. The WiFi in the room worked very poorly, with constant interruptions. The sound insulation is ugly, or rather it simply does not exist. The reception is a face, but here it is so miserable that you want to cry. In general, the interior is very modest. For 13 full days, the animation was three times for half an hour, but there is a dance floor and a bar with stupid Russian pop from the time of dinosaurs mixed with Lucy Chebotina. Some regrets about choosing a hotel. I recommend it for an unassuming budget tourist.
