Pros:
Good price-quality ratio.

A well-equipped promenade runs along the hotel. There is a place to walk in the evenings.
The hotel is not annoying. Namely, there is no need to take places under umbrellas early in the morning. There are always a lot of free ones (in May). The entrance to the sea (mostly sand) is located 100m from the hotel pool, i.e. there is no need to pay for a place under an umbrella on the beach.

Room cleaning.
Bathroom.
The kitchen corner could be better.

In 2017, we bought vouchers from the travel company Biblio-globus to Cyprus, to the Papantonia Hotel Apartments. We chose a studio room, and the meals were breakfast and dinner.
When we arrived in Cyprus, we took a transfer from the airport to the hotel, and began to wait for check-in. Since we arrived by night plane, we were offered breakfast before check-in.
And then it turned out that the rooms were all occupied, it happens....
My daughter was crying, I thought that we would live on the street, but we ourselves, the adults were shocked...
After 20 minutes, apologizing, we were offered another hotel, handed out printouts with the name of another hotel and what else was added as compensation. Of course, many of the tourists began to refuse, demanding their rooms. Our family was lucky that a passing girl from Biblio-globus, after reading the printout that we were given, said: - Agree, the Marlita hotel is excellent, 1st line by the sea, the room will be better than yours in the package ...
And we agreed.

We were given a two-room room, and lunch was added to breakfast and dinner.
A couple of steps from the sea! Miracles!
The food was excellent, the buffet, a wide range of dishes, everything is very tasty.
The room was cleaned every day. Bed linen and towels were changed every 3 days.
And the sea, it cannot be expressed in words, it must be seen and felt.

We had a rest from August 13 to 27.
Positive:
-holidays in Cyprus
-clean water, beautiful views
- there is a small water park in nearby Anastasia (though it's a bit old)
- there is a restaurant nearby where they feed delicious food.
- there are Russian-speaking staff
Minuses:
Building B, the room was renovated. Bathroom with seams in mold. The kitchen set is battered. The furniture is a bit old. All this is tolerable. The worst thing is the curtains. It seemed that they were wiping their hands on them. They were ivory-colored and all the spots were perfectly visible. In addition, they are also in the hole. The moth probably gnawed through it every day, Music screamed closer to night. And the weekend was unbearable. There was a club nearby, a disco, and this noise was coming from there. Even with the balcony closed, it was perfectly audible. We had breakfast and lunch/dinner included to choose from. It 's the same thing for 15 days . Breakfast was always the same, and everything offered can be counted on one hand. 1-cornflakes/chocolate balls, muesli and cold milk. or hot.
2-fruits : pear, banana, grapefruit, orange and chocolate cake in the same place. Only watermelon was seen 2 times.
3- drinks: juice, tea, coffee, water.
4-oatmeal porridge and all sorts of fillers in it.
5- omelette (like), fried eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, sausages and something else
6-croissants and something similar to nutella.
By the end of my vacation, I was sick of eggs. And I still don't eat them.
Lunch or dinner is already more varied, but not always delicious. It happened that the pasta at lunch was similar to yesterday's which was dinner and smelled already spoiled. Drinks are already paid, and the price is decently overpriced. For Pepsi, for example, about 3 €, whereas in a supermarket nearby there are only 90 cents.
We decided for ourselves that it makes no sense to take a trip with food. It's better to go to a restaurant and take what you like. The same money will be received. The cleaning is terrible. The balcony has never even been swept. There was one time, they brought a towel with stains. Beach towels can be taken with a deposit. I had my own. An adapter for an outlet can be bought in a supermarket, I bought it in Russia and brought it with me. It seems that you can rent it at the hotel. My husband had a birthday there, they brought a plate of fruit and a bottle of wine as a complement. Impressions of the hotel for two. It does not pull at 4 stars in any way.
One more thing. We had 1 dinner included in the Italian restaurant at the hotel. This is when you have a limited choice and only a couple of dishes per person. Caprese salad and carbonara- I will have nightmares now. You know, these photos are expectation and reality. My expectations didn't match up with reality. They brought something that I didn't even want to try. This food did not cause an appetite.
There is a beach near the hotel, it is sandy with small pebbles. If you go into the sea, there are a lot of stones at the bottom, but this is further away. In some places, it felt like I couldn't reach the bottom anymore, I was swimming and bumping into a rock with my stomach. It seems that this is a dug-out puddle, because there is not enough space there. The further away, the cleaner the water. At the Shore, it is agitated, of course. The blue sun beds are paid, but you can leave things on the sun beds at the hotel, it's not far at all. Massage, ice cream, coffee are nearby.
We rented a car, and booked it in advance in Russia. It's cheaper this way. We went to many other beaches and beautiful places. If it weren't for the car, then the vacation would be boring and not interesting. The excursions offered by the tour operator are quite expensive and we drove along these routes ourselves. The photo with the pool is in the hotel, and the beach with umbrellas is also near the hotel. There is a Luna Park nearby, 30 minutes by car. more attractions for adults. The dinners are varied and delicious. The chefs are attentive and always keep order. Breakfasts are monotonous. But you can eat enough. It is better to go on an all-inclusive basis, but the agency did not offer me such an option. It's a pity. Loud music is present, but on Fridays and Saturdays (from a restaurant nearby). On other days, you can only hear the animation of the hotel until 10.30 pm. The location is good, the hotel's sun beds are close to the sea, there is no need to rent municipal ones. If desired, you can walk to other beaches, to the "Fig" half an hour on foot along the equipped embankment. But after walking and reaching there, they realized that it was not worth it, there were enough fish on their beach, and the sand ... I do not wallow on the shore and do not stay there for a long time. The water is azure and clear everywhere.

We are currently staying at the hotel from 06. to 06.13. 21. Everything is very decent. The sea is close, the purest. The staff is friendly, the area is well maintained. There are enough sun beds for everyone. The food is wonderful. From fruits: watermelons, melons, apricots, apples and bananas. We had a rest in June 2021. The room stock is a bit old. Repairs are required. For example, the kitchen set had large chips, in some places screws were visible. The faucet was dripping in the bathroom and it hasn't been fixed in all 14 days. The air conditioner is very old and noisy. It rattled at second speed so that it was impossible to sleep. Also, sleep was prevented by a sooo loud neighborhood disco. They built the largest open-air across the street and from Friday to Sunday inclusive, the music is hammering like ours on city day! The windows are shaking. The hotel grounds are nice, everything is clean and tidy. There is a volleyball court, 2 swimming pools, and you can go to the nearby Anastasia Hotel pool. Also, if you have everything included, then you can go to Anastasia's water park and take any drinks and ice cream at their bar. The water park is not bad for the hotel. The food is normal, not super in general, but not bad either. There are few fruits. It was written in the reviews here, and it is. Mostly watermelons, melons, apples, bananas. They also gave plums - rubber and sour. By the way, if you have everything included, then you will be served any alcohol and soda for lunch and dinner and whenever you want, but those who are on half board complained that they are not even given water. They say you have to buy. Regarding all inclusive, this is really the right decision. Otherwise, splurge on alcohol, if that's relevant to you. One cocktail or glass of wine, for example, costs 3-3.5 euros. And the alcohol strength is low there. Vodka is 25 degrees and whiskey is 30. A cocktail worth 3.5euros made from such raw materials, to put it bluntly is not what I would like.
The sunbathing area is a real big plus of this hotel. He's really on the front line. Sun beds on the grass in the immediate vicinity of the beach line. I got up from the sunbed, took 10 steps and you are already on the beach sand, another 10 steps on the sand and you are in the sea. We were very pleased with the sea there. The water is clean and transparent, there are no algae and nothing like that. There were no waves either, the children swam without any problems. In mid-June, the water temperature in the sea was ~ 24 degrees. It's not warm and it's not too cold. There is a "type of restaurant" of Italian cuisine on site, which you can sign up for once for free. We signed up and to be honest we were very upset. It was not tasty and it took a long time to cook. There is definitely a minus here.
Now as for the animation. I'll also give you 3 points for the animation. The same program. During these 14 days, we got so tired of her that it started to piss us off.

We had a rest with a friend, on September 4 at half past 8 a.m. we stopped at the hotel, we were fed breakfast, although we did not enter, we checked in for about an hour, it was possible earlier, but we could not tear ourselves away from the beautiful sea, we were placed in building F, it was far away, but nothing, it is useful to walk, the room is large, clean linen and towels, however, we do not dwell on this, cleaning every day, changed towels, we had breakfast and dinner included, we got to dinner once, excursions and a trip around the island did not allow us to have dinner at the hotel, changed a couple of times, no problem, dinner for lunch, the food is very tasty and varied, the staff very responsive and friendly, awesome croissants for breakfast, chefs are interested and advise what you like, what you like, in general, there are no complaints about the kitchen at all, thank you very much by the cook. Animation, I can't say anything, we never got there, the beaches are wonderful, you don't want to go near the hotel, go to the right, left everywhere is good and beautiful, take a mask, be sure, the underwater world is beautiful and diverse, fish, hedgehogs, turtles, I'm in a hurry. 1. The room. we went with a child (2 years old) there was an all-inclusive tour. we arrived at the hotel at two o'clock in the afternoon, sent immediately for lunch while the room was being prepared, after lunch we went to the room and either this block (F) was as a spare or under repair, before booking we asked for a room closer to the pool, it was nearby, but there were no people in it and the room itself was dirty, curtains in the whitewash, the sofa too, was immediately asked to be changed, the next day they gave the block (B) much better and cleaner and closer to the pool where everyone was swimming.
2, cond-r +TV. in block (F), you need a remote control for the air conditioner and TV, at the reception they rent about 5 euros for 1 remote control. in block (B), the cond control was on the wall, and the TV had buttons on the side.
3. Stroller + potty. in the description about the hotel, it was written that everything would be provided for children from the hotel, as a result, they gave a playpen for sleeping (there are no cots). in fact, they said that the stroller is only rented from Anastasia (they are located next door)(they did not find out the price because the child walked by himself). They didn't ask about the pot either for the same reason.
4. Disco. if the child is very sensitive to noise during sleep, look for another hotel. The disco was across the street from Fri to Sun until 2.00 - 3.00 am. children's disco until 22.00 the animation (program) for children is the same.
5. The beach. near the hotel there is a beach with pebbles (small pebbles), if you walk a little further along the coast along the path to the left (with your back to the hotel) you will pass a small cafe, there is a sandy beach, the sea is clean and warm. hammocks on the beaches are paid.
6, prices. it was hard to go to the shops with a child, but there is nothing cheaper than 1 euro except water, because we had everything included, we did not need to buy groceries and cook in the room.
In conclusion, I want to say that we had a good rest (this is our first trip). my rating ranges from 3x to 4x. If they had given me a good and clean room right away, I would have put 4, according to the program everything is on. we only managed to use the water park in Anastasia without restrictions on time and days, drinks at the bar are also unlimited even in Anastasia, the food is delicious, and they bring water to the room before lunch, if you are not in it, they do not come to your room (the one who gave us the answer)

I have never written reviews, but this time I would like to warn all tourists.
The hotel pulls a maximum of 3 no more. In the rooms, cleaning is only the replacement of towels, cleaning in common areas is not carried out at all.
The territory is well maintained, generally clean if you don't find fault.
Beach: Nearby, the bottom is sandy and pebbly about 50 meters, then there are boulders, but this does not prevent normal swimming, the sun beds on the territory are very conveniently located directly opposite the sea. The food is all delicious and varied, but cleaning dirty dishes is slowed down.
Wooden mattresses are not hard, but wooden ones even creak like wooden beds, maybe in other rooms differently, but in b 42 it is such pillows as bricks, everything is very old.
The ancient air conditioners do not really cool and make noise like the engine of a steam locomotive.
The main charm is a nearby open-air club where Music is playing every day from 22 pm to 4-5 am and a nasty voice is screaming into the microphone, earplugs do not help because the decibels are hammering so that the walls are shaking, the glass is even vibrating on the floor. It seems that this is how they try to get to heaven, so it's not worth counting on a normal healthy sleep at all.
All inclusive is only food, powdered wine, soda and all yuppie juices.
The main disadvantage of this hotel is the lack of silence in it at night, if you are going to rest and sleep, then this is definitely not here.
Everything is fine during the day, the sea and the beach compensate for everything, but the nights are just hell!!!!!

The TUI guides were very unprofessional, no one said anything about how much to go, where, why? Especially the guide Sofia, who accompanied us from the airport to the hotel. The hotel itself was not bad, the food was delicious, a little boring, but overall not bad, BUT the biggest problem is the drinks. If you have "not everything is included" (you were not given a bracelet), then in the evening all the water is paid.
Building "E" is not bad, but whatever building you live in, you will hear the disco, which is on the contrary, until 4 am.

We had breakfast + dinner, we didn't use anything except the kettle. 1) The sea is warm, clean, the best for kids! There are sooo many children at this time from 3 months and older. On the beach, WiFi is free!Sun beds by the sea are paid!!2) The territory is large, there is a lot of greenery, there are a lot of sun beds, and there is always enough for everyone. A couple of meters walk to the sea. 2 pools, one for children.3) The food is excellent, delicious, varied, something new every day. Nice hotel. The beach in front of the hotel is not very good, my children and I went to another beach, it is a little to the left, 3 minutes along the embankment. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is different, somewhere there is sand, somewhere there are pebbles, but it is safe, there is an open shower and you can wash your feet) we have been resting on this beach for 4 years. The embankment is great for walking, you can walk along it to the central Protaras. In 2018, it seems that the owners of a restaurant nearby (now Alati) have changed and now there is a disco with sooo loud music on some days. Let's start with the cons. When booking half board, drinks, even water, are paid. There is no drinking water in the rooms, a safe is charged 2€ per day, wi-fi is 10€ per day. The rooms are locked with a regular key. The beaches are municipal and sun loungers are paid, but you take a sun lounger and give a password from wi-fi for the day, guests from other hotels go to the hotel, and take sun loungers with towels from 6 a.m. and leave. Luggage storage is 2€ for a fee. In general, you need to go everywhere with a wallet and pay or leave a deposit.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk to a good beach along a beautiful, well-maintained embankment. The food is not bad. Breakfasts are always the same, dinners are more varied. The apartments are equipped with kitchenware, microwave, toaster, refrigerator. Maybe I'm being picky, but the food is more than meager, the rooms are spacious, but very old furniture and Plumbing, they are very poorly cleaned, the beach is very small and there is a bad entry into the sea, but if you walk, you can swim and sunbathe on another beach. There were not enough cups for coffee and tea, there were queues waiting for cups. Water is paid, but this is not a minus-it's the same everywhere, but we had everything included, and it was stated that everything would be included, including water, misinformation may have occurred. Pros- excellent location, you can get to Ayyanapa in about 30 minutes by bus, excellent souvenir shops, tennis court- deposit. A wonderful promenade. Well, that's about it.
