Today I tried Marlin's rolls for the first time, and it was a real gastronomic delight.
Huge nigiri, where the fish occupies half (or even more) of the volume — the freshest, juiciest, simply magnificent. I honestly can't imagine where you find such fish in Minsk.
There
were nigiri with salmon and eel. I also tried rolls without rice and another one, the name of which I did not remember.
After
a couple of nigiri and half the rolls, I was full and happy — the food was incredibly tasty and satisfying.
The only downside is that you ran out of soy sauce and had to use homemade. It was, of course, inferior to the taste that I'm sure you would have. But I'm not lowering my grade for this, I just hope this doesn't happen in the future.

We made a pre-order for delivery on 06/01.25.
Everything is very tasty. We especially liked the baked scallop roll. I also want to note that we went to a meeting and made one portion of a roll without curd cheese for a child, and I expected that the curd cheese would be replaced with cucumber, but it was replaced with shrimp! The child is happy! Thank you very much! We are your customers now)

Perhaps it will be a review for someone in the wrong direction. But still.
Rice is a grain. On the verge of porridge. There is a lot of it, the shape of the molding is not neat at all.
There seems to be a lot of fish, but it's not pleasant to eat.
Of course, the basic guest wants a lot and more. But it's better to have a smaller shape and more pieces.

I was there 1 time, the impressions are good! Delicious rolls that are completely in the fish (although it is expensive, for 8 pcs 25 rubles). I also took salted trout, sprinkled with fresh dill, by weight, I liked it. And the price compared to John Dory is 2.5 times cheaper. But so far, there are only rolls and trout (3 types) from the assortment. In general, everything is fine, the guys are trying their best! Trout for the broads will take the very thing! And you can also place an order online from the guys and pick up the finished product. There is no delivery, we hope in the future!

I ordered the rolls for trial, I started hearing about them very often (I usually take them somewhere else or make them myself) for this price it's really bad. The rice is bland, the rolls are 70% poorly rolled. You can't forgive that for 90p. The intestines of the shrimp are poorly cleaned. Well, you can't see anything else in the roll, so there's a shrimp with intestines wrapped on top of Philadelphia. The cook clearly saw it when twisting and slicing. The only plus is the delicious fish. And wasabi is a useless mass . Just a tasteless green powder.

Sooooo fresh fish, fatty sushi, fish do not regret. It's a pity they don't do vegan without fish, my son also wants to eat with us, but he can't. I would like to expand the range of warm sushi.
