An interesting concept of combining a bookstore and a coffee shop, something like Subscription publications in St. Petersburg, but at lower speeds, matching the compactness of Minsk. Thanks to the team for decorating the city with a stylish place for the creative elite in the good sense of the word, the city lacks this. But I can't give 5 stars, since waiting for a salad for almost an hour without warning is a long time, unfortunately, the service is slow. Of course, the place is not primarily about food, but you expect that even in such a simple salad there will be no "worm holes" in the apple) The ice matcha latte lacked saturation, rather more milk-flavored matches, but overall delicious. In general, the impression is positive, but I would say that this is more a place about fashion and urban hangout than about tastes and comfort. While I was looking for a book to really buy it, I got a little tired of giving way to everyone who just came in to take a picture against the background of the shelves in the institute. So it will not always be easy to sit down and enjoy a book or the process of choosing it) This is my opinion, but in general, respect for having created such an original corner

Unfortunately, the visit did not go well :
1. a cockroach running on the floor scared me, the workers said that they are poisoned every week, but they still appear
2. in the area where the cafe was uncomfortable, the tables are very close, you do not hear the interlocutor, but people from neighboring tables, you can not move to the library (there are chairs and tables) with food or dessert, you can only have a drink.
3. There was a hair in the dessert, the waiter said that she did not see it (my friend also clearly saw it), but she replaced the dessert.

The nicest place to have breakfast, meet friends, read and buy books.
Coffee and food are typical.
But it is not suitable for working outside the office: cellular communication almost does not catch, and local wifi (according to the employees themselves, and after checking) does not even pull text messengers, here there is something to work with.

I went to Minsk for a couple of days from St. Petersburg, this place completely changed my idea of the city, which was formed initially. The place is lively, bright, very tasty food, delicious and varied selection on the funnel. An excellent selection of books - I wanted to buy everything, but I took one that I hadn't even heard of before, I'm glad to find it. Excellent staff, the atmosphere, the interior - everything is amazing. I wanted to come to Minsk again in many ways for the sake of this place)

Атмосфера супер, но крайний раз был а неприятная ситуация.
Я очень хорошо отношусь к животным и часто это кафе посещают с собачками. Так вот пришли такие люди и их собаки лаяли минут 15. На замечание сказали, что мы в кафе pet friendly, я это понимаю, но не понимаю почему нельзя успокоить собак… пришлось уйти с коллегой, так как и так голова болела, а от их лая стало ещё хуже
А так кафе на 10 из 10

Маркс — это лично мое любимое заведение, когда хочется посидеть в спокойствии и поработать.
В первую очередь хочется отметить прекрасный персонал. Не могу сказать, что я захожу регулярно, но очень приятно, что бариста запомнила меня и исходя из моих прошлых предпочтений подобрала наилучшее блюдо для меня.
Практически все места оснащены разетками, поэтому очень удобно приходить с ноутбуками работать.
И конечно же невозможно не отметить книжный отдел: кино, музыка, искусство, архитектура и многое прочее можно найти на полках.
Однозначно рекомендую посетить это место, и не один раз. Возвращаюсь постоянно ❤️

одна из лучших кофеен в городе. также есть книжный магазин с интересными инди книгами. всегда приятный и отзывчивый персонал, модно проводить мероприятия, есть большой стол

Хороший кофе, приемлемые цены
Разве что, найти кофейню с улицы может быть немного непросто в первый раз, зато удобное в целом расположение в центре города, если вы выбираетесь погулять.

Дарагавата як для сеткавай кавярні, ёсць ежа, сняданне, але нічога асабліва вылучыць не магу. Для кнігарні, таксама, оверпрайс, з іншага боку падбор кніг цалкам даволі цікавы. Калі б яны яшчэ арганізаваны былі адэкватна, а не па прэтэнцыёзным катыгорыям кшталту "тэзаўрус эмоцый" паставіў бы са зніжкай пяць зорак, а так болей чатырох даць не магу.

Хотите отдохнуть от городской суеты, поработать с ноутбуком, назначить встречу, просто выпить чашку кофе или чая в спокойной обстановке, а может и бокал вина..?
Во дворе между проспектом Независимости и улицей Карла Маркса притаилось прекрасное заведение, как раз по такому случаю;)
Два зала. В первом кофейня, а во втором — книжная лавка. Любезные девушке обязательно подберут что-то для Вас из мира искусствоведения, кино, нон-фикшена, философии и современной прозы.
P.S.
Найти заведение не так и просто с первого раза. Лучше обратиться к инстаграмму заведения за подробным описанием того, как добраться в этот укромный уголок творческих людей города Минска.

Either a bookshop or a coffee shop. The coffee is great. The hall is divided into two parts - a coffee shop and a bookstore. In a coffee shop, you can't take books from a bookstore and read. You can't drink coffee in the bookshop (you might get books dirty). It's all strange.

As a cafe, not really. There is very little space and the tables are very close to each other. In addition, for some reason, people with laptops often confuse cafes with coworking. In the evenings, desserts are no longer the first freshness, but they are higher than the average in the center.
Bookstore is more like bookcrossing -- you can find something unusual, but some books look out of place. Well, the categories are my respect. Something abstract like "the taste of yesterday's sunset" is pretentious, but uncomfortable.

Что со стафом? Пока стоял у кассы, девушка ходила искала чей лимонад, так и не нашла, положила обратно на стойку. А потом и мне принесли не тот напиток, но росле замечания поменяли. Позже забрали недопитый мной лимонад(с гибискусом почти прозрачный), который был на уровне льда еще. Спасибо на том, что десерт не доеденный из под носа не забрали.я так понял, чтобы я быстрее ушел оттуда. Спасибо, больше и не приду.

Чудесное место. Всегда играет приятная музыка (иногда очень неожиданная). Чувствуется, что ребята, которые там работают любят своё место и это распространяется на всех, кто приходит. Люблю! <3
П.с булочка с корицей и фильтр спасают даже в самые хмурые дни

A cool place, a very tasty match, interestingly pleasant and so always lively, apparently. The only thing that upset me was that at peak moments the guys did not have time to clean the tables and had to sit at the dirty table. It's autumn now, there will be more and more people and some runner would be very useful here. :)

Насчёт еды: однозначно вкусные салаты. Имбирное печенье 1 штука за 2 рубля это слишком.
Насчёт книг: интересная подборка, но некоторые издания можно найти гораздо дешевле в обычных магазинах

Для кофейни в центре неплохо, но есть и лучше. Внутри кофейня разделена на две части. Книжный очень много интересной литературы, можно найти книги на любой вкус. Там все очень понравилось, а вот на счёт самой кофейни есть пару нюансов.. Внутри было очень темно для светлого времени суток, на летке было слишком мало столиков. Девушка которая принимает заказы не понравилась. Мы спроси у нее про кофе который они варят, моя подруга услышала что она сказала, в отличии от меня. И назвала обжарщиков с которыми они работают, а не страну откуда привезены зерна. Так же поступила не корректно считая выручку при посетителях, мы услышали все и это насовсем правильно на мой взгляд..
