I've visited this barbershop a couple of times. I can't say anything bad about the masters, but the administrators are something.Rudeness and arrogance. To make an appointment with a master, you may not be able to do it the first time. It feels like I already owe them something for the call. In the city polyclinic, they answer calls and then much more politely!
