A disgusting company that does not give a damn about the client and does not comply with the obligations under the contract. I was constantly misinformed about the delivery date of the windows and at the same time did not even call back to warn that once again no one would come! I had to constantly take time off from work, which is why my salary was cut, and no one deigned to compensate me in full. Dismantling according to the contract was supposed to be done a day before installation, but in fact for 4 weeks we sat with a bare balcony, in the cold, so they also wanted to cut down the bottom of the balcony earlier, and we have the 8th floor!!! It's just creepy and dark!!! By the way, no one provided the act of work for signature, it turns out that if something happens to the windows, then it will not be possible to prove the fact of installation by this particular company, and according to the contract, if the installation was not done by the company, then they are not responsible. During the installation, the master did not bring a stepladder with him, I had to run around the neighbors and look for it, as a result, there were goats, which I had to drag into the apartment with the master. During this, the door on the balcony was scratched, the master screamed that his house was full of paint and he would paint over everything, but, of course, no one fixed anything. Not to mention that during the delivery of the structures, the bottom of an expensive wooden door was knocked off to me, I entered the situation humanely and asked the loader not to fine, because obviously these people do not earn much. They called me and told me that they had left chocolate for me in the office as a sign of gratitude, they asked me to come pick it up, but later it turned out that no one thought of leaving anything there. It's just as disgusting as possible! Just fuuu! And my order was very large and expensive, and that's how disgusting it is to behave with a client.... I will never go there again and I will never advise anyone to go there!
