We booked rooms at the booking office and received confirmation. We arrived on the appointed day (from 9.05-12.05). The receptionist said that they do not work with booking, our reservation is not relevant. He offered to rent rooms at a price twice as expensive. We took the keys to look at the rooms. There is a suite (it's just two beds and a toilet in the room), a standard (two beds and a toilet in a separate room) and an economy - two beds and a shared toilet. You can only live tolerably in a suite. It's sooooo dirty everywhere, every room smells like sewage, there's hair in the drains. There are tables where you can eat, but everything is covered in dust, crumbs, peeling paint, etc. Wi-Fi also finishes only up to the suite. Non-residents still have an additional tax (140,000 thousand amounts) per person.
The only plus is the location (close to the metro and next to a great dining room).

Отличный отель для тех кто ищет бюджетный вариант. Местоположение в центре города понимающий приветливый персонал, есть комнаты на любой вкус, единственный минус без завтрака но это можно легко компенсировать за счёт заведений питания в округе

Pros: excellent location, city center, metro nearby, 15 min to the airport, good Wi-Fi coverage.
