However, the store's employees (at the address ag. Lesnoy 19B) were extremely dissatisfied with the fact that it was necessary to pick up the goods that were bought in another store. The staff demanded that I provide a passport or a photo of him, they did not even want to hear what information
was provided in another store. I asked for what purpose a passport was needed and what they wanted to see in it. The consultant rolled her eyes and, smacking her lips, dropped the phrase "well, look at the last name, registration address."
Why do I need personal data if I have a purchase receipt, a product of proper quality, a card!? (Fortunately, there are competent people in Mark Formel's technical support and they replied that only the full name was needed (see the appendix))

The employees categorically refused to refund the money. They said that I was misinformed in another store and incompetent sellers were working there, they sent me to take the goods to that store. When I asked for a complaint book, the employee complained, "Oh, well, everything is clear with her."

Would I want to return to this store? Rather no than yes.
