My husband bought a house suit, which unfortunately did not fit. We came to make a refund to purchase the same suit (in a different color), but in a larger size.
Sellers made refunds in silence with dissatisfied faces. After my husband and I took another suit and went to the fitting room, we heard the sellers all over the store start discussing that they (literally) had a refund.
After that, the desire to make a purchase disappeared.
If sellers are offended by something, then it seems that they should not work in the field of customer service.
