Yesterday, on 01/22/2025, I went to this store around 15:30 once again for family updates. I've been visiting the block regularly for a couple of years now, or rather I did. I put aside about 20-25 positions at the checkout, and sold 11. Apparently, the rest of the unsold ones are "needed by themselves", in the attached receipt and your video details. The family is disappointed, the customer is disappointed by the inattention of the staff. Not only are you busy with your own urgent business, but not with the customer, but come on, an adult, I did it myself. If they didn't help, at least they didn't interfere. A part of the product that the buyer intends to buy has been sent somewhere! After all, this is probably the main task of the store - to sell, and not to rummage through its drains and spend time at work.
On subsequent visits, I will look for someone to pay the next 500 rubles at another address.
A shopper was needed as a gift, it is no longer possible to order it online, you can only pick it up at the store. I ordered one, they refused because the product was on a mannequin, I came to this one - it was there, but with a marriage. A store employee suggested that I find this shopper in another city, took my phone, called a few days later and said that it was there and I could pick it up. I'm in a pleasant shock) I did not expect such responsiveness and that the person really cared. If you have something like "Employee of the Month", I will be glad if Lyubov Zhelvanova becomes one. My attitude towards the brand has improved significantly. Thanks!
