Today I ordered my underwear through the online store. My order is cancelled in half an hour. 6 days ago, two pairs of socks from a large order were canceled. There was a similar story earlier. Today I just couldn't stand it and called the call center to express my indignation, the girl talked to me very nicely and assured me that the situation would be reviewed. In the evening, I decided to look for another underwear model in the application and... That lady!!!! I was blocked!!!!!!! I didn't brawl, I didn't swear, I just expressed my dissatisfaction. And for me, the product of this company is no longer available. I'll be looking for this store's complaint book tomorrow.
