Excellent textiles at very attractive prices. The choice, the quality - everything is just fine. We were satisfied with all the purchases.
If the review is read by the retail chain's management, there are a number of questions for *you*, the management.
Sales girls are in desperate need of at least a basic course in customer service. We spent more than 3 hours in the store. The total amount of purchases is 1,000 Belarusian rubles. As far as I understand, this is a large purchase. During all 3 hours, none of the girls came up with an offer to help, advise, or pick up the product. Everything had to be done in self-service mode, the girls diligently (well done) engaged exclusively in laying out.
Well, you can't do that :) We would have left you 1.5 times more in much less time if a consultant had attached himself to us.

In the store, it is very crowded between the racks with clothes, you can't miss each other, there are not enough three fitting rooms, there is always a queue. Previously, there was a concept of a discounter, they came for cheaper things, now the assortment is no different from the rest. There's no point in going to the factory.

No matter how many T-shirts and thermal underwear I wore, Mark Formel is the best for me.
The most comfortable feeling is cotton for the summer, and with synthetics already in cool weather. And the price is quite affordable.
However, some of the inscriptions on the clothes are not particularly verified and here one could puff to come up with something more euphonious and stylish, but otherwise well done, fellow countrymen, the workmanship is decent.

I ran in , so to speak , out of urgent need ( to follow the socks ) I was late for my birthday ..
I took expensive 5 rubles each, I can't say that I can't get high-quality things, you lose them on the go, this is one case.
The second case, the underwear on the tag 116 chest, 106 waist is a kick-ass, it feels like they ordered patterns in China.. They turned out to be two sizes smaller .
The third case is trousers 38-34 size , the same as with underwear ..

I ignored this store for a very long time, or rather, the brand as a whole. Reviews about the quality of the product were mixed, and I was used to several European promoted brands.
Then I bought a couple of things for my child, then for my wife, then for myself... Like it. At a humane price, the quality is quite decent, good cut. The choice is also quite big. For the prints on the clothes, a special "thank you", please. The attitude towards customers is very loyal, they change unsuitable clothes without a sound. Again, discounts in this store are not an empty phrase. 25-50% is very nice.
In general, the store has been added to favorites.

The ugly quality of service in the online store. I have placed an order for more than 100 BEL. rubles. I paid for the order with a bank card upon receipt. I have specified all the data for the delivery via Belpost. 3 days later, I receive an email from the payment system with information that Markformel canceled my transaction, and I can still address Markformel to an email address. Almost immediately, I sent an email to several e-mail addresses listed on the site as contact (I still have not received any response from the email). I also wrote a chat on the online store's website. A little over an hour later, I received a reply in the chat that the staff could not contact me at the specified phone number, so they canceled the order. Why call me at all if I have paid for everything and specified the address for delivery? I did not receive any answer to my question "If I did not answer the specified phone number, why was I not contacted by the specified email?" Thank you very much Markformel that you are here, even at a distance of several hundred kilometers from potato paradise, you manage to remind how wonderful life is there and how important you are to the seller, manufacturer and society. Keep it up !
