i was in UAE about three times, but this hotel is better than previous locations. about advantages: large rooms, tasty breakfasts and dinner with friendly staff, (for example russian-speaking guy and pretty girl Shakira), big swimming pools, grate warm sea and a lot of smart and helpful things inside hotel

The worst resort ever I have visited in the UAE. You have to request even the very basics so many times with no favourable response. My kids hated the place and were counting the days to leave.
