Great for families with children. There are 7 pools, 2 on the beach with sea water, 2 in the spa area and bungalows, there is also a bar in the center of the pool, it is very calm, cozy and beautiful.
There are 3 standard slides on the territory, a large children's pirate aqua complex, there are many slides in the pm high. Playgrounds: near the restaurant with trampolines, swings, slides, mazes, ping pong, etc., and on the beach with sand there are different slides, swings, etc.
The animation is not very enticing, but it is enough. There was an obstacle course in the pool, like in super ninja, the kids really liked it.
There is a lunapark with attractions (1-2$ sometimes for one, sometimes for the company of children - according to the mood of the owner), popcorn, folded cotton wool, lollipops are also 1-2 $. By the pool, the animation sometimes also gives cotton candy, lollipops and watermelon smoothies for free. The evening shows are simple, there are invited artists several times a week, you can watch them.
The children's club has: a Lego room, a music room, for creativity, a cinema room, for sleeping children + a separate children's restaurant, it is not far from the beach, it is convenient to hide with children from the scorching sun.
Meals around the clock. The food is normal if you know where to cook what. There is a children's area, yoghurts, milkshakes and milk in packages (the same food is available on the general serving). Porridge is not porridge at all, but brewed flakes, not tasty. For small children, it is better to take a quick brew with you, or eat omelets. You apply it yourself, no one takes it off your heart). Fried eggs and omelets are fried individually. Donuts and croissants are delicious. Salads and vegetables in any variations and cuts. The fruits are delicious: apples, pears, plums, peaches, watermelon, melon, cherries, bananas not every day. The soups are Turkish, delicious (there is a night soup). Coffee from the vending machine, but not very much (delicious coffee in a free separate cafe). Red fish steaks are perfectly cooked on the beach 3 times a week, there are also always burgers, pizza, meat, fried fish, gozleme, vegetables, fruits, etc. There is also a constant supply of food at the pool bar. There are no Ala maps.
Water is everywhere in cups. Ayran is at the bar.
Ice cream is not limited from 13 to 17, there is enough to overeat, there is no queue. Soda and juices are normal. In some places, the juices look like natural, with pulp.
There is a separate cafe with cakes and very good brewed coffee, free of charge (everyone initially thinks that they are a separate paid institution).
The cocktails are delicious, there are many options, they decorate beautifully. Alcohol from individual funfires. Beer is light as usual, always in hard glasses in plastic, or in glass glasses. We tried the wine a couple of times, white will do, pink is not very good. In the evening, there is no entertainment for adults, just to sit and chat in the lobby on outdoor sofas (there is a hanging swing), cocktails are there all day long, you can order a good hookah. There is nowhere to go beyond the territory, only to go. The pharmacy nearby is very expensive (about *3 of our prices). There are shops on site.
The sea is warm, clean, there are waves. Pebbles. There are enough sun loungers for everyone. There is a pier. Intestines were not noticed in anyone. We swam in the sea and in the pools. Every night, all the pools are cleaned and the bottom is vacuumed.
The area is clean.
The rooms and the hotel itself are old, the ceilings are low, at first it is not usual. But everything works. There are no living creatures) Room cleaning is poor. The mini-bar is full of sodas for check-in, then they do not replenish, well, it is not necessary, there are plenty of places on the territory where you can drink sodas. They bring water. Shampoos and soaps replenish, there is no gel. Towels and bed linen are changed. The safe is paid, we didn't take it, nothing was missing.
The atmosphere in the hotel is very good, no nationalism. The staff is polite and friendly, they love children. Mostly Russians, Turks and Kazakhs.
In general, we are very satisfied with the rest. If you think about it, there is everything for both children and adults.

We really liked the hotel. I was met by a hotel employee, helped to carry things, told the basic rules, the location of the main hotel facilities (restaurant, bar, etc.). Food for 5+, food is always and everywhere. There is a very cool snack bar on the beach, we didn't even go to the main restaurant for lunch) Cleaning is daily. It is worth noting the efficiency of the staff - the door in the shower cabin broke down, it was repaired instantly. So do not hesitate to contact the reception for various questions. The beach is private, sandy and pebbly, there was no shortage of sunbeds. There are also two pools on the beach, there is practically no one there. There are water slides for children, animation. The contingent is 90% of couples with young children, the hotel is aimed at such an audience, but we adults
were not bored) The room was taken as standard, everything is there - a mini-bar, a kettle, coffee bags, a TV with Russian channels, a powerful conditioner, a large bathtub. Wi-Fi is free in the lobby, paid works in the room and throughout the hotel (the issue price is $ 16/week, per device).

The hotel is cool, I liked the varied food, there are fruits too, I really liked the coffee shop, the coffee beans, the cakes there are also delicious, hot chocolate, tea with milk. The beach is large and wide, there are enough sun beds for everyone, a large number of pools, the sea is warm, the sun is gentle, we rested from October 13 to October 23, 24. A hotel for families with children.There are many pools, a children's Aqua town, a lunopark (for a fee, but cheaper than in Anapa.)Adult youth have nothing to do. But for older tourists it is quiet and peaceful. The sea does not bother you 200 meters on foot. Very small rooms on the ground floor, especially in block E. And on the north side of Block E, all rooms overlook the garbage cans. Imagine a room with an area of 10-11 m2 and 2 and 1.5 double beds were pushed out there. Great hotel. The staff is focused on the tourist on 💯.
Lots of greenery, cool pools, there is a very warm one near the spa. The slides are open almost all day. Sun beds are always available. The food is very varied and there are always drinks 24 hours a day at the reception.

We lived in a bungalow and we think that we were lucky, because many complained about the smells in the rooms. The cleaning is very bad, a few dollars won't help, the floors probably won't even be swept. The dining room is quite dirty. You can't stay hungry, there is a lot of food, the quality is 3+, there is plenty to choose from. But in the end, I got tired of it, it was pretty monotonous. There is ice cream in the beach bar, good juices and coffee in the coffee shop, macaroons are not very good, cakes are edible. I liked the rest, but I would not like to return yet.

We stayed at this hotel in late September-early October. I liked everything very much (my first trip to Turkey) the food is delicious and very diverse, it's close to the sea. If you want to buy something from souvenirs, it is better to walk to the market for 20 minutes without haste. Prices are 2-3 times lower than in the hotel.
The rooms are not large, but cozy. The staff is friendly, the questions were solved very quickly.
We drove ourselves to Side and back by minibus, there were no problems with communication
In the hammam, for 0.1 of our vodka, they bargained for a discount and the two of them went for $ 50 instead of $ 70 per person

The "budget" five. The hotel is suitable for families with children, there is enough entertainment for them there. The lion's share of tourists are from Russia, so, apparently, the staff speaks and understands Russian well. There is a lunopark, but each carousel costs 2 euros. Wi-Fi is also paid, free in the lobby barely plows. The lobby bar is open 24 hours. The food is varied, no one was left hungry for sure. Once a week, a sea day (sushi, crayfish) for dinner. Also, once a week they organized a holiday with a special menu (we got there 2 times), the chef's dancing is a separate spectacle, very cool emotions. The rooms are of course "tired", and the towels in the hotel could be updated. But none of the employees extorted money for an improved room, where they asked, they settled there.
We went with the child, she really liked it. A large number of pools is a huge plus.
Of the cons:
1. During the stay, cleaners stole money from several vacationers (our friends), they dug into our suitcases a couple of times, even tried to pick up the code. Yes, and the cleaning itself leaves much to be desired.
2. Entrance to the sea. The pebbles, of course, are not mine. Many people did not like it, even those who took aquashouses went into the sea through the "ahi" (it really hurts).
P.s. Emotions are mostly positive. There are disadvantages everywhere, and if you always look for them, then there will be no time to rest.

A good hotel for families with children. 3 meals a day according to the buffet system + there is a cafe on site where you can drink coffee and cakes. You can also have a delicious snack on the beach from 12 to 17. There are juices and alcohol from drinks both on the beach and near the pool. There are a variety of cocktails on the lobby. The rooms are in the style of cabins. Of course it's a little cramped, but you can fit 3 people. They don't clean very well. But towels are changed once a day. Excellent hotel , super varied food ( trout , salmon were given ), I want to mention separately a pastry shop on the territory of the hotel : super delicious cakes and cheesecakes fire , ice coffee is very tasty .
Alcoholic and non - alcoholic drinks : whiskey cola , mojito , beer were especially liked .
There are two pools on the beach , and a cafe .
The food is super go and eat from one cafe to another😏😂
The rooms are cozy on the ground floor are small , but we only slept in them, there are many pools, children's slides, the staff is super friendly (greetings from Dasha and Julia)
Special thanks to the animator team : Solo , Naz , Ayshe , Sedat , Mesut , Maxim , animators try very hard , develop animation , dars , water polo , aqua aerobics in the afternoon, we rested from July 4 to 12, every day there was an evening show , Miss hotel, Mr. hotel, lotto show , soap bubbles , Turkish night ,a light show , there were discos after the show.
Excellent spa on site I recommend to visit : body peeling , foam , massage for 25 minutes , face mask , hello Eldar 👋 ( an off - site spa is a little cheaper , but they cheat massage for 5 minutes , then everything is for an additional fee )

It was in October 2024 . A comfortable and relaxing holiday. For a family with kids, it's just great! The buildings are not new. We rested in this department in 2022 at the end of the season, the hotel is good, the food is excellent, there is a lot of choice, the only thing that we did not like was the room, we had it on the ground floor and as for us it was damp, we did not want to be in the room. A trivial hotel only for a Russian-speaking audience, there are no Europeans at all, as well as the declared service. It may be normal for children, as they are comfortable without a language barrier. The staff treats guests with disdain. Cons:
the children's menu is not wide. It is not possible to eat soup at all! Everything is in spices. It's always fries, burgers, pasta and nuggets.
There are two water parks with children's slides, BUT! There is icy water!!!! It's warmer in the sea. Go in once to take a picture of the children and run to warm up. What kind of nonsense is this? There is a water park, but you can't use it.

The coast is steep, 5 meters and the bottom is missing. 500 meters away from Alanya there is a small river, from the bridge you can feed turtles, crabs and geese, eat eggs, cheese. Dolmush runs to Alanya for 300 lire for three people one way, every 30 minutes.

In general, the hotel is not bad, we took a bigger room with an additional fee, it was cleaned like every day, towels were definitely changed, everything was good for food, fish, chicken, fruits, vegetables were always there, we were not hungry, there were a lot of drinks, but we did not drink much, there was also food on the beach, ice cream, waffles, the sea is excellent, although and the entrance is not very good, there are not enough sun beds, everything is busy by the pool and the beach is the same, it's hard to find free ones, there were only slippers in the room for some reason, and there were 4 of us, and even though the room was on the 2nd floor, the ants were all the same.But these little things did not spoil our vacation, it's good for children there, they would have made a bigger playground, otherwise everyone huddled there in the evenings.

The table is varied. There is fish, meat, chicken. Sometimes the food is bland, but this is a plus because it is suitable for children. My children found something to eat from the adult table. Fruits: apples, oranges, tangerines, pears, watermelons.

Drinks, alcohol: it seemed to me that the bar was good . I don't drink, I can't appreciate it. But the cocktails look beautiful))) for dinner, many with wine.
2. The staff is friendly. They are positive towards children. We didn't feel any bad attitude towards the Russians.
3. The territory is well maintained. They are constantly cleaning, taking away the dishes.
4. There is a playground on site and on the beach.

Minuses:
Cleaning is purely formal. Towels were changed constantly. But the floors are not cleaned. They make it look like they've cleaned the room.
Someone says that the room on the 1st floor is small. We had enough space, we only slept there. It was comfortable with a stroller.
There is icy water in the water park, the children are swimming, but mine did not climb.
Maybe it's cool there in the season.
The playgrounds are well-groomed. It's not interesting at all on the beach.
The animation is very weak.
There is a quick entry into the sea, with children only swimming along the shore. It is not convenient without special shoes.

A good ultra all hotel. During the day, several different cafes and bars are open on the territory, the food is not bad and in a large assortment. Everyone will find something for themselves. There is a cool children's area with slides, and several pools are open for adults. It takes a couple of minutes to walk to the sea, the beach is pebbly, equipped with sun beds and canopies. The animation is only for children, it seemed boring. There are no shops or attractions within walking distance from the hotel. A suitable option for traveling with children under 10 years old.

The hotel is 3 stars no more. The food was monotonous, but there was enough for everyone, there were no queues. They returned on 10/21/2024. If you are not afraid of dirt in the rooms and on the territory, then everything is more or less. My family and I were shocked by the cleaning in the rooms. To say that it was dirty on arrival is to say nothing. They asked to clean up better, everything remained at the same level, playgrounds are dirty, they are not cleaned at all. The water park for children is not bad, but the water in it is cold and the children could not swim there. There is one warm swimming pool on the territory in which there are a lot of children. The situation was saved by the warm sea and sunny weather. I wouldn't go there again. We bought vouchers in a few days and did not read many reviews, it's a shame that the travel agency Biblio Globus sells the hotel as 5 stars, but you come to a dirty three-star hotel. We stayed at this hotel from September 12-21, 2024, and the impressions remained mixed. The hotel building is of course already outdated, and the furniture in the rooms is too. The room is not particularly cleaned, there is dirt everywhere, towels and sheets with holes and stains. I was especially impressed by the dirt on the upper shelves in the restaurant where the food is, apparently it has not been wiped all season, such dirt causes unpleasant feelings.
There are a lot of stray cats on the territory that lie wherever they want - on sun beds in the pool (and then people sit down in a swimsuit), in a restaurant on chairs, after them there is wool, too, somehow unpleasant.
There was a lot of food, but for me there was little tasty. Porridges and soups are generally a problem, I observed that children eat only fast food. In general, I have no questions about food, there was a fish day, on which they gave crayfish, shrimp salad, squid, etc., you can find something to eat.
The beach is good enough, but you need to take aquashouses on your feet, small pebbles painfully dig into your legs. There are separate bungalows on the shore, in which it is very comfortable to sunbathe and relax. We spent the whole vacation there, only in the last two days they came to us for money, it turned out that the bungalows were paid - $ 10 per day.
The staff is very cheerful and competent in some places.
I liked the rest, but I definitely won't recommend this hotel to my friends.

As we spent 10 days in the basement, that's what I called our first floor, the smell of dampness ... we rested from 20.10 to 30.10.
About the room: we were unlucky, families with 1 child are given either a tiny room where the air conditioner is above the baby's bed (but the 3rd floor), or the 1st floor, there is a slightly larger room, for a large room on the 2nd floor we were offered $ 50 extra. We also had a building where garbage carts were being carried in the morning and the road could be heard. The plumbing is very tired.
At the end of October, I do not recommend choosing such hotels for swimming in the sea. The open sea without coves, it was cool. There were few swimmers, although the sun beds were all occupied. The evenings are very cold, there are just not enough sweatshirts, you need a jacket, a hat for the kids.
Pools: there is one warm one, but it is small and there are a lot of children there)) The rest were icy, even a small children's slide.
The territory is beautiful, there are a lot of seals, a pleasant promenade to the beach.
The sea: take aquashouses, you won't regret it, the coast is steep, the stones are not very pleasant. It's interesting to take a mask, there are a lot of fish. There are probably not enough sun beds in the shade during the season, but there is a pool with sun beds and shade nearby.
Food: generally monotonous, but well cooked, lamb 3-4 times a week, chicken always, French fries almost always. Cocktails are made in the bar, the wine from the bottles is normal, the champagne is non-alcoholic))
Shops: it's about 1.5 km to them, towards Alanya, after refueling (by the way, there are good prices for souvenirs, etc.) and you can go on and on)
Excursions: we bought an excursion to Green Canyon from a Russian-speaking woman where there are shops, there are such sofas on the street. She did a great job, but she didn't cheat on anything, as it was with other tourists who bought online there but not from her. The tour is good by the way. We wanted to rent a car, but everywhere on the Internet either from 3 days or + 20 euros delivery to the hotel. The guide has $58.
We read in the reviews that there is a river with turtles, the river was found, but there is definitely no one there.
Russian Russians made up 70% of the hotel during our period, and the staff did not speak Russian very well, as in the same Kemer.
Animation: probably the end of the season, although the hotel was full, but they don't have any program, no one calls anywhere, the mini disco always starts at different times and is somehow curtailed. The mini club is so-so, plus Russian kids are very well understood.
I would like to remind our tourists - take pity on the people living on the 1st floor at least during daytime sleep and the evening is late, otherwise everyone is walking, shouting through the entire building, the audibility is bad from the street, good between neighbors.
This hotel would be better off with 4* and it would be a very strong rating, as well as a weak 5*

The behavior of local vacationers at the hotel was annoying, they sit on the sofas at the reception with bare feet with fungal nail damage, even the elderly, they drive our children away from them if they need to plop down there. But when we saw this ourselves, we tried to run away and take our children away!
Maybe, of course, this is such a culture and we don't understand anything)))
But in general, the Turks were arrogant, of course, the deodorant in the hotel is 10 dollars, corn on the beach, popcorn, chips is some kind of insane price tag! Of course, we bought it for the children, like on vacation and all that, but then we started explaining to the children that it was 5 times cheaper at home, let's eat it at home, and here we will eat something that we don't have in Russia)))
I liked the food at the hotel, the food was delicious, the food was fresh, there were no queues))) Of course, there were both pleasant hotel staff and not so nice, so there was no desire to give tips)))
We had a good rest because we are positive, sociable people and we have fun everywhere, the sea was very warm and beautiful (despite the dirty beach), there were very few people, the weather was wonderful, we swam a lot! We met wonderful people, families, and from our hometown)))!
We are always saved by a sense of humor and a positive attitude)).
I wrote the review not to whine and complain, but to make your expectations match reality at least a little!

and now the cons: the disregard of the hotel staff, ants in the rooms, the same type of food in the restaurant (so I want to call it the dining room), a lousy beach with pebbles, few sun loungers and awnings do not create proper shade, so heat stroke is provided. Far from the sea (but personally milking me is a plus than a minus). the nearest supermarket to the hotel is 5 km away. Moreover, in both directions, a pharmacy is 1 km away. (fortunately, at least there is)

The children were 100% satisfied. The food is good. I love meat, and there was a lot of meat (beef, chicken and lamb). The fish is fresh on the grill every day. Of the cons: I bought a family room ticket. I thought the children would be in a separate room. But this is my joint, which I did not immediately specify. As a result, everything is standard. enter this information. I liked the hotel. It was in the spring of 2024. The food is good, grilled fish every day, meat, a lot of fruits. You go to the sea through an underground passage, as if through a gallery.
There are views of Turkey on the walls, the ceiling is stretched, the floors are washed as in the rooms. There is a swimming pool on the beach, the water is fresh. The entrance to the sea is sand with pebbles, you need slippers. But if it's from the pier, then there's no problem. The beach is large, there are enough canopies and sun beds for everyone. The territory of the hotel is divided into 2 zones. One is quiet with a park, a cafe with tea, coffee, ice cream, and the second is active with slides, a Playground. There are sports and entertainment programs there. It's always noisy there, music is playing. If you like silence, ask for a room in the greenpark. I liked everything in the village, I will be happy to come again

We went with children (7 and 10 years old), there is not much entertainment there for such an age. The eldest daughter rode on adult Slides in a deeper pool, the water in the pools is clean, there is not much smell of chlorine. There are three pools in one place, where there are a lot of people, music is playing loudly, and there is a quieter pool, it is near the Spa, there are few people there and the sun beds are always free, although there is no city there. The food is delicious and varied. We were pleased with the good juices, orange juice is generally freshly squeezed there, there is a separate children's menu, the table is low and it is convenient for children to choose, plastic plates so that they do not break. There are many children's tables on the territory, there are towns near the hotel and on the beach, but it was also not interesting for mine, for the younger ones. The bar gives out free ice cream and you can take it as much as you want. It is convenient that you can eat on the beach. There is a convenient road to the beach, a short distance and also an underground passage, it is safe and cool in the heat. There are a lot of flowers on the territory, beautiful and clean. But entering the sea is very inconvenient, although they write that the beach is sandy and pebbly, but the sand there is 5-7 meters from the sea itself, and entering the sea is pebbly, it is not very pleasant for your feet, and also the waves often knock you down and as a result, you ride like a "grater" in these stones, also it's not a smooth descent, but like a slide, so it's nothing to enter yet, you just slide down, but it's very hard to get out, especially if the wave still washes away these stones. The toilet was often in our room, it didn't flush, they called a plumber, fixed it, and after a while the same problem, but in the end everything seemed to be fine. Upon arrival, there was no hand soap or shampoo in the room, only liquid soap in the shower. Then, in the middle of the rest, they brought slippers, shampoo and soap. There is a shop on site, you can not go anywhere and buy souvenirs and gifts for your loved ones. In the restaurant and in all bars, you can easily get drinking water in cups. It is very audible in the room what is happening in the neighboring rooms and the noise comes from the street too well.
