The apartment hotel. I stayed in the room of the "old" foundation. In fact, this is a full-fledged one-bedroom apartment, quite spacious with a large balcony and a full kitchen. The staff cleans well every day, including washing the dishes that you usually use in the kitchen to prepare breakfast. Within walking distance of restaurants (meat and fish), about 5 minutes on foot; grocery stores (large supermarkets) 10 minutes on foot; pharmacy 2 minutes on foot. There is a good private parking. It is very important in Athens if you plan to relax with a rented car. Public transport stops (bus and tram) are 5 minutes away on foot. By tram to the very center to the parliament (Syntagma terminus) and to the Stadium (towards the port of Piraeus) about 35 minutes. The nearest metro station is 25 minutes away. It is fully suitable for a short stay in Athens, with trips to attractions and museums. It is very comfortable for a long time, so the hotel is right on the main road along the embankment and it is quite noisy. But if the windows are closed, the noise is moderate. In general, for an amateur, who treats noise like that. But in the morning and evening traffic hours on the balcony is not really noisy, which is problematic to talk both live and on the phone. Heating and air conditioning are centralized, which creates additional comfort.

A good average guy, for those who need to reconnect. We took a family room for a day while waiting for a boat in the marina opposite. The beds are comfortable, the linen is clean, the room is clean. Of the cons, there is no lobby or any catering at the hotel.

The room is quite, the balcony is dusty, there is no laundry (I sat in a room meter by meter, washed things in an old-fashioned typewriter). From the Marina opposite in the middle, but eventually go around to the sides.
