A small mini-market with almost everything, pleasant polite staff, clean, goods for every taste and price, the goods are shelved in their own departments.
As a minimarket, it was so-so, I considered it more like a store at home, I lived near it. The assortment is small, the products are sometimes old, the service is not very good (of course they are not rude, but the feeling of the watchmen / sellers from the 90s, sometimes they comment on your purchases)
One day I forgot the card at the checkout, returned the next day, I'm sure it was there, because I didn't get it anywhere else. So instead of trials, everyone told me, no, we don't have anything. No, we don't know. Then it turned out that another cashier had the card, after my urgent and confident tone and request to find and call the administrator, because I knew exactly where I had forgotten it, and another visitor might have been confused. I.e., no desire to help the visitor and customer orientation.
Terrible store!!! We bought eclairs, and they are mildewed. The administrator was not in place. All of the sellers allegedly did not know his number. I do not advise you to even go near this store
Terrible store! Prices are much higher than in other nearby supermarkets. The products are all old. The packaging date is never written anywhere. The sausages are all old and suffocated. Vegetables are also very expensive there. I went to this store a couple of times unknowingly and was very disappointed.
It is not comfortable, there is some kind of foreign smell in the trading floor, prices are 50-100 tenge higher than in others. There is no product printout in the receipts.
The mini market is worse than the store; prices are inflated by 50 percent from regular stores, there is a lot of delay! Customers are kindly requested; be vigilant with dates!
The vegetable department does not give checks, payment is either in cash or transfer to the Caspian Sea. It is not very convenient at the checkout, the cashiers are not very friendly
