The location is good, near Kate park with a civil beach. But the hotel itself is so-so. Of the 14 rooms, only 4 have a balcony, and then it is shared, without partitions between the rooms. Towels after a shower should be hung on an outdoor dryer. The territory is bald, only 1 gazebo, it's the kitchen, it's the dining room. The stairs to the 2nd floor are terrible, according to Russian standards, such hotels are prohibited. They promised to change the bed in 5 days, but they did not. Towels were changed at our request.

A vacation spot is not for everyone!
There are a lot of stray dogs on the territory that bark at night and do not let you sleep!
It is relatively close to the sea, but to go through the private sector (they give keys from the gate)! The beach is not equipped! It is better to go to the city beach, it is gentrified, there is a cafe and the Internet, but it does not always catch either! There are dogs on the beach too! I feel very sorry for them.
The Internet is not very good on the territory of the guest house. The nearest store is a 30-minute walk away! There is a restaurant nearby with normal food, where there is a chance that you will not get poisoned! The rest of the establishments are in doubt!
It is worth taking a first-aid kit with a full set of medicines for poisoning and rotavirus.
All the rivers in which there is no clean water flow into the sea, which causes problems with rotavirus.
The guest house is located in the town of Gudauta, it is very quiet, there is no entertainment.
The kitchen in the guest house is open, cats walk on the tables, there is always some kind of pollen on the dishes! There is a gazebo with torn chairs. There is a kettle, dishes, and a stove with two burners in the kitchen, this is not enough for such a guest house!
The impression of Abkhazia as a whole. The nature is gorgeous, the excursions are very weak, when paying for an excursion on the excursion itself, they also offer to pay for additional services! There are many destroyed hotels and shops.

Good location, new hotel, clean, cozy, sound insulation at the level. The beach is just around the corner, it is considered private. Animals can spin in a circle, beg a little, so take care of a small amount of food so that they don't get too arrogant. A great guest house, if you understand where you are going. The rooms are well renovated, with air conditioning and a refrigerator. There is a gazebo on site where you can cook and spend evenings chatting. There is an exit to the sea from a closed area, the way to which lies through a beautiful alley. In general, the guest house meets both the description and the requirements of the guests. We liked it, I recommend it.

We lived here for 9 days in early September, there were no problems. We found this place upon arrival, after many viewed options, I really liked it here. Initially, the admin was not in place, but this problem was solved by a call) the rooms are cleaned, neat, the price is average
The shared kitchen is bright and relatively clean. The sea is close, a fenced beach without jellyfish. There were few people in September. The parking lot seems to be even guarded. Everything worked in my room, my friends had problems with the air conditioner and the lock in the door. Otherwise, no one bothered, there were no conflicts, we had a quiet rest and were glad that we found this place.

+: The rooms are clean and bright. The kitchen is under the tent on the street - everything is there! Washer. 3 minutes to the sea along the palm alley! It is comfortable to relax with children. Quiet and peaceful.
-: It will take 15-20 minutes to get to the nearest store. It is about the same distance to the city center and the main highway. Problems with the sewer system - sometimes the smell is strong.
