A resort place, one of the few where you can live in a skyscraper next to the sea and get to the metro very comfortably, the beach is equipped like many others in Dubai (toilet, shower, foot wash, changing room) there is a drinking fountain and a storage room. But the shower was paid. There is a Ferris wheel installed here, the largest, but the wheel is broken and does not work.
The water here is especially salty and hot, it was in early October, in places there are not large algae. There are a lot of our compatriots on the beach, once an hour they drive a camel and sellers of excursions go, offering iPhones for one thing :))
There are cafes and McDonald's nearby, where you can have a budget snack.
But there are a lot of bulls on the sand, apparently they haven't been cleaned for a long time.

Wonderful beach!
I think this beach is the best. Firstly, there are comfortable sun beds with umbrellas on the beach; secondly, there are pavilions with showers, toilets and changing rooms, as well as mini pavilions with various drinks, juices, ice cream and desserts nearby.
The sand on the beach is clean, there are trash cans everywhere.
And the view on this beach is simply mesmerizing! In front there is a magnificent view of the Ferris wheel and the expanse of the sea, in the back

In my opinion, it's not the best beach in Dubai.
Advantages: nice area, lots of infrastructure, great views.
Disadvantages: every sneeze is paid, and everything is expensive. The beach itself is small and narrow. There are a lot of people on the beach, which, coupled with the previous disadvantage, creates a village and a crowd. There are a lot of people at sea too.
It's worth going here for the views or if you live nearby and are too lazy to go somewhere else. As it is, it's better to go to the beach near Burj al Arab - it may not be so good with the infrastructure, but there is plenty of space.
Or La Mer - it's generally great there, even if it's a little far away.

The influx of compatriots from the former Soviet republics turns this not into a vacation destination for sure, with all the accompanying attributes. By 11 o'clock, people are packed so that you can't even get to the water. There seems to be plenty of room, but everyone needs to be very close to each other and 10 cm from the water! There is basically no sense of personal boundaries here. Garbage, steers - all in the water or in the sand, although there are plenty of trash cans! Morning / evening swim is fine. But to see this for a whole day - there are places much cheaper and without a flight of 5 hours)) That's why it's better to go to kite beach!
