Our room was large, but we cleaned only for money, and so only towels were changed.When we checked in, the room was "naked":no teapot, no brochures, one towel and the impression that they got out, there is a full ashtray of cigarette butts on the balcony.There was a lot of food, but: the dishes were dirty, it was always necessary to wipe them with napkins, comfortable tables in the restaurant only for a dime, the same thing on the beach.Towels are bysteran to white and "bald", so that this hotel pulls a maximum of three, not five.I DIDN'T LIKE IT!!!

A good quality hotel in Port el Kantaoui, a good beach. Slightly tired rooms, pleasant staff. Nearby, within walking distance of the marina, a 2-minute walk from MG (a store that sells alcohol)

We had a family vacation in July. The hotel is certainly not 5*, but 4+. The food is good, minus only at lunch, the restaurant is located on the beach, the territory is very small, which is why there are queues for food, at tables. There are no complaints about breakfasts and dinners. There are 2 pools with fresh and sea water on the territory. There are enough sunbeds on the sea, the sea is relatively clean, there are a lot of jellyfish that sting painfully. In general, I liked the rest

An excellent hotel , the hotel staff are all friendly , do everything on demand, the food is good and varied , the animation will not let you get bored with a variety of shows and evenings of live music with violin and saxophone . The beach is clean! We were satisfied with our stay at the Marhaba Palace Hotel, thanks to all the staff for a great stay!!!!!

This is a great hotel. We were settled there by accident. Our hotel was crowded and we were offered this one. Two weeks of rest flew by like a flash. Many thanks to the hotel guide Lucida for her professionalism. Wonderful animators entertained both children and adults. I really didn't want to leave

We were in July. Overall, the hotel is not bad. Our room had a sea view, the view is beautiful.
Cleaning: 2/2 cleaned either well or so-so. One maid twisted monograms from curtains and put flowers on us, the other cleaned up dryly, sometimes forgot to change the towel, although I defiantly furnished it on the floor. Tea was left daily.
Pool: there are 2 of them, one is salty, the other is fresh. Salty seemed cleaner to me, there were no children there. They cleaned the pools for me every day.
Beach: every day the staff cleaned the beach, the sand raked through, but the algae were still on the shore, there was no escape. There were days with jellyfish, there were days without.
Food: you can always find something of your own, but there is a huge minus, it's the staff, not all, 50/50. You literally have to beg for the 3rd piece of chicken, they are so surprised that as many as THREE pieces, even though we did not collect mountains of food. This is the case with food in many ways, but the staff is smiling towards the Arabs and was ready to lay out the entire tray. Here I specifically boiled over by the end of my vacation!
Animation: the guys did a great job, entertained all day with breaks, knew many by name and always made contact.
The result is this, I do not know how to stay in other Tunisian hotels, and I did not want to go to Tunisia at all, but if we return, I do not exclude that to Marhaba.

As for hospitality, there are no questions about cleanliness. But, not tasty and monotonous, not salty food. There is zero animation, the guys are trying to do everything they can, but there are no reserves worthy of material supplies. In general, I would not recommend this hotel.

We visited this resort in June 2021. a good hotel, helpful staff, but it's not 5*, a good solid 4*. The view from the 4th floor balcony is amazing.

Great hotel.gorgeous sea. Good service. We checked into the room in 10 minutes. The food is monotonous, with lunches on the beach I think it's too much, there are no places, there is a fuss..I'll give you a solid four..

Hi everybody.
We had a rest at the end of May at this hotel.
Despite the fact that the sea was cool and it was not possible to enjoy swimming in the sea, we still do not regret that we went. Everything else was fine.
The hotel staff is attentive to the guests, check-in was quick. The rooms were changed and cleaned every day. The food was generally excellent , the menu was varied . They cooked very tasty .
Importantly, the chef walked around the hall and supervised the work of his staff and was very attentive to the guests.
The animators did well , they did not let you get bored .
We tried not to let the guests get bored .
Clean beautiful beach, great pools. There is a separate bar by the beach and pool, ice cream , juices , drinks . Well, in general, everything is great . I recommend it to everyone.
