The best in the port. I really want to come back. The sea and the beach are clean, walk a minute to the hotel, but all the same there was a food restaurant on the beach. A swimming pool with sea water . The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the sea view is amazing. Located in the port , there is a place to walk in the evening. Friendly staff not begging for tips!👍🏽

Beautiful, green, well-maintained territory. Wi-Fi is available in the lobby, in the rooms and on the beach. Delicious food. Nice pool.
Russian-speaking staff at the reception. One of the disadvantages is the very old air conditioners in the rooms.

We were in August 2019. We took a special room with a beautiful view of the sea. Next to the restaurant by the beach. It turned out that this restaurant does not belong to the hotel. It's run by locals. And they have no idea that they don't make noise at night. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the music rumbled until 4 a.m. Everyone started to get indignant. Somehow this issue was settled. The decibels have been lowered. Then a tablet was stolen right from the room. At first, the hotel administration was inactive. But after contacting the police, the tablet was allegedly found near the pool. Like, you left it. But we've never been by the pool and we don't carry a tablet with us. And there are many more disadvantages. I do not recommend it.

My husband and I liked the hotel. I didn't like that they wanted to settle us in Marhaba Beach first, and the trips to it were cheaper. And in general, it is good, well-groomed territory, large enough, but in moderation (you do not need to walk 3 km to the beach), delicious food, fenced beach, sun beds are quite enough, but to lie down under an umbrella, you need to take a place early in the morning

The hotel is 4 stars. We had a rest in 2018.
All inclusive. A room with a sea view (for 20 bucks at the reception). The sea is shallow, I liked the beach: clean, white sand. To take sun loungers with an umbrella, you need to get up early. The food is decent, there is a variety of dishes. There are several buildings on the territory of the hotel: Marhaba Neptune - mainly for Arabs, Marhaba Club - mainly for Russians and the central building of Marhaba Rezot for Europeans. There is also Marhaba Beach, but it is a little to the side and closer to the sea. It's like there's one territory, but all buildings have their own restaurants. If you bought a voucher at the Marhaba Resort, then demand that you check into the Resort, because the hotel staff claims that the Resort and the Club are the same thing. It is not true. The resort is 4 stars, and the Club is 3 stars, only the beach is shared, and everything else is rooms, meals, a level below. Overall, I liked the hotel. You can relax, the main thing is to be positive and not pay attention to various little things.)

I travel alone. In a good mood. 1. Wi-fi is excellent. everywhere. even on the beach.2. The rooms are very bright. the furniture is new.3. For me, the buffet is an opportunity to find familiar food.. BUT.. the cakes and pies here are incredibly delicious!!!! Thanks to the chefs!!!!4. Sports-4 tennis courts-free of charge. Rackets and balls- I took my own.Gym and a great instructor!!! There is a shooting range - archery!!! Volleyball on the beach.. on such a gorgeous sand!! And there was always a great team to play with!!!5. Hammam-1 time for free....but very small.. 6. Animation-the guys really worked on:* 5+*. Foam party. Basketball in the pool. The battle at the disco..It definitely won't be boring. 7. The location of the hotel- you can walk where to walk around the city.8. The sea-there were no jellyfish. The beach is clean...It was in October.

The food is average, cheese and sausage are not tasty, tea is for an amateur. I liked the coffee!))) The beer is not bad))) The wine is dry, not bad, but not for gourmets. The beach is good, the sand is fine, pleasant. Umbrellas and sun beds are free of charge. There are bars on the beach as well as by the pools. At first, they settled in a room above 114 restaurants, it is impossible to live in it because of the smell of dampness and the noise of ventilation. more problems. The engineers are not working well! 3 days later, they couldn't clean the room, they lied that they would change the room. as a result, they fixed it. There are 2 Russian administrators - Alice and Victor. They helped us with the problems. Room cleaning is not very good, despite the tips. If you don't leave it, they won't put shampoos))) there is no hair dryer in the room, but they give a deposit, as well as an iron. The food in the restaurant is varied, everything is constantly being reported. The service is also good. Everyone is smiling. We tipped one of the waiters (Beshir), he always occupied a table for us, brought alcohol himself, on the last evening decorated our table with flowers, brought a bottle of wine-it was very pleasant! There is one disadvantage. In the last week of August, a lot of locals with children (and a lot of neighboring countries) came by. And wild queues began in the restaurant, sweets and fruits were raked out in one fell swoop, like everything else. They left a pile of half-eaten food and always terrible dirt on the floor.Like a bunch of flies. In the beginning, you don't pay attention to it, but then it starts to strain you a lot. The same thing happened in the pools at that time. A lot of people are always in the water and I don't think any of them get out of the water to go to the toilet!

Among the disadvantages: it is very noisy if the windows overlook the pool, the music is too loud, it is impossible to relax after lunch. Also, until 12 at night, the disco from the neighboring hotel is also, unfortunately, unrealistically loud and you will not be able to fall asleep. In the restaurant, the hotel needs to do something with flies, maybe hang Velcro, it's very unpleasant when flies crawl on food. The choice of fruits is good, desserts are very monotonous and not interesting. There are many meat dishes. I was going to rest, so I immediately closed my eyes to all the shortcomings, but......... they placed me normally, but I had to ask for another room, they moved right away, the food was normal, they didn't go hungry, but the waiters ......this is something. Dirty rooms, lack of air conditioning and it's in the heat!, terrible cuisine and service, cockroaches in the restaurant, buckets of chlorine in the pool, extortion of tips by waiters for cleaning the table, lack of places on the beach and in the pool due to the opening of the 3rd hotel on the territory in a good way, enough for one.not 3 hotels.I was with my child from June 1 to June 15, 2019.

In Russian and English, not everyone can explain what is needed. They asked for a room for the newlyweds, and got flowers in the room 2 hours later...there is dirt on the territory, the food is monotonous, it gets very boring in a week, bottled water tastes terrible. The spa is very expensive. Animation 5+! Alcohol is diluted, but still tolerable.

There is a very unpleasant person in glasses at the reception. Always unhappy. They move into buildings at their discretion. And it doesn't matter where it's paid for. This is the first time I have met with such an attitude in Tunisia. I liked the food. Thanks to the chef. On site, all employees are friendly. Wish: to change the women at the reception. Teach me to smile. Tactfully talk to ALL the guests. To settle where it is written in the tour. And why don't they listen to the hotel guides.??? We lost 2 days out of 9.
