We have been staying at this hotel for the fourth year in a row. Lovely hotel and good staff. Thanks to the receptionist, Elina, always friendly and kind. My husband and I liked everything, our favorite hotel.

Overall a good hotel. Except for the reception staff and cleaning.
The food and the restaurant staff are very polite. The food is delicious, and there is a varied buffet for tomorrow.
Cleaning: we checked into the room, the floors were dirty, someone's hair was lying around, the bed linen was also dirty. I had to communicate with the reception staff for 2 days in a row so that they would come to us and eventually cleaned up normally.
This is the only moment that overshadowed.
Everything else is super: location, food, overall renovation of the hotel and rooms.

Great hotel! We rested in it 3 times. The hotel is always clean, quiet, just relax.The staff and the hotel administration are very nice and pleasant people.Children really like the pool.In general, everything is just super, I would really like to get there again.We are waiting for direct flights.

We stayed at this hotel from October 20 to 31, the weather was excellent for all 10 days, the sun, the sea is warm, and as always crystal clear. We would like to express our gratitude to the hotel staff and especially to the chefs! As mentioned in other reviews, the food here is 5 stars! Very tasty! Especially the dinners, there was everything, including mussels, seafood, lamb, duck, delicious salads and desserts.Only for dinner all drinks are paid!
The hotel itself is very cozy, beautiful territory, there is a tennis court, a Playground. But the pools
could have been made warmer.. They are colder than the sea! Russian Russian is 90% of the hotel, all the staff also speaks Russian. Kids will always find company, and adults too).Live music almost every day.
Excellent location, everything is nearby and at the same time not noisy, good sound insulation in the rooms.
The beach is a 3-minute walk away, but there is a bag entry, because the stones are near the shore, you have to walk 5 minutes to the left and there is an excellent sandy entrance. In general, we liked everything, I recommend the hotel!

We had a rest with my husband at this hotel from 14.10 to 21.10. The hotel is quite large, mostly Russian tourists relax here.The location is very convenient, 10 minutes walk to the center.Our room had a great view of the sea.The room has everything you need, but a refrigerator and a safe are charged.The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed as well. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach, but it didn't bother us at all.20 minutes from the hotel there is a beautiful "wild beach" where you can take beautiful photos) The food at the hotel is varied, there are a lot of vegetables and fruits, you will definitely not stay hungry. We took breakfasts and dinners, drinks for free at breakfast, if you also want lunch, then 12 euros per person (in fact, it turns out cheaper than eating in a city cafe). I have vacationed in Cyprus more than 25 times) I've already lost count) I've seen a lot of hotels. The Margadina Hotel in Ayia Napa is a fresh and stylish interior of common areas and rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good food and an ideal location in the center of the summer resort.
Breakfast is standard. Dinners are themed every day - Italian, Greek, Mediterranean, bbq and others.
The gym would like a newer one, the spa is not bad, there is an indoor pool. As such, there is no large territory, but the pool is decorated very beautifully, all in greenery and flowers.
There is a hookah in the ball, as well as good cocktails for 4-5 euros.
The nearest yarn is 5 minutes across the field. Various other beaches can be reached by bus, the fare is 1.5 euros.
There are many shops near the hotel, you can buy drinks, souvenirs, some light summer clothes for the beach.

We were at the hotel from May 12 to May 19, 2021. I liked everything. The accommodation in the rooms is good, clean, cleaning every day, friendly staff, the food in the restaurant is excellent, the waiters will bring everything you need for lunch and dinner, live music plays at dinner in the evenings. The territory of the hotel is not large, but it is clean and cozy. Everything is washed, cleaned, the bar has excellent drinks, delicious smoothies. The sea is 200 meters away. The sea is clean, the beach is sandy, clean. There are many shops near the hotel, many different cafes where delicious food is served. The hotel left a pleasant impression. We rested at the end of May 2021, all adults. We are very satisfied with the hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, freshly renovated. There was a view of the sea and a wasteland with a construction site, but it didn't bother at all! It all depends on the mood. The food is great. We had lunch at the hotel twice and two at nearby restaurants (with a good rating). The hotel's food is many times superior to local establishments. A local barbecue was ordered at one of the restaurants in the port...You can't look without tears. 4-5 minutes to the sea. The Lovers' Bridge is 25 minutes away along the embankment. To the city center, if you walk along the beach line -7 min! If it's on the street, then 20 minutes. The hotel has a small but very beautiful territory! A swimming pool and a variety of sun beds. Just returned with a friend from the Margadina Hotel! I want to say that we did not regret choosing this particular hotel. The choice was between this hotel and River Rock. There is a lot of vegetation on the territory of the hotel, yes, the territory is small, but very cozy!Room stock: we had an improved, bright, spacious room. A bottle of water as a gift. Sweets on the pillows. Towels were changed every day. On the downside: there were no slippers in the room. Our balcony also overlooked the Main Street. And it was very noisy in the evening. And when there were live concerts in the hotel bar, it seemed that the musicians were playing right in your room. Such concerts were held until about 12:1 a.m. As for the neighboring rooms, the sound insulation is excellent, we didn't hear anyone. Nutrition: the breakfasts were the same every day, but in general there was everything you needed. Omelets, pancakes, porridges, cheeses, yoghurts, vegetables, pastries, etc. The only thing was that there was no fresh fruit for breakfast, they were given for dinner. Mainly melon and nectarines. Maybe for lunch too (we didn't take lunches). The dinners were themed, varied, delicious, you won't stay hungry for sure. If you don't have everything included, then a small bottle of water costs 1 euro, a glass of wine costs 2.5 euros and they pour much more than 125 ml :) upon arrival, a free glass is served at dinner, if you say that you are on your first day at the hotel) The hotel has a lounge bar, in the evening you can drink cocktails and smoke a hookah, a very pleasant lounge area. There is also a bar near the pool, and music is playing. We went to the sea, 5 minutes on foot. At the entrance to the sea, a path is laid out for safe entry, as there are stones. The beach is called Limanaki. I advise you to go to Makronisos, a stunning beach. And there is a great beach if you go to the right of the hotel towards the Bridge of lovers. Nissi was not impressed by the beach, a lot of people and small. Although the color of the water is awesome. It's a lot of fun in the evening in Ayia Napa. We really enjoyed our stay and our hotel. Nice city hotel, in the center of Ayia Napa. Food, pool, rooms - everything justifies 4 stars. The only real drawback is the view from the rooms, anyway - so-so and very noisy. The sea is 5 minutes away. Sandy municipal beach, sun beds/umbrellas are paid. There are shops and restaurants around. According to nutrition, there is everything and high quality. Animation - from Monday to Thursday 15 min. children's discos and live Music in the evening.

The hotel is not bad, but there is no territory, a tiny pool, sun beds are probably occupied at dawn and then they are just empty all day, I don't understand why the hotel administration does not cut this fact, the road to the beach through the parking lot, the food in the dining room is monotonous, it was a big mistake to take "all inclusive", we had dinner a couple of times. It's good that we were without children, it would be a big problem to entertain them in this hotel. The staff is polite, cleaned every day, efficiently. The waiters and bartenders are all smart, they will not leave without attention. In general, we were satisfied with the hotel! The photo shows the sea view from the 309 room.

Money and things are missing from the guests! The employees do not try to settle the situation in any way, they are in a position - they are fools themselves, they spent, they lost, everything is fine with us! During the 9 days of our vacation, money was lost from 2 rooms, and a raincoat from 1 room! Use the safe!
An additional payment for a room with a sea view can easily be useless, they settle wherever they want and do not relocate! One of the guests had to move out, because they were settled on the 1st floor with a view of the bushes! The service is weak, there is no question of any 4*! Three like three, don't wait for a miracle!

The food is a buffet, the theme changed for dinner every time. Not the first coastline, but the beach is no more than 3-4 minutes away. The view from the rooms of the right wing is slightly spoiled by the view: construction and constant loud karaoke and concert programs from neighboring hotels until late at night. I visited twice in September 2018 and June 2019, very well. The rooms are free, very decent, the staff is friendly. A varied diet, even in three weeks I did not get tired. There are two pools and a pearl bath. The beach is 200 meters away, the only path is not arranged, but you can walk a little longer on a good one. And the sea... fairy tale. I recommend. In the evening there is Music, concerts, not much. The excursion program is well organized, the hotel always has a representative of the travel agency.

Money is wasted!
They didn't even smile at us. It's like I haven't paid a single ruble. I didn't like the room right away (wow!). They wanted to give me another category, but I object! Oh, my God!
I've been dreaming of looking out the window at the sea all year... I'm getting ready, I pay for the tour in advance ... (I get tired, like everyone else, at work ...) I'm coming, but I'm not welcome. It was like they weren't even waiting for me. They put you in a room with a view of a noisy "street". And I want silence... to hear the sea breeze... watch the sea and the sunset... To feel like a happy person.
The boorish people at the reception are surprised, and the requirement to check into a paid room angers them. They are outraged! The gnashing of teeth. In the morning, as we understood, we will figure it out. The safe is not offered. But I really want to sleep! People are just dying of fatigue and will agree to a lot. We flew for almost 6 hours and drove from the airport for three hours, circled, collected all the surroundings (although we drove 40 minutes a year before). There are rotten fruits on the table. Probably someone's unwashed wine glasses... We go to bed in our clothes with the feeling that no one has changed the bed. The money is on me...
a hasty breakfast in the morning. !A mandatory meeting with the hotel guide (otherwise I will not meet with donkeys, and how can I live without a donkey passport), "leave the room with my things".
Waiting with things in the stuffy lobby on the 1st floor (12.00.-14.00.). (You need good health to survive).

Check-in from another room "with a sea view" ("side") (although I paid for a "direct" one). Another half day has been lost. We did not start to rest!!!
Room cleaning - a lot of fuss, the floor did not sing, the linen did not change (the stain from tea was observed for all 9 days). The soap did not pour.
Dining room: the napkins on the tables are soaked with dirt, cutlery was placed on them without napkins. The stewards follow each piece with their eyes. We didn't get dinner on the 1st day (they said we ate it).
There is no embankment, nowhere to walk in the evening.
I want to clarify - we drove from Larnaca for three hours. Is it really hard to believe?! I read in other reviews that it took two hours to drive from the other end of the island. Thanks to Biblio Globus. In their tight embrace, you feel like a hostage all the time.

Russian Russian is spoken by almost all the staff, as there are only Russians in the hotel. The two-room room with a Jacuzzi has a plus -safe and a refrigerator for free and there is shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body balm, standard rooms do not have this. The food is standard, drinks are available. The rooms are cleaned daily, beach towels can also be changed daily. The beach is 200-300 meters away, there is a construction site next to the hotel, it's good that it's frozen. We liked the beach in this area more than the right side of the port, including Nissi beach. Wi-fi is free, the speed is sufficient. If you are planning boat trips, it is better to take from Protaros or Larnaca, since the sea opposite Ayia Napa to Cape Greco is often with waves, we were scared and uncomfortable when we returned from a walk. There is not much to write about Biblio-globus, they do their job, answer questions, offer you everything you want. In general, if you are looking for a family hotel, I recommend it. The sound insulation between the rooms is good, but from the street the noise is alas audible even with the windows closed, until 24.00 there is definitely fun around

Disgusting hotel! Upon arrival, our room was not ready, the previous guests had not yet left. They settled in another room, the next day they were supposed to move into ours, BUT they called from the reception at 8.00 and said that they needed to vacate the room before 12.00, and they would check into ours only after 14.00..... (walk for 2 hours wherever you want) and they had practice. (We are not the first and not the last) There is a construction site next to the hotel and the view is terrible. The pool is one name....it's just a meter-by-meter paddling pool, there are few sun loungers and everyone is running to borrow from early in the morning. Everyone runs to the dining room (you can't call it a restaurant), grabs food, pushes, grabs with their hands. As a result, the rest was ruined from the first day. We will never go to this hotel again! One star and that's a lot.
