Great vacation! A wonderful hotel, despite the 4* - the food is excellent, lots of fruits and greens (delicious watermelons and melons - in August - were almost always there). Meat: everything except pork, with different variations - grilled, in gravy, just fried. There are many dishes for vegans.
In the morning (from 8), the chefs made an omelet (with mushrooms and sweet peppers) and scrambled eggs to order.
In the evening, as a rule, the grill: meat + fish (there was often a small Sea bass), which turned out to be a little dry (this is almost the only minus)
as an indicator, the chef ate (after each meal) in the common room, the same dishes.
10 minutes to the sea (up the "Arbat" was saved from the night noise at the Promenade. The staff is responsive, mostly "sharpened" for England, but very friendly and accommodating.
... the rooms on the ground floor have an unpleasant "trick", especially near their water park - a wave arrives (especially from adults) almost into the windows of the room, moistening the swimsuits and swimming trunks that are almost dry by this moment. The pool bar is open from 10 to 23 with local drinks (unlimited). Evening animation - we were not personally interested, we went for a walk to the sea... In general, everything is super, for a 4* hotel!!
The hotel corresponds to four stars. I would like to mention the delicious cuisine. The food was varied and plentiful .The British, French, Poles, Czechs, Russians are vacationing....
Everything is included. Good value for money.
Locally produced drinks are included. They open it in front of you.
They are a little unable to cope with the influx of tourists. All the rooms were occupied. There are a lot of people. We had a room in the 2nd building on the 1st floor. Instead of a window, the door opens directly onto the street. There is a small balcony fenced off. Access directly to the children's pool with slide. The maids don't have time to come and clean. But they always asked if they needed to come in and change the towels.
Less data
I didn't like the hotel. Of the advantages, only the proximity to the "Blue Lagoon" can be distinguished, as well as the food-the food is very tasty and quite varied.
Of the cons:
1. There is no hot water either in the morning or in the evening- never! You wash exclusively in cold water.
2. The reception staff is unfriendly and not particularly friendly.
3. The rooms were tired, there was a strong smell of sewage, the administration did not react to this in any way. There were not even blankets/duvet covers, only a bedspread (and that was not the first freshness). The noise insulation is zero.
P.S.
There were no questions about cleaning, everything was timely and at a good level.
