I really liked the place.
The reviews are objective. Yes, the hotel is simple, some rooms are renovated, some without. However, everything is clean and decent. Bottled water in the room, a kettle and a couple of tea and coffee bags.
The food in the hotel is not fancy, but it is enough.
Sooo friendly and helpful staff.
The impression of the holiday is extremely positive.
The composition of vacationers is international.
The most incredible scenery from the window is from this hotel, because it is located right on the coastline, its own small beach and the beach of an affiliated restaurant nearby.
The sea has no waves at all, as the village is in a bay separated from the sea by a number of islets.
The city is 15-20 minutes away by dolmush.
Although the village itself is full of life in the evening, there are a lot of shops and restaurants with bars.

I was at the hotel in late May and early June.Not big , but very cozy . Beautiful view of the sea and mountains.Not far from the center of Icmeler in the evening, you can walk along the embankment and the village or just sit on the embankment.With the standard food, it was delicious and enough for everyone .A calm and comfortable restaurant and most importantly that there was no crowd.A lot of foreigners pay tribute to all calm people just relaxing.The rooms are clean and cleaned every day.Overall, it's a clean 4 without frills. We liked the good sea and mountain views.The hotel has a paid restaurant where you can sit and drink coffee and tea for a reasonable price.

Despite all the worries. None of them came true. Great hotel. For his views, you can forgive anything. The paradise of Icmeler, such a quiet bay. In May, even water transport is particularly inactive there. The beach is of course very small, but there are enough places for everyone + there is a Liberty restaurant nearby where you can order something and lie on their sun beds.
About the hotel. Almost everything has been updated, the rooms have been renovated, electronic locks, new floors, tiles, walls and ceiling are also all in new paint. Replaced TVs, new air conditioners.
Among the features: a beach towel is given for a deposit of $ 20, of course, then it is returned. The second room key is also $ 10, there is no currency exchange at the reception.
By food: the food is very tasty. There is something to compare it with, but the food is at an excellent level. There is a clock for ice cream, a pastry shop. It is very nice that tea and coffee can be drunk from 7-30 to 23-00, everything is freely available! This is a very good gesture.
The food, although not very diverse, is enough for everyone. The fish was really only 2 times, in the evening they make a grill. But I must say right away that people with allergies to eggs, gluten and milk don't have to go to breakfast. And I also really missed just boiled chicken.

I do not recommend it!!!!!We rested for a week in August 2024. The location of the hotel is excellent. A quiet place, on the first line, its own sun beds. That's where the advantages end. The cleaning is terrible. Towels are changed only if you ask for them several times. The bed linen has not been changed in a week. Only on the sixth day, when we found other people's things under the pillow, and raised a fuss, they washed the floors and changed the bedding. That is, we were checked into a room that was not cleaned before check-in ((((. Then someone else's socks were found in the bedside table. I would also like to mention the terrible work of Alena's hotel guide. At first, she was very persistent in persuading me to go on a tour of the Aegean Islands. For $ 85 (in Ichmeler, such an excursion costs 45, we compared it, since friends still went to it and it turned out that even the ship was the same.) When we did not agree, she lost all interest in us, and even the issue of cleaning had to be resolved through a St. Petersburg travel agency. The food is without frills, you will not be hungry, but by the end of the week the same thing will already bother you (((. The beach did not seem to be cleaned during the week either, since there was always a pile of cigarette butts underfoot..In general, if living conditions and food are not important to you, then you can come here.

The hotel is not big, 5 floors. The elevator goes to 4. Russians are settled on 1 or 5. The room was on 5, small, but with a view of the sea. There is no animation, but that's good for me.
The beach has its own, but it is also small, dirty, and the sunbeds are very close. There is a mountain next to the hotel, so there is little sun, those who like to sunbathe need to go to the central part of Icmeler or go to other places. We went to Turunch for half an hour by boat. We used to visit Ichmeler, there was a quiet clean bay, now it has become dirtier, apparently because of the fires there is a lot of sand in the sea, the transparency of the water has gone. Beaches are poorly cleaned. You can get to Marmaris by dolmusha or by boat. There is no point in writing about prices, everything has risen in price everywhere.

Three stars for three and pull. I never thought that I would write about the dirt in the hotel. I have always been of the opinion that the main thing is the sea, the sun, the beach!!! But I have never seen such a dirty hotel! They don't clean at all. The floors were not even washed, not even swept. We never dreamed of changing the bed linen. The towels were thrown on the floor after four days of use. They were simply rolled up and put back on the shelf. The hotel beach is also dirty: cigarette butts, sunflower husks. I understand that tourists are littering, but not all the same. And why should anyone who is well-mannered and careful, sunbathe in a pigsty? We went to sunbathe on the beach from the cafe. We bought coffee for $ 3 and enjoyed the sea! One day, the director of the cafe came and said that coffee alone was not enough to be on this beach.

Right next to there are boats on which you can take a taxi to the marina of Marmaris. In general, Ichmeler is a pleasant village.

The beer is good, everyone who rested with us at the same time agreed with this. Great view from the bar, the sea is nearby. The deckchairs are dead. It seems that the owner does not care about the hotel and service, leaves at the expense of employees. Russians, Germans, Englishmen, Poles rested - the staff does not divide guests by nationality, they communicate with everyone smoothly and with a smile.

We arrived at the hotel around 10.30, we were immediately put on bracelets and sent for breakfast. Upon check-out before the transfer at 16.00, it was also possible to use everything - a swimming pool, a bar, a restaurant.
The hotel is located on the first line, 10 steps from the beach and you are in a bar or already sitting at a table in a restaurant.
Compared to other hotels, since this is the penultimate one, it was relatively quiet. The room is ordinary, nothing fell apart.
We had a view of the sea, very beautiful.
Cleaning for the week was 2 times, towels were also changed 2 times during this time. The staff is unobtrusive and generally friendly.
The sea is clear only until lunch, then it becomes cloudy. Entrance - small stones / sharp pebbles. The sand is grey.
It is almost impossible to find free sun beds after 7 a.m. But there was an opportunity to buy something at a nearby restaurant and stay on their sun beds. The beach is divided between the restaurant, this one and the neighboring hotel. Therefore, all the sun beds are close enough to each other.
There are a lot of bulls on the beach, despite the garbage cans that stand at almost every sunbed, many do not consider it necessary to use them.
The beach is cleaned, but only the plastic cups / dishes left behind 3 times a day. Those who bring plates and glass glasses to the beach and just throw them on the sand are amazing.
The food is delicious, beer and cocktails are not bad.
From 15.00 to 17.00 every day there were ice cream, burgers and other snacks.
The mountain to the left of the hotel was damaged by fires in 2021 and looks sad, but the place is quite beautiful.
Wi-fi is free, I don't know about the safe, we put the documents and money in the closet - nothing was missing.

It is a relatively quiet place, because it is not the center. Air conditioning in the room. They clean it often. The hotel has an elevator. The only drawback is that the furniture is not very new. But this is uncritical. And if there were no umbrellas under which to run for shade, but a common large awning, it would be more convenient for those who do not want to sunbathe. There are garbage cans on the beach, but the people are uncultured, they throw cigarette butts on the sand. That's why it's dirty. The sun beds are mostly good. 3 stars hotel and 3 stars for a review. Because:
- in a week 2-3 times it turned out to get off / take the elevator..the rest of the time is on foot because the cleaners clean the rooms from morning to evening and ride them.
- wifi works only in the lobby of the hotel..It's super rare to catch him in a room/dining room/beach.
- there is no bar menu.

- everyone smokes, everywhere, a lot.
Positive:
+ the food is very tasty, there is a lot of it, the bar is open from 10.00 to 23.00. In the daytime, they give ice cream, sweets, in addition to breakfast / lunch / dinner.
+ 10 minutes by local minibus and you are in the center of Marmaris.
+ the sea is 10 meters from the hotel.
+ there are VERY few Russian speakers, only Europeans.
+ there are no children, practically at all (I have never heard screams in a week)

We had a rest from July 29 to July 9 at the Mar Bas Hotel.I liked everything very much.however, there were problems with the Internet at first (for a fee).then they got used to it.Weather.sea.The food is all great.a variety of vegetables and dishes .It has never rained all the time.there were practically no clouds.
