Good evening, dear potential visitors of MARANI. Previously, this institution was one of the best in the list, where price and quality corresponded. We were regular guests of this institution until May 28, 2021, when we mistakenly decided to celebrate an important event there. A reservation was made in advance for a table on the summer playground, the reservation was accepted by the administrator Elena. When we arrived, we found neither Elena nor the table. I had to sit down where I had to. We ordered a lot of kebabs, salads, pizza and more. We were immediately amazed at how much the quality of meat and other dishes deteriorated. Hair was found in a beef kebab, declared as mutton, photographed and contacted the administrator. To which Elena replied that it was mutton hair, it happens, so what... with great difficulty, she squeezed out something that looked like an apology. Wooden, the meat was wrapped in a film with veins, it was impossible to chew. Kebabs, pizza, everything remained almost untouched. As for the service, during the stay from 17:00 to 23:00, the waiter came up only twice, I had to serve myself. In short, the service is just terrible. Boorish waiters, led by the same boorish Elena. I will add that I was terribly ashamed in front of the guests. Don't go there anymore and I don't advise you, unless you want to leave there offended, hungry for your own substantial sum!!!!
