We attended an event on the second floor on Saturday. 3-star service. The hall manager doesn't work at all. The waiters cannot pour tea and juices in a timely manner. You have to ask or get up yourself. The food is made to 3 stars. There is not enough space on the table. The placement of the plates is not correct. There is a disco on the ground floor.

The food, the service is top-notch. We met the guests from Astana. And they danced, and sang, and enjoyed delicious food. It was super awesome. Especially, respect to the waiter Nikita. Zhanymmm solll.
