I have been buying this brand of water for almost 3 years. No serious complaints have been noticed during all this time. They are very pleased with their wide product line from 0.5 liters to 19 liters. There were nuances in the delivery time several times, but this is not critical. The water quality is the best among all available on the RB market. I was personally convinced based on many tests and analyses. but! There is no delivery stated on the website on the day of the order. Ordering water on the website is a pain in the ass. The personal account on the site is not connected in any way with the subscriber account. That is, ordering water on the website has nothing to do with phone orders. What's going on with the 19L bottles? It's just terrible. With each order, the bottles are brought in worse and worse condition. The condition of the bottles suggests that the employees of the plant "Taste of Summer" get them in the war with the homeless in the garbage. They bring water in terrible, crumpled, scratched bottles, also very dirty. After delivery, the bottles are sent directly to the bathroom for washing. I even have to wash the floor. The bags in which the water is delivered go straight to the trash, as they contain half a kilo of dirt. Do something about the delivery urgently. There are no complaints about water at all.

To put it mildly, the water bottles do not look very dirty, scratched. I gave the cooler to this company for cleaning, before they did not take it away - it was brand new, they brought it scratched, worn, and most importantly, they do not admit their guilt and do not take any action!
