The quality of service is just terrible. Meyasz could not get through to the cottage sales department, called the reception, was redirected to other phone numbers that were not answered or were not available. And it's been like this for more than a day and a week. I wrote to the mail with a description of the problem, to which I received a reply that the specialist was on vacation and would contact me after 10/24/2022. Excuse me, but do you have only 1 specialist working in such a company? This is ridiculous. You're bullying the customers. Today is 8.11.2022. But they never called back. Probably the specialist forgot how to use the phone during the vacation, that I still haven't received a call back.
