It's an amazing place - in terms of location, interior, service, and menu! In addition to all of the above, I would like to mention the wonderful live music in the evenings: the singer's colorful voice, diverse repertoire, unobtrusive performance and optimal volume, which does not interfere with conversation.
And even more, they have wonderful birds!!! Sociable and smart - they get in touch and are completely tame! And the cat there is absolutely wonderful: well-mannered and cute.
The staff speaks English and Russian.
It is very well located: after the observation deck it is pleasant to sit and drink coffee /tea. Everything is civil in the establishment: the atmosphere, the waiters. However, the food is not very tasty. We went in for tea: tea only in combination with jam and biscuits. As a result, a portion of sulfur tea per person is 15 manats. The coffee is passable, but not very tasty. Desserts look great in the pictures. In reality, they are not very tasty: honey cake is dry, baklava is hard. And most importantly, the prices are inadequately high: desserts for 24-16 manats. In general, it is difficult to recommend this place
The kitchen is awesome! Everything is fresh and delicious! I would like to mention the location separately - we went for a walk, got hungry and quickly went to the restaurant, there was no need to run far.
Respect to the waiter
Once again, we are delighted with the trip to Baku, we are guests from Kazakhstan! And this delight also comes from the hospitality of the Manzara restaurant, from its wonderful atmosphere, exquisite delicious cuisine, the warm attitude of the staff, and the high-level restaurant. Thanks to the administration and the staff for their sincere love for their work!
The restaurant is well located, we came from the observation deck to relax. We took the drinks, liked the service, the service and the overall atmosphere. There was no loud live music with national melodies. I recommend you to take a look!
Sooooo delicious and a very gorgeous view of the city. It is better to go in the evening when the city is illuminated. But book a table in advance. There are many such applicants )
Excellent location on the observation deck. We went to warm up in windy weather and stayed for a full lunch. I highly recommend dyushbar soup with pomegranate juice and dolma.
The waiters are polite enough, I also can't say that they cooked for a long time, everything was fine in this regard, a big plus for live music
But the food itself, dry and not tasty at all, the pilaf was cooked so dry and bland that when I came hungry, I literally stuffed the disgusting pilaf into myself. They also took a gourmand, it was terrible, too dry and not tasty.
The only thing that was really delicious from the food and drinks was eggplant in batter and tea. Otherwise, everything is very bad.
We didn't do a lot of photographs.
To summarize.
Everything that does not concern food is fine in this place, but I still came to the restaurant to have a delicious meal and have a great time with my girlfriend, and in fact literally choked on food)
The terrace is cool, the interior is a bit like the 90s, the staff is friendly, BUT EVERYTHING IS VERY SLOW.
I had to be reminded several times about ordering cocktails despite the fact that the hall was half empty. In short, I'm unlikely to ever come back here.
We sat for 15 minutes at a dirty table with a dirty menu. Not a single waiter came up, although there were at least 4 people. Prices are above average. They got up and left in silence. Nowhere in my entire stay in Baku have I met such an attitude.
Value your time and money, do not go to this eatery. The prices are expensive , there is little available from the menu . The menu contains some items without photos. The waiters are rude and the service is terrible!
Long. Sooooo long.
Bring a menu, take an order, cook a meal, bring a bill, calculate - everything is long
The dishes are as bland as possible, there is no basic serving on the tables. The main hall does not work, only the veranda.
Only the hostess left a pleasant impression, met with a smile, a desire to create a good atmosphere, but the waiters messed up everything
Polite staff. The interior is beautiful, and of course the view is gorgeous. Dishes are brought quickly. The food is delicious. We took a salad with burrata and a rack of lamb. The meat is soft.
The food is disgusting, baklava-cheesecake is simply impossible to eat, you will not wait for a waiter, it is very expensive. The restaurant contains parrots in terribly cramped cages, birds should not be in such conditions
The view from the terrace is beautiful, but the service is so-so, the wine was not poured once, and they also included 10% service in the bill, although this is not mentioned anywhere
Very nice restaurant. Everything was very tasty. Prices, of course, are above average.

One of the top places in Baku, cb to eat. Gorgeous view from above! Right distinctive feature of this institution. Come up here on the funicular, go down the long stairs after your evening, not to think about calories, for example, but to think about the beauty of the evening.Kitchen, design, service, everything is ok. Materials and how it is made for four. It is noticeable to a picky eye, but to an inexperienced eye everything is smooth. Just the place where you can spend one evening in one visit to Baku.
Very tasty food and beautiful interior, but at the same time terrible service. I came with the bride, at first we waited 15 minutes to be given a menu. The salad was brought and immediately after it was given hot, without waiting for us to finish the salad, after that they never came up, there was no salt or pepper on the table. While we were sitting there, I called the waiters, no one came up, in the end they came up and removed the tk, I said, and after that they never came up again.
Just a great restaurant. The waiters are very attentive.Beautiful view.We are from Moscow. My wife and I really liked it, especially kutaba. There are no such people in Moscow.

The waiters are not attentive, all the time I had to ask for something: menus, appliances, to clarify where the order is. A hair was found in kutaba, the waiter silently took it away and then brought a new one, without even asking whether to remove it from the bill or replace it. Kutabs by the way are not delicious, dried to death. The prices are not small, because on the observation deck it seems to be the only rest.

It was beautiful, but there was a draft and it was cold. It's a long way up, you need to take a taxi. The food is so-so, it's worth going just to look at the city from a height.
