If your flight passes through Muscat, Oman, you will not be sold alcohol in the Duty free zone. If you plan to buy alcohol, do it before the flight and pack it in your luggage.
Local goodies are certainly much more expensive than in the city.
There are affordable food outlets.
There are a large number of waiting chairs near the gates.
Boarding the plane takes place according to the zones (indicated on the ticket): business and children first, then boarding, starting from zone 5.

Manila Airport in the Philippines is one of the busiest airports in the region. I would like to share my impressions about him.
Firstly, it is worth noting that the airport is quite spacious and modern. The interior is designed in a modern style, and there are enough places where passengers can relax and unwind. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and well-groomed terminals.
The staff at the airport was friendly and welcoming. They assisted with the verification of documents and were ready to answer any questions that arose. You feel safe and comfortable.
There weren't even any queues.
When it came to restaurants and shops at the airport, the choice was not bad. I was able to find a variety of offers regarding food and souvenirs. The prices were also quite reasonable.
If you do not find fault, I believe that Manila airport still provides good service and comfort for travelers. It is organized efficiently and the stay at the airport was pleasant. If you have the opportunity, I would recommend arriving or departing through this airport.

An incredibly "Asian" cultural airport. Yes, modern, cool in some way, but completely uninformative and stupid. The distance between the terminals is terrible, ALWAYS go straight to your terminal, since 2023 there has been an analogue of the Sheremetyevo train between the terminals, it costs 50 pesos so far. BUT MOST importantly, always check the GATE during departure. It's just terrible, ads in English are not clear, because well, English is obviously not your language, BUT always go to your GATE and check the scoreboard. What happens at your GATE may be a mistake, and boarding the flight takes place at a different counter. I thought maybe I had such a problem, but no, I talked to people, a lot of people met with such a problem. Probably, some premium airlines do not have such a thing, but there are unpleasant situations in ordinary ones. The food is cheap for the airport, but it's so clean to have a snack, and the quality of electricity is of course terrible, it's better to use a powerbank.

To move from T1 to T2, you need to go to the reception desk on the right side of the exit area from the arrival terminal to sign up for a free shuttle bus. Your suitcases will be thrown on the bus, well, you too. It's far and confusing to drive, don't try to walk! When moving back from T2, check-in for the shuttle takes place on the street near the bus stop. They'll tell you everything. Exchangers are everywhere, the exchange rate does not differ much, even with the exchange of $ 1,000. the maximum loss, if you buy without understanding the first one, will be 400-500 rubles. It is better not to take SIM cards in T1, there is the cheapest for our 2000 rubles. I already took it at Seba airport for 750 rubles or for 540 local ones.
There are practically no seats in the T1 airport check-in hall. In the meantime, registration has not been announced in the observation area and you will not be allowed into the departure hall, because people are sleeping right on the floor.
