Good day to all, I ordered flowers on the 1st with a pre-order of two bouquets for March 8, I'll start with the fact that only one bouquet was collected, they referred to the fact that there was a misunderstanding between the team and said that they would collect a bouquet with us, but the price was already higher than the one for which they pre-ordered, plus the bouquet that was given to us it is co-ordinally different from what we ordered, the bouquet is rotten, broken, and apparently, in order to smooth out our shoals, for some reason we added two branches of eucalyptus (everything is in the photo, for comparison I will stick the photo on which the order was made), future buyers certainly do not urge anyone to do anything, draw your own conclusions!!! Completely dissatisfied!!!
Firstly, they didn't sell fresh flowers, secondly, they had a terrible attitude towards customers, they wrote to them that the flowers were not fresh, in response they were ignored, after all, there was your joint. Disappointed!.
