A hotel with apartment rooms. There is a minimum of staff in the hotel, respectively, a minimum of service. I don't really understand if this corresponds to 4 stars, but it didn't bother me. The rooms are spacious. The bed is comfortable. There is a stove and other cooking appliances, if necessary. In the morning, cars can be heard from the street (and this is on the 22nd floor) Probably the most critical drawback for me is the complete lack of fresh air in the rooms. The air conditioner works well, but the windows do not open even minimally. It's a little uncomfortable because of this But in general, this is a good hotel in a good location.
