We had a great 4 days in the off-season.
The administrator Ksenia is polite, responsive, friendly.
The room is clean, stylish, everything is there. I was just right with two children.
The food is varied, and both children and adults liked it.
Relatively close to New Athos, it would be generally unnoticeable by car, but we had to walk or take a minibus that runs along the Sukhumi highway.
I am very pleased with this place, I recommend it for tourists to stay in Abkhazia.

Very friendly staff and hosts Sergey and Maria. We had a great time and rested for 10 days. In the evenings, everyone gathered by the pool and spent time together. Families with children, thanks to the charismatic and sweet Alesandra, managed to relax without children.
The hotel has modest-sized, but cozy rooms with good filling. Room cleaning on request.
The cuisine is diverse and more like home, especially thanks to the women at the distribution, who are trying to feed you as a son - it was nice).

The hotel has a nice territory, fresh rooms, beautiful sea views, there is a Playground.
The food was quite delicious. Another question is that the portions are for children, I am an 82kg man, I need at least 2 or even 3 servings to get enough.
The staff is unfriendly. The feeling that guests are not particularly welcome here appeared from the moment of check-in and did not disappear throughout the entire stay.
There was a case that we slept until half past nine, came for breakfast at 9:45 (breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00), and they told us: To be honest, I was stunned by this approach to the guests. As a result, they brought out two eggs and two cheesecakes for us.
There is a sauna and a swimming pool with a paddling pool. The pool is not heated, it is possible to swim in it only after the sauna. They clean it regularly.
The room is clean. They give two towels. The layout of the room is inadequate. The air conditioner is hanging over the bed, the TV is on the side, so you can wring your neck if you watch it from the bed.
Someone wrote about good sound insulation, it's probably a joke. There is no sound insulation: I can hear what is being talked about behind the wall in a low voice.
There was one shower set in the room. There are no glasses, no tea set. We bought everything ourselves.
The road to the hotel is a rather steep rocky descent.
In my opinion, the level does not correspond to the cost of living.

Good afternoon. We rested from 20-26.07.24. Of the advantages: beautiful territory, swimming pool, good rooms, comfortable beds. Friendly hosts Maria and Sergey. Of the minuses: the road is terrible, it is fashionable to leave the kales on it, the car was left at the bottom of the guards. Walking along it is also bad, some rocks and a steep descent, fell several times. The windows in the room do not open. Of the funds in the toilet, only tua paper and soap. There seems to be an animator, but a bad one. I left a 7-year-old child in the nursery, the animator abandoned the child and left, my child was scared could not find us, although we were on the territory by the pool, burst into tears. The food is terrible. The staff (Uzbeks) are not shy of anyone, they spit their national flag right in front of the vacationers. We lost the T-shirt while washing, but then we found it. There is nothing out of entertainment. Through the agency, 8250rubles came out a day, they extended it on the spot for one day, so they charged 8850rubles from us, in general rudeness.

We stayed at this hotel from 20.10-26.10, the room is clean, with a sea view. Each room has air conditioning. We took a trip with breakfast. The food is delicious at home. After breakfast, you can say "rolled out" and did not go out)thanks to the Administrators Ksenia and Alina, as well as the cook. The hotel also has a children's room, a children's cinema, a playground - our children were not bored, they especially liked the cat Caesar. Of the cons ( to refine )
1) I would like the beds to be covered with at least some kind of blanket (after a long walk, I want to lie down, and in clothes in which we walked all day, it's not ethical to lie down on clean pastels),
2) in the room, so that there is at least a minimum set of dishes (glasses, spoons, forks)
3) we rested in October, the floor is very cold (at least when it's not in season) so that slippers are provided.
And so we rested just fine!!!

I highly recommend it. The helpful staff is polite, very nice girls. We rested for 7 days. The room is cleaned after three days, even the bed linen and towels are changed. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is incredibly delicious. There is a Basik and a sauna on site, when the weather is not right, a Basik with a sauna in the very theme. There is a beach nearby and by the way it is half sandy. So if you're going to be there or just going to be there, this is the coolest place.

I would like to share with you a review of the Manresa Family Resort hotel, while the memories of this vacation are still fresh)
We really liked the hotel, we stayed with a friend from July 28 to August 5, 2024.
If we talk about holidays in Abkhazia, then this hotel is exactly 5 stars in this place, not far from New Athos.
The advantages of the hotel itself: comfortable rooms, houses, with everything you need. There is a refrigerator, TV, hairdryer, wardrobe and necessary accessories. The neighbors can be heard a little, but mostly the sound insulation is good. During the week of our stay, we cleaned 3 times, wet cleaning twice and general cleaning once - with a change of linen and towels. If you need to replace something, or wash it, you will be provided with everything.
Nice well-maintained small area. There are two swimming pools on the territory of the hotel! adults and children, which is very convenient; dining room, sauna with Himalayan salt (imagine a sauna in Abkhazia)ironing boards with irons, a cooler with clean drinking water, a playground.
A cafe where you can buy drinks - alcoholic and non-alcoholic, coffee, tea, snacks, fruits, ice cream, waffles, fruit, fish, meat or cheese plates. We tried a cheese plate for two, a great portion of different cheeses.
Burgers, French fries, nuggets, etc. are prepared on site during the day. In the evening, you can order barbecue shish kebabs and fish.
Dining room: Our tour included breakfasts and dinners. The food is delicious, homemade. There is a choice, but do not wait for all-inclusive, as in Turkey, and then your vacation will not be overshadowed)
There is even adult and children's animation, unobtrusive)
Sea and beach: walk to the sea for 10 minutes, if from the hotel, go down the hill along the gravel, cross the highway and wait for the way. Back, respectively, to the hill) The track is quite busy, but there were no problems with the transition. Trains travel along the railway tracks extremely rarely, only a few times a day, so the transition is also not difficult. The beach itself is small, but you can go left and walk along the coastline. There are large stones, small pebbles and sand on the beach.
The entrance to the sea is on stones, so get special slippers, but we were without them and everything was fine, the legs were intact) The sea can be different: for the first two days, because of the storm, the sea was dirty, which is natural. In the following days, the sea was crystal clear, calm, and clean.
There is a cafe on the beach, you can rent sun beds and umbrellas, saps. You can also ride a banana.
Wishes for the hotel: air fresheners in the room, curtain the door, as the light penetrates, bright enough; diversify the menu a little.
General information: it is up to you to decide whether to go to Abkhazia. One of the features is that the lights may suddenly turn off, for an hour, a day or a day, as luck would have it. It's not a common occurrence, but it can be. They have generators in stock for this case. Rotavirus has not been caught, do not swallow water in the sea and pool, drink bottled water and everything will be fine.

I put a solid 4 for living in houses with good modern renovation, the hotel staff is not particularly friendly, they always show their fatigue.... Food, there is not a little of it, but it is absolutely not tasty-a canteen option, it's good that we took only breakfast, in the evening you can order food on the grill, I thought in Abkhazia meat is fried in blood, but no, they don't know how to cook!!!- all the pieces have been dried, the trout can still be eaten. Next, parking was announced, well, guys, if there is no parking, then write that you will put the car along the fence into the slide if there is room left. It's not far to the sea, but not 300m, be ready to go down the rocky uneven surface, then cross the road, as well as through the railway, carefully look around-trains!!!a great solution in this hotel is a swimming pool with a sauna.

Nice small hotel with great views and a private pool and sauna, in case the sea is stormy or too lazy to go) The food is not bad, the price is cheaper even than in most cafes on the coast. In general, we were satisfied, the rooms are fresh, cleaning every 2-3 days, a playground with a trampoline and swings and a rubber coating is available, there is also a children's room with entertainment.There was one minus, it smelled in the shower, or there was a smell of sewage from the ladder.

Good location, comfortable rooms with air conditioning. There is a cafe where you can order food. There is also a sauna. + Beautiful rooms in pleasant colors, a clean pool, a nice girl-animator Sasha. During the period when we were there, we cooked potatoes, fried chicken, and burgers for a fee- it was delicious.
Minuses:
1. When booking the hotel, we were promised a room with a large double bed (double) and a separate double bed. As a result, when we arrived, we were given a room with a single bed, a double bed and a small cot. When asked to replace the number, we were answered every time.: "Tomorrow," and even when the rooms were vacated, we were sent in a polite manner. The room itself is very small for a family of 4 people
2. The attitude of the staff. Well, it's kind of a nightmare. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a displeased face (Anna and Ksenia). They immediately ruined the whole impression. There is no desire to return.
3. The road to the sea.
It is indicated that it takes 3-4 minutes to walk, 200-300 meters. But no one talked about going down a rocky road, passing through a road where cars are traveling at an incredible speed (there is no pedestrian crossing) and then passing through a railway.
4. Dasha (something like an animator)- she went around and cursed at ADULT people. I won't say anything about children at all.
5. Nutrition. The food was always cold and disgusting. Milk is fu.
In general, we're not going back, that's for sure, it's just some kind of horror.

The ironing area was located in a place where the sun does not burn only at night, and the irons were nailed to the wall so that the dear guest would not drag government property into the shade.
There are not enough glasses for everyone, even in the bar, so they are not put in the rooms, and even more so, just like the kettle.
A cooler with drinking water is filled from the tap on site in the evenings.
It seemed that at first they wanted to do well, but then they realized that people were carrying money anyway, and decided not to worry, and it would do. If you wish to visit Manresa, then I wish you patience)

Access to the hotel: from the highway to the hotel there is a broken dirt road with a fairly steep climb up. Which was an unpleasant discovery for a family with a stroller. You go to the sea the same way: go down to the highway, cross the road, down ten steps, the railway and you are on the beach. It takes about five minutes to walk... if you are without a stroller;)
Room condition: the rooms are clean, match the photos, but no frills:
Towels: beach and bath towels for each, one for the feet. Not for the face and hands. There is liquid soap and a couple of shower gels in the probes.
The windows don't open. There is only a window in the bathroom. We opened it and the door to ventilate it. The room is very stuffy after a sunny October day. But there is a conde.
A street lamp shines a spotlight on the bed through the glass door. We hung it with a towel.
I didn't have enough covers. There are no chairs in the room, but sitting on a bed without a blanket in the street is not very good.
In common access on the street there is a cooler with boiling water, a microwave (very dirty) and an iron with a board. But there are no cups or glasses in the room. And you can't take them out of the dining room. There is nothing to get the children drunk before going to bed. In response to the request for a cup, they spread their hands.
Room cleaning: towels are changed every four days and the floor is cleaned, linen is changed once a week and everything is cleaned. It's formal.
In practice, on the fifth day, when I clarified the cleaning rules, I was told that since today is the fifth day, they cleaned our place, I objected that I was sure they had not cleaned, and in response, "this cannot be." Then they relented ;) They promised that they would clean it up today, at most tomorrow. With the change of underwear on the eighth day, there was the same strange dialogue. Considering the beach holidays and the sand, it's strange for me to clean the floor every four days. Moreover, there is no hallway there. Where there is an entrance, there is a bed.
Disco. It's there and you can't get away from it. And at 11 and 12. There were especially shock parties when delegations of tour operators arrived. It's weird for me. After all, the hotel positions itself as a family hotel. How do I put the children to bed?
Food: we had breakfast and dinner. And it was the right decision. In the beginning, I was panicked by the quality of the food. Then I changed the angle of view so as not to spoil the rest;) If you treat it like a student canteen, then it's normal. Edible. If you are steaming with the composition of the products, it will be hard. This is not tasteville and not the ABC of taste. Porridge for breakfast. Both are in milk. Tasty. On the bar counter, fried eggs, cheesecakes, pancakes, cottage cheese casserole, omelet are already laid out in plates. Sausages. They get cold quickly. It needs to be heated in the microwave.
On the buffet there is cottage cheese, sour cream, sweet yogurt, cookies, cereals, milk. Sliced apples and pears from fruits. Vegetables : tomatoes and cucumbers, peppers. There is no greenery.
Instant coffee and tea bags. You can separately get a normal coffee at the bar for money.Don't rely on the Raf
Dinner: pasta, buckwheat, vegetable stew (you can take it) and everything from pork: cutlets, goulash, etc. rarely chicken.
Salad like olivier or crab. And a buttercream cake.
You can order separately from the menu: fish (we did not take it, but many liked it), pizza (normal), burger (bad), boat (delicious). We had lunch in Novy Athos "Delicious like mom's." We recommend it.
For children : a playground with a trampoline and a playground: a separate two-storey building. On the ground floor there are toys and a toilet, and on the second floor there is a large screen with a projector. In the summer, they say, there was a nanny.
There is a construction site near the hotel and in the hotel. The work has been noisy since the morning.
Staff: ambiguous. There is no built-in friendliness and hospitality, but the good side is revealed during the conversation. People are kind.
One question: do you want to spend your vacation paving the way to the heart of the staff? Or do you deserve a warm welcome anyway?
The beach is ordinary. Pebbles and sand. Public. There is garbage in the corners. There is a shower after the sea and a changing room. Of course, there are few people in October. The cafes on the shore are already closed until next summer. There is a sap rental. 500₽ hour. And sun beds 300₽/day. On the highway near the steps to the sea there is a shop with a minimum of everything.
Swimming pool. The children's room was heated with varying success. From lukewarm to fresh milk. The adult was not heated. The sauna is nearby. There is a shower by the pool and inside at the entrance to the sauna. Children and adults are happy. A view of the sea and a construction site with charming cows.
In total, I put 4 for the diligence and cordiality of the hosts, but in terms of service, of course, this is a three. I hope the owners read the reviews and "finish" all the flaws, because the place is wonderful.

We stayed with our family at this hotel from 06/16/2024 to 06/23/2024. One of the advantages is beautiful nature, on the one hand plush mountains, the sea is visible from the hotel, an awesome pool, the water in it is clean and comfortable, the hotel territory is clean, well-groomed, the buildings and rooms are new, a good playground, sound insulation in the rooms is good, we did not hear the neighbors! Although they had 2 small children. The TV and air conditioning are working, the mattresses are new and comfortable, the dining room is large, clean and beautiful. Well , now the cons: The unfriendly, boorish girl at the reception, Anna, we got the impression that she was already very tired of vacationers, but this is only the beginning of the season. There was no cleaning in our room all the time, towels and linen were not changed, the garbage was not taken out. Also, in our room there was no mirror and a hair dryer in the bathroom, only liquid soap from hygiene products! There were no glasses in the room, well, more than one window did not open. There is also no animator and a children's cinema in the hotel. A children's pool is under construction. The owners themselves, the guys are young, friendly, welcoming, but the staff of course lets them down, we often rest in Abkhazia, we have been to different hotels everywhere there are pros and cons. Despite everything, we enjoyed the rest 😊😊😊 And you think for yourself whether to come here or not😊

The sea is clean, the beach is small pebbles, sand in places. It doesn't hurt even children's legs. There are also large pebbles, they somehow lie in a pile in one place, as if they were specially raked into one place. There is a shower on the beach. There are saps for rent, sun beds and umbrellas. Two sun beds and an umbrella 500rubles per day. Saps 700₽. Cafe on the beach "At the sisters", quite edible, stomachs did not hurt. The hotel is already clear from the photo - excellent, New, stylish. Clean pool, snow-white bed linen. Children's animation in the evenings, aquagrim. Everyone is responsive, polite (if, of course, you are polite too). You can order laundry. One woman was scandalized that her dark clothes were washed together with the light ones. You must understand that your laundry will not be sorted and should not be (otherwise it is already other money, not 200-250 rubles). You pack one wash in a bag- dark or light, you decide for yourself- give it to the reception, they throw it into the washing machine, dry it and bring it to the room. For me, it's very convenient, you don't have to carry a bunch of things. A taxi met us from the station (we were traveling by train to Mount Athos). There is a small nuance- the hotel is located on a hill and if you are with young children or have joint problems, it will be very difficult to climb back from the sea. Once, a polite Abkhazian gave us a ride to the top with the children absolutely free of charge. The sea is 200-300 meters away. There are few people on the beach: 15-20 people in the morning and evening, one and a half diggers remain at lunch. It cannot be compared with Sochi or other popular places where there is nowhere to throw a towel. And most importantly, we have not caught any rotovirus. Our friends rested with us for a week and then went to Gagra for a week. There, on the second day, they fell down with rotovirus and lay flat in the room for 5 days.
Breakfast was taken at the hotel, it was not enough, but it was delicious. We had lunch sometimes at the hotel, sometimes at the sisters' cafe. And we went to Athos for dinner, ate at the waterfall in the restaurant, it was very tasty. The local cuisine is similar to Georgian cuisine - khinkali, khachapuri…And there is something to see in the city: a waterfall, the Psyrtskha railway station, a monk's cell, a monastery, a cave, a cable car, a fortress on the mountain. We rode quadricades in the mountains (take sweaters with you, it's cooler there). There are black swans in the park in Athos, beautiful lighting, cafes, music. Taxi to Athos 300-350₽.

Everything is new, clean and the design is pleasant! There is a nice pool and there is homemade food! Of the cons: it is very difficult to get to the sea on foot on gravel, the nearest beach is bad, a good option is only to take a taxi to Mount Athos. there is no children's room and no animator, only a playground, there is nothing to do in the evenings (there was karaoke twice) They didn't do the cleaning, apparently she did it on request! Overall, the feeling is good, the place is gorgeous! They will work out the shortcomings and it will be great!

We had a rest in the middle of April. Manressa is a small, cozy hotel. I liked the clean, comfortable and modern rooms. The hotel has a laundry and ironing room, which you can use if necessary, access to them is always available. The board is served twice a day, very tasty, homemade. The territory is quite large, there are a lot of greenery and flowers. There is a cozy corner for evening relaxation and where to hide from the daytime sun. Since the sea was still cold, and the sun was already hot in summer, the heated swimming pool located on the territory was saved - this is such an indescribable thrill, especially for us, the Urals. We swam mainly in the evening, because in the afternoon we went on excursions, which, at the request of vacationers, were organized by the owners of the hotel - Maria and Sergey. Many thanks to them for their responsiveness and kindness.

Good autumn day! Greetings from Karelia!
We had a vacation in Abkhazia for the first time, and we were absolutely delighted!!! The Manresa Hotel was chosen, so to speak, "with a finger in the sky" and did not lose,! To begin with, our plane was delayed for almost 3 hours, we wrote to the hotel, the answer was: "no problem, the driver will wait as long as necessary.".. We arrived at the hotel at night, there was a bottle of wine on the bedside table in the room (before that, they clarified which wine we prefer) and a fruit plate... We woke up in the morning and completed all the documents...and it started...) The hotel is just super, the rooms are clean, cleaning and change of linen and towels every three days... The territory is beautiful... Two swimming pools, a sauna with salt stones, a cozy dining room (indoor and outdoor tables, a bar with a huge selection of drinks and various dishes, the food in the dining room is varied...The chef girls cook just fine!!! Thanks a lot to them for this!!! There is a well with drinking spring water on the territory... I was especially pleased with the water pressure in the showers, it seemed to us that spring water was flowing there too!!! For convenience, there is everything you need: air conditioning, TV and refrigerator in the room, iron and microwave on site... The sound insulation is great... 250-300 meters downhill to the sea, we pumped up our legs and ass (which pleases)... And what do you want, Abkhazia is a mountainous country, there are no plains here ...)))) The sea is clean with clear turquoise water... The excursion program is thought out to the smallest detail! The guys who take you on excursions know the history of their country very well, and they love it very much... They have answers to any questions, about the climate, about nature, and about the sights that you definitely need to see!!! Hosts Maria and Sergey, you are great fellows!!! They have thought through everything to the smallest detail, and they do not stop, they are constantly coming up with something... They solve any problem that tourists have... Many thanks to them for this paradise near New Athos... Alinochka, the goddess of the bar, as we called her, is always friendly and smiling... And what kind of churchkhela does she cook, we still eat it and remember Alina with a kind word ...
What else can I write? We are absolutely delighted!!!!! They left with tears in their eyes... Next year, it's definitely only for you!!!

We had a rest at the end of August. The hotel is beautiful, good rooms, mountain and sea views, but that's it! We arrived and were greeted with such a face that we wanted to immediately leave in the opposite direction, but come on, suddenly the person did not have a good morning. While my husband was processing all the documents, I went to the dining room, where they said that lunch was over, but they offered the remains of pilaf and pasta, I agreed, since we were off the road. For lunch, they put up a check of 1200 (2 servings of pilaf and 2 servings of baked pasta with chicken). The settlement is a separate story. We were put in a single room, which stinks of sewage, proving that the 140 cm bed is a full-fledged double bed, and there are two adults and a one-year-old child (when booking, they indicated that the child sleeps with his parents). Bitterly, late at night we were moved to a double room. There is a refrigerator in the room, towels for two, a hairdryer in the bathroom, no kettle, no glasses. The food is like in the dining room, they feed at certain hours, but they don't open it, that is, you will want to eat or go to the city.
We had breakfast included, but everything you want is not allowed, it is possible only in a certain set. We came to dinner to take food to the child, asked for a spoonful of rice and a cutlet, and they counted it for 500 rubles! Explaining that they had complex dinners, asking to add the remaining dishes, they said bring more rice.
A playground with a concrete surface in the sun in the morning, a children's pool for some reason with a yellow bottom, an adult was transparent for a couple of days, then it became cloudy.
The children's room did not suit us by age, but we went in once and were blown away by dirty carpets, gnawed toys, we did not even go up to the second floor.
The road to the hotel is a separate story, an incredibly steep slope in the rocks. A small parking lot.
The beach is not bad, with breakwaters and sand, there is a cafe where they cook very tasty. If you walk to the beach in a cafe and back to the hotel, you can lose weight well 😂

Where to start…
At first glance, a good hotel, but this is only in the photo. The rooms are dusty, towels and room cleaning were changed 1 time in 10 days of rest. The bedclothes are in incomprehensible divorces. The room smelled terribly of dichlophos, apparently they were poisoning cockroaches.
The pool and sauna turned out to be paid upon arrival (this is not Turkey, not everything is included here).
All the staff, including the hostess Maria, communicate rudely, to requests to remove garbage and change the linen in the room, they said "wait your turn, you are not alone!".
Meals are paid separately, you can have breakfast and come for dinner. But the food is like in the canteens of the USSR.
The road to the sea is not the most pleasant, it takes 40 minutes to walk to the shops and pharmacies in the city.
The beach is dirty, there is garbage everywhere, there are no toilets and showers.
To sum up: the hotel building itself is stylish and pleasant to the eye, nature is around, but there is still work to do on service and communication with customers. The communication of the hosts was most disappointing. Such boorish communication has not yet been met…

To do this, they assemble a meeting in the office, where such points are discussed:) It was unpleasant somehow) The breakfasts are great, the dinners are good) I had lunch and walked in the afternoon in New Athos, it was not difficult to get from the hotel, the minibus was 50 rubles)
I had a great rest, the sea is incomparable, the view is awesome on the mountains, there are few people, no magnesium is so soothing as a quality vacation, so I recommend it)

A wonderful place!
This hotel differs in many ways from all the local ones, there is also a large territory with a sauna, a large swimming pool, where you can not just plunge, but also swim with a view of the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. For families with children, there is a playground and an animator.
Lovely, new rooms with everything you need.
Be sure to take it with food, the food is hearty and delicious.
The hosts are wonderful, kind people will prompt, tell and recommend leisure time.
You can also buy an incomparable homemade wine on site!

Before that, we had a rest in Gudauta (the difference is not comparable).This is not a hotel at all, there are houses on both sides, connected to each other, audibility, you can even not shout loudly-everything is audible. Home-cooked meals are provided, one plate in hand - you can no longer, if you don't like it, then you are hungry. The sea is not nearby, downhill through the railway tracks. Not everyone will climb back up the mountain, who is hard at the age. The beach is dirty...If it is considered that tual.The paper, I'm sorry, is behind your back, when you're sitting on the toilet, it's normal, then I'm sorry! Disgusting!
Cons (there are more of them than pros):
1. The food is just terrible, very poor and tasteless. For breakfast - porridge, omelette, cheesecakes or pancakes. Everything is unappetizing and tasteless from the word at all. Tea and coffee bags. For dinner, it's about the same thing every day - fried thigh, some kind of cutlet, stew with a simple side dish to choose from. It doesn't taste good at all! From fruits - only plums every day, vegetables - sliced tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers in strips. For dessert - drying and the cheapest cookies (on weekends they gave a cake). I have never seen such an outrage anywhere. It's just bullying! It is possible for an additional fee.You can order French fries, barbecue, fish for a fee. But I didn't even want to, because the food doesn't taste good.
2. Location on the outskirts. There is nothing nearby except a cafe on the beach. A gravel curved road with a strong slope leads to the sea, full of potholes. In flip-flops on the rocks, feet slip, people fall. It turns out to go uphill back from the sea in the heat. On the way, you need to cross the busy Sukhumi highway, there is no crossing, cars are moving in a dense stream. Crossing the road is fast. I went on excursions, so the drivers had to be persuaded to be picked up from the hotel, no one wanted to go along this road. I had to walk from the airport along this road myself with my suitcases, the driver refused to take me to the hotel along this road. Taxis are provided by the hotel. I went because there is no other way to get from the city center and the sights.
3. The beach is urban, small, sun beds and umbrellas can be rented at a hotel on the shore (this is a plus), but the beach is not cleaned. The stairs are all rusty, there is a shower and a couple of changing rooms.
Pros: The hotel is new, quite cozy, the territory is small, but well maintained. Nice playground, swimming pool.
The room is good, cleaning every 3 days, linen was changed 1 time in 10 days. The sound insulation is good. The air conditioner is working. There is a hairdryer in the shower.
The sea is beautiful. Clean and warm. That's the main thing for me.
But I'm not going to this hotel anymore. And I will not advise anyone.

Hello! I want to leave a review, my mother and sister went on vacation to this hotel! Today we arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m., it is clear that check-in is written from 14h. But they are told their room will be available at 20h. Evenings and wherever you want, wait there or wait in another room, but for 2000 rubles-it's like in general! ?My girls are not conflicted, but the situation is over the top! There is a really rude girl at the reception! I ask the administrators to take action!!! And probably refund back 2000 + breakfast (2 pancakes + egg = 450 rubles). Super-stupid, to want to have vacationers in their houses and at the same time rip off money! I will also write a claim to the tour operator!

People, don't come to this horror!!! I took my feet in my hands and ran away the same day!!!! There are smells from the bathroom in the room, they moved into an unmade room, even the bed linen was not changed!!! They knew that I would arrive at night - they barely woke up the hostess (thanks to the driver) - they greeted me with a sour face. The road to the beach is a separate song - I have never seen such horror!!! Clay and stones descent and climb up the mountain!!! There are no words!!! By 8 a.m., the bottles and trash by the pool have not been removed!!! Don't believe the beautiful reviews and photos!!!! Take care of yourself!!!

We had a rest from October 3-8. The hotel is clean, new, and the view from the hotel is gorgeous. Room 6/2 for 2 is cozy, the bed is comfortable, everything is stylish. There was always hot water. The room has all the amenities of air conditioning and a refrigerator. We didn't really stay at the hotel, had breakfast and left until the evening, but still managed to visit the sauna and swim in the pool, we liked everything. I want to come back to this hotel again and again.

The weather was gorgeous, you could swim after the sauna in the pool.
About the hotel; Great atmosphere and cozy interior.
Everything is new and clean.
The rooms have; Shower, toilet, sink, refrigerator, TV, bed, dark curtains that do not let in light (it is convenient to sleep during the day) air conditioning, wardrobe.
On the territory; Cafe, summer roof terrace.
On-site parking.
A play area for children, a children's center, a sauna and shower rooms, a relaxation area with sofas, a swimming pool, 300 meters to the beach.
On one side there is a view of the mountains, on the other side of the sea, at night you can see the starry sky, you can see clearly.
Take a rest with food, there are shops, not close.
About the owners; They are very kind and wonderful people, they can organize any leisure time, any excursion and tell you where and what to buy, they will find an answer to any question.
I definitely recommend this hotel, it's not the first time I'm vacationing in Abkhazia, I love this country and the experience of previous hotels expected the best, I didn't think I'd get into such a cool hotel🥰
