This place, the hotel and its owners (the family) have left wonderful impressions. We were there in 2019. Everything is on the level! They didn't look for flaws, they enjoyed it.
There is a small swimming pool and a children's playground, which can be accessed from the lower floor via a balcony.
The sea is 200 meters away, along the way there are shops, a toilet, a fruit stand (prices are not low, but the quality of the same cherries, apricots is simply the highest. The entrance to the sea is better straight than to the right (but there are crabs there!).
There are shops and taverns around the hotel.
The room has a stove, refrigerator, and necessary utensils. Very often we bought vegetables and pasta, cooked with their cool olive oil.
The breakfast is buffet style and is enough to fill up. There is a restaurant on the top floor, where there are also sun beds and a shower.
The bus to Rethymno, for example, can be reached in 5-7 minutes.
I would go back to the hotel…

Very nice hotel and friendly staff.
The rooms are not large, but clean and cozy, there were never any questions about cleaning either.
A piece of the sea can be seen from the balcony of the room)
There is a great beach just 150 meters away.
There are a lot of shops on the next street.
If you need a quiet and relaxing holiday, I recommend it.
Ps: be sure to rent a car, there is quiet traffic.
There are a lot of beautiful places, attractions and great beaches in Crete, and the mountains are just amazing.
And to see Crete in all its glory, I recommend not sitting still, but traveling a little ;)

Great hotel! Regular room cleaning, good buffet breakfasts, friendly and courteous hosts and hotel staff. Super! The sea is literally "behind the garden" - it takes about 3 minutes to walk. In my opinion, the best beach of all that is in Bali. It is both the largest and the most comfortable. Another advantage is that the hotel is located at the beginning of the village, which means that the public transport stop is the closest)) The stop is located on the highway. You can leave both in the direction of Heraklion and in the direction of Chania. Buses are available every hour. It takes about 12-15 minutes to walk to the bus stop. Nearby there are shops, car rental, numerous taverns and cafes. The room has air conditioning, Wi-Fi. Everything is just fine! I am absolutely happy with everything))
