A small but very pleasant hotel.
The rooms are beautiful, the mattress is comfortable, the linen is of good quality.
The convenient location is close to tram stops, and the metro is also nearby.
You can get to the metro from the airport (difficult, but possible)
You can lower the rating for breakfasts a little, they are simple, they update dishes slowly, there are few tables.

A great hotel with a great location. The staff is polite, they speak good Russian and excellent English. The rooms are clean, the interior with modern Turkish luxury) the air conditioner works powerfully, when the heat outside is +30, the room cools down to 19 degrees in 5 minutes.
Soap accessories, coffee/tea, bottled water, cups are provided free of charge. There is a kettle to boil the water. The double-glazed windows are good, you can't hear the sounds of the street, although the windows overlook a busy avenue.
The breakfasts are not very varied, but there is enough to eat without frills. In general, I advise you! We did not regret that we settled in this particular hotel.

Advantages
The location is convenient, within walking distance of the tram, metro, main attractions. The staff is polite, they speak Russian, English, Turkish. A varied breakfast, there is enough space in the rooms, it is generally not noisy, there is an elevator.
Disadvantages
Payment by Union Pay card is not supported, payment was not charged at the time of booking (when the dollar exchange rate was lower).
Terrible cleaning, they pretend to clean the rooms. In fact, dust was found in the closet of the previous guest's bra. After cleaning, a dirty pillowcase was left in the room, and there was a stain from a glass on the clean duvet cover. The branded strip of the bedspread used on the bed for beauty was put in the closet for some reason. Also, after cleaning, they did not find the cap, as a result, cleaning took it with him accidentally or intentionally - a big question. At the request, of course, they returned it, and if we hadn't found it ourselves, then we wouldn't have returned it?!

Everything is great, the guys at the counter are hospitable, always ready to help. Breakfast is a huge disadvantage. There is nothing to choose from. There are few vegetables and fruits too. There is no porridge. Omelets are not laid out. Think about how to diversify the table. The location of the hotel is convenient, we remember the rest. Thanks!

The hotel is located in a very convenient location - near the Aksaray bus stop, which is served by buses from the Airport. There is also a tram line nearby, from which you can get to any tourist attraction. Walking distance to the center is 15-20 minutes on foot.
There is no toothpaste or toothbrushes in the hotel. Breakfast is almost the same every day, with rare exceptions.

We were at this hotel from 22.01 to 27.01.24. I am absolutely delighted with this hotel. Everything is new and clean. Cleaning every day. Of the disadvantages, the bed linen was not changed during our entire stay and the sauna and hammam did not work. We liked everything else very much. The breakfast is good - omelette and various salads, fresh vegetables with mozzarella, soup, nuts, dried fruits, coffee is very tasty, strong, grain, delicious cakes. The location is convenient - you can also get to the main Sultanahmet square (20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by tram). There is also a metro and Marmaray nearby, it is convenient to get to remote areas of Istanbul (we went to the fashion district). The only decent cafes nearby are not enough... I really liked the hotel, I recommend it.

Not a bad hotel. Some people speak Russian at the reception desk. The location is good, there are 3-4 tram stops to the historical center. 25-30 minutes on foot. The buffet breakfast is minimalistic. The reception desk can offer various services outside the hotel - it is very expensive. The room is clean, but it's time to make cosmetic repairs. In general, everything is 3+ stars

Regarding the main attractions and the center, the location is good, 15-20 minutes on foot, and you can get there by tram. But in general, the area is golden, market-oriented. The streets are dirty, there are a lot of strange quality shops with palm trees and cafes of dubious quality.
Overall, I liked the hotel. The sound insulation is good, the room is warm (for comparison, in Antalya a couple of days ago in the morning I was freezing like a candied fruit). It is clean, has all the amenities and accessories. Wonderful reception, they speak Turkish, English, and Russian. The breakfasts are pleasant, the choice is not great, but everything is delicious.
Of the cons:
There are little things that slightly spoil the impression, and for some reason they do not want to pay attention to them. In my room 303, the toilet seat and the brush are broken, they did not bother to replace it all the time, although they promised. The cabinet that you see in the photo is sliding and with internal lighting, but the door is slightly askew and does not reach the backlight off button, so the lighting hits through the crack at night. I solved the problem by pinching the beer lid in this place 😄
Cleaning does not always come in, the bed linen has not been replaced once during the entire stay.

Suspicion of missing money from the room!!! They will try to deceive you, a taxi is 2 times more expensive than the usual price. Breakfast is very small and the choice is meager. The bathroom door closer is trying to pin you down all the time. The hotel has a maximum of 3 stars. Although I lived in threes much better.
