The most important thing is the food, so the breakfast is really good. A lot of healthy choices like broccoli 🥦 and cauliflowers.
Clean rooms
The only missing in the w/c is the bidet the hygienic shower.
Very polite and helpful welcoming people are working there. Special thanks to Miss Nargiza, the housekeeper.
The location is also very good.
Many markets near by, shops, cafes, and restaurants with different types of cuisine.
Our room was on the front side of Shevchenko Street.
The only disadvantage is that there is no opening window, so you can't have the option of refreshing the room.
That's kinda strange.
I found this breakfast buffet spot today. It's an absolutely delicious and specious place for family breakfast or business meetings also. They charge 125 000 ($10) per person for breakfast. It's a must try place if you are around. They have lunch buffet also, but I haven't tried it yet.
Nice location, courteous staff, nice breakfast, clean rooms. Gym is small. Swimming pool is small too but clean and note that it is not included in room rate.
Excellent hotel in the center of Tashkent.
Check-in is quick, welcome tea from the samovar at the reception. The staff is polite, friendly, and speak Russian.
I really liked the beds (high), comfortable mattress, clean bed linen. I also liked the breakfasts (varied, there was always enough, we also poured coffee with ourselves) in the beautiful restaurant on the top floor.
We couldn't visit the spa complex, because we had a busy program and we just didn't have time. you need to register at the SPA a day in advance, it is open until 22:00, the prices are not cheap, but quite acceptable.
What I didn't really like was that our room had never been cleaned in 2 days (for which the rating was minus one star), and in general, the cleanliness of the room raised questions (I don't really like it when someone's used contact lenses are lying on the floor when checking into the room, plus someone's hair and so on), the bed was clean, the towels were clean and complete, and I didn't make any claims. There's a construction site opposite the windows, but you can't hear any noise when the window is closed. The noise insulation of the rooms themselves is also low - you can hear the elevator coming to the floor in the room. But of all the hotels that I managed to visit in Uzbekistan, this was the most pleasant.
Manor Hotel is the perfect place to explore Tashkent!
A beautiful hotel with gorgeous interiors and a very convenient location. Delicious breakfasts in a luxurious restaurant. The center can be reached on foot or by taxi in 10 minutes. There is a walking street with cafes and shops nearby.
When we were looking for a place to stay, we chose according to the area, reviews and aesthetics of the hotel. And we were satisfied with everything!
I really liked that it was easy to contact the hotel even before checking in, they have a number linked to Telegram on their website. They answer quickly, help to solve questions, it is very convenient!
* What to pay attention to.
The first point is that, as I understand it, they do not change the currency at the hotel, but they went to a meeting with me upon check-in, helped me out and exchanged dollars for amounts.
The second point is that there is a lot of construction in Uzbekistan as a whole, so I recommend checking with the hotel where the windows go if you are a light sleeper. At the moment, construction is underway at the back of the hotel, and the first night was sleepless, and then a room with windows facing a quieter street was vacated and we were relocated, thank you for arranging the move.
I recommend Manor as a decent hotel with good decoration, convenient location and delicious breakfasts!
A modern and beautiful hotel, it is three years old! Oriental-style interior and furniture, extremely tasty and rich breakfasts, even tartlets with red caviar! The staff is well-mannered, European level communication. The hotel is located in the city center on a street with restaurants, an oyster cafe, shops and an outlet. We lived on 13-14.01.25 and there was a reconstruction on our street, but it certainly did not spoil the impression, because in a year or two it will be a chic street with new buildings and a business class residential complex! We will definitely come back to Tashkent and stay at this hotel. The price here is lower than the hotel level, the hotel
It's a good hotel, but there are a lot of controversial points. I've been thinking for a long time about what grade to put. We had a rest from 12/30/2024-01/04/2025.
Positive:
Convenient location, the hotel is located on a pedestrian (so far only part) street, close to many locations and to the center. There are plenty of places nearby where you can have breakfast (in particular Bon cafe), lunch and dinner (opposite the Nika restaurant), maybe even shop in the Urban Store)).
The pretty facade, the hotel itself is beautifully decorated in Oriental style, and the restaurant on the 6th floor is in the same style, you just can't take your eyes off it.
Large spacious rooms, courteous staff, nice SPA on the 1st floor. I recommend the SPA to visit, with dignity.
Minuses:
Renovation work in front of the hotel (finishing the street), tiles and protruding wires.
Construction of a residential complex and an office center behind the hotel. But this issue is being resolved, now they are settling into rooms facing the facade.
It was very cold in the rooms, the wind was just whistling from the windows. Ventilation for heating saves while it is working, but it quickly "devours" the air and it becomes stuffy, the windows do not open accordingly. One battery was working, but it clearly couldn't handle it. I prefer warmth, but with the possibility of fresh air.
The rooms are a bit worn out, apparently the bathroom once leaked, the wallpaper is coming off in the corner between the bathroom and the bathroom. The shower room in the bathroom is made very strangely, no matter how you use the shower, the water flows out from behind the partition.
The breakfasts are poor in my opinion. There is a minimum, but no more. They cook scrambled eggs / omelet (it should be noted delicious) to choose from. Everything else is on display: mediocre pastries (sometimes cherished desserts), sliced vegetables (also slightly stale), sausages, pickled cucumbers/peppers, rice, potatoes, some meat, lots of dried fruits (I wonder how many people eat dried fruits for breakfast?), cereals, tea.
They'll make coffee, but it's not delicious.
In my opinion, breakfast is not worth the money that is requested. There is definitely no variety.
I don't know, maybe it's not the season, maybe it just happened. I would like to believe that in the season when there are many more tourists, everything is different and tastier.
Or in Tashkent, with breakfast in hotels, there is such a sadness everywhere.
Because in the nearest cafe, for the same money, you can have a much tastier and more varied breakfast.
It's hard to recommend, everyone will probably decide for themselves what is the priority)))))
The Manor hotel is wonderful! Very tasty breakfasts. The room is wonderful, though the bed is sooo high, the pillows are bad, like pancakes))) the linen is snow-white! I was satisfied with everything in this hotel, the only thing that really disappointed me was the pool! Please note that it is PAID. It costs a million soums for three people per hour, 10,000 t rubles for rubles. Of course, it's too expensive to relax after an excursion day. I highly recommend this hotel! Located in a good location on a pedestrian street, almost in the center of Tashkent.
The lobby is cool, compact, smells of oriental spices, comfortable sofas, excellent location. I met with a partner here, so I can't say anything about the rooms, I didn't live there. And so, neatly, comfortably.
I will add
I visited the room, our guest lived here, problems with draining in the showers and washbasin. The guest had to arm himself with a pencil and clean himself.
I came to check in the morning, informed the reception, the guest was moved to another room.
A very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious. Conditioner. Large shower room. There are sets- shaving, cosmetic. A huge illuminated mirror, a magnified mirror. All mirrors are illuminated.
The bed is huge on a high pedestal. Tea set. Kettle, fridge for mini-bar. It's really empty. Safe. 4 towels for two plus a doormat. Bathrobes, slippers.
The breakfasts are excellent! Samsa, nuts of all varieties, several hot dishes. Tea, coffee, honey in honeycombs. Cold snacks are average. But desserts are very diverse and delicious.
The location is good. Near the train station, metro, bank with good service and a normal exchange rate.
The hotel has a gym. Sauna and hammam for a fee. There are massages and spa treatments.
It's an 11-minute drive from the airport.
Great hotel, friendly staff, super location.
There are many restaurants, shops, coffee shops nearby
The street has recently become pedestrian, so it is very quiet, without extraneous noise.
There are several metro stations within walking distance.
The buffet is excellent, the rooms are cleaned every day
We were satisfied!
The hotel is great. The location is good. 5 minutes from the North Station. There is a bank nearby where you can exchange money. The city center is also a short distance away. There is also a bazaar nearby.
The rooms are clean. Cleaning was done every day. The breakfasts are very varied and very tasty. You can arrive 15 minutes before closing time and the choice will be the same as if you had come to the opening.
The staff is very polite and friendly. I liked everything. I recommend. On the downside, construction is underway in the courtyard, but if the windows are closed, you can't hear the noise. There is an air conditioner.
Nice hotel, comfortable rooms, though the beds are too high :))) the breakfasts are delicious and varied, the staff is polite. The hotel has a very good location. However, in February 2025, a house was being built nearby, and the lockers in the room were shaking
Everything is great. The rooms are great, and the breakfast included in the stay is incredible. The location of the hotel is very cool. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The only drawback is the construction site in the backyard, but this is temporary.
A beautiful hotel, with good service, delicious breakfasts and a convenient location. There is a pedestrian street with shops and restaurants nearby. Also nearby is the national bank for the exchange of dollars and euros and the capital bank for the profitable exchange of rubles for soums.
Thank you, Manor, for covering up all the bad experiences from the terrible hotels in Bukhara and Samarkand!
A beautiful hotel in the national style, the room is gorgeous, the bed is huge and super comfortable, the breakfasts are delicious, everything is there for a well-balanced breakfast. Excellent spa! Massage therapist Natalia is a magician!
Excellent hotel near the center. The breakfasts are great! A bed with a high mattress is not particularly suitable for children. Very nice hotel, well renovated. The staff is polite. I recommend
It's a very beautiful, colorful place. There aren't many people, everything is clean. The breakfasts are good. Everything is pretty standard. There is a spa, but it is paid. You could do it for free for visitors.
Great hotel. Authentic comfortable rooms. At breakfast, they offer to cook eggs for you (omelet or glaze, as well as porridge) a lot of different pickles, cheeses, sausages, sausages, oriental sweets.
The location is on a cozy street, with trendy cafes and restaurants.
Nice hotel near the train station. The rooms are large, bright, and comfortable. There is an oriental flavor, which pleases. Everything is very clean! Nice staff and excellent breakfasts!
The hotel is located in the city center. There is a pedestrian zone nearby with many restaurants and shops. Beautiful oriental-style rooms. There is everything you need.
Nice, clean, big. There is a spa . The breakfasts are good, varied, and the staff is polite.
We settled in quickly.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
I can recommend it.
Everything was fine. Location, interior, cleanliness, food, if we arrive in Tashkent, we will definitely stay at the Manor. Thank you for such a wonderful hotel.
A normal hotel, the main advantage is the location, it takes 25 minutes to walk to the center, to the northern railway station, from where high-speed trains go to Samarkand, Bukhara 10 minutes on foot. It is very convenient for early flights. Near the beginning of the pedestrian section of the street with cafes and restaurants, from fast food and above. A good Irish pub at the end of the street, the prices are not low.
Of the disadvantages, heating is also for people with feelings
A great hotel! Good location in the very center. Rich oriental interior. Delicious breakfast buffet. The room is spacious. There is a safe in the room. A very high bed is a bit unusual, but a comfortable mattress.
What you need to pay attention to:
In the bathroom, water flows from the glass sash onto the floor when taking a shower, a puddle forms. But there is a drain in the floor. The floor is warm.
Check-in at 14.00 and not a minute earlier.
Excellent hotel, breakfasts, rooms, bed, lobby are all at an excellent level. The place is not the center, but it is close to the railway station and there are many places around where you can sit.
Good day to everyone. What's in Uzbekistan. The first impression of the hotel is that at first glance everything is decent., a good room, but the windows do not come off, in the shower the door opens randomly, which is why the whole floor is in water. Interior in the nationalthe style, as I say, is expensive, rich. The restaurant is in a beautiful, local style. Buffet with +
Great hotel!!!
Located on a central street with lots of cafes/restaurants/shops.
Responsive staff.
We arrived in Navruz when all banks and exchangers were closed. We kindly agreed to accept payment in dollars.
The rooms have everything: bathrobes, slippers, gel, shampoo, hair balm, shaving, dental and cosmetic kits, tea, coffee, refrigerator, safe.
Breakfasts are also for every taste.
We lived in two rooms: a regular room and a suite. I liked it even more in the usual one, because the windows do not open in the suite.
A large-scale construction is underway in the courtyard of the hotel (a residential complex is being built), work is underway until two in the morning, so if you go to bed early, ask the other side.
A wonderful hotel. Perfect cleanliness . A wonderful, varied breakfast in a cozy restaurant. The staff is very friendly. Thank you all! We were at the hotel 1-2.11.2024 and 8-9.11 2024
A nice hotel with beautiful decoration, both external and internal. The restaurant where we had breakfast is located on the 6th floor. The breakfasts are delicious and the dishes are varied. The only thing is that the glass door of the shower does not protect against splashes from the shower and, when exiting, there is water on the floor. Perhaps turning the shower head towards the wall will help.
Great hotel. Everything is at the highest level. It is not inferior to a 5-star hotel in the Canaries. I really liked it. The restaurant is gorgeous. Tomorrow is great. The only thing I would like to advise the management of the hotel to hire a master who could periodically fix the scratched furniture and doors.
The room is great, the staff is very polite and always ready to help. The breakfasts were excellent: there is always a choice for every taste. I can't say anything about the location, since I always took a transfer from the hotel, but it's close enough to the railway station. Towels and shower accessories were changed daily, as
well as bottled water. But the tea bags (in the room, which is very nice, there was a kettle, cups and tea + coffee + sugar in bags) have not been updated since arrival. If you drink it all at once, you won't get any more. And the floors, by the way, were also not washed for 3 days of stay. But these are small things. I definitely recommend the hotel!!!
A great hotel, almost in the center of the city.
The hotel itself, a boutique, is not very big, without stars.Level 4*.
Large rooms, very comfortable mattresses.
The restaurant is simply amazing, the breakfasts are great. The omelets are delicious. The staff is very pleasant and courteous.
A wonderful hotel for both leisure and business trips, located 700 m from the railway station and 15 minutes by taxi from the international airport. On Taras Shevchenko Street, where the hotel is located, there are many restaurants with cuisine for every taste, as well as one-time shops and even an outlet (right next door to the hotel). The hotel itself has comfortable rooms (especially pleased with the ability to flexibly adjust the temperature), a fairly varied breakfast (although it should be allocated at least 45 minutes), and in the basement there is a spa (including a swimming pool) and a gym (the latter is included in the price). The staff is polite, they respond promptly to requests.
The location is good, in the city center. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast is a great choice, everything is fresh and delicious, in a beautiful restaurant. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The staff is polite. Convenient access to the airport and train station
A great hotel!
We only regret that we were only 1 night and did not have time to go to the spa.
The breakfast is great, everything is delicious, it is fashionable to order hot dishes separately (porridge, omelet, scrambled eggs) - they are cooked very quickly.
The beds and bed linen in the room are beyond praise!
I recommend it!!!
Uzbekistan is wonderful!!!
I was very, very pleased with the level of the hotel and the managers at the hotel. The waiters, who communicate in four languages, in my opinion, this means something. By the way, the breakfasts are wonderful!
Very convenient location of the hotel.
In general, a confident five.
Great. I lived in this hotel in different rooms for almost a month. Daily cleaning - no questions asked. The rooms are spacious, the mattress is moderately hard (perfect for me). Noise insulation is at a height, despite the fact that there is a construction site outside with the windows closed, almost nothing can be heard.
Breakfast is excellent - 2-3 types of porridge, omelets and scrambled eggs that are prepared personally for you, and do not lie cold on trays. Sausages, cheeses, sausages, pizzas, fruits, vegetables, etc. If there is another business trip to Tashkent, I will choose this hotel without hesitation.
Great hotel. Polite, tidy staff. Excellent breakfast. It is not inferior to well-known network brands. Excellent reception staff. Comfortably. Quietly. Close to the center.
We will be happy to come back again. The staff is beyond praise. Comfortable beds without sides, clean linen and towels. The breakfasts were simply amazing. I strongly recommend it!!!

We stayed at the hotel in January 2025. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious. But there is a disadvantage-there is a construction site nearby. And if the windows overlook it, it's very noisy. Our windows faced the main street, but they don't open from the word at all. So there is no fresh air coming in. Otherwise, everything is fine. The breakfast is excellent. Everything is clean and decent. I recommend the hotel for relaxation. There is a railway station nearby, which is very convenient.
Nice hotel. One of the disadvantages is the construction site behind the building, but when settling on the front side it is not audible. Everything is nearby. There are many good cafes and restaurants just 2 blocks away. It takes 10-15 minutes by taxi to the airport and the railway station. I recommend.
