When communicating with representatives, he offered a compromise - to compensate me for repair costs, to which he received an excuse about waiting for a response from the plant. As a result, 2 weeks have passed, and there has been no response.
I understand that a defect may occur during production and it was not noticed, but I could have compensated for my flaws, I did not ask for too much.
Maybe the guys are a good company, but if anything happens, you won't get the truth.
