A very mediocre aquarium. Everything is Filipino. But considering that there are very few attractions in Manila, we went there, as we stayed there for 3 days. I can't recommend you to visit, you won't see anything special there. Plus a crowd of people, mostly locals with children.
Just a top place in the Philippines, I recommend it, you can wipe your feet in the blood, believe me it's worth it. There are a lot of halls, ranging from fish and mollusks, ending with huge aquariums with stingrays and sharks. If desired, you can even swim with them in a special spacesuit.
