The hotel is very well located, and not only because it is the center, but mainly because it is a very quiet center, in the middle of a low-rise block. The hotel is well renovated or new, furniture, plumbing - everything is in good condition. The bed linen is good, but the duvet covers are not ironed, the mattress is very hard and at the same time comfortable. The suite is huge, bright, and cozy. The breakfasts did not make an impression, the hot dishes run out quickly and are not replenished, although a huge man constantly walks around, looks everywhere, but that's all. The coffee machine is disabled, it does not work all the time. But the main problem of this hotel is cleaning. There's been a lot of writing about it, and that's the way it is. Practically, while you live there, they will not clean up your house, they will not even take out the garbage. They'll put water on and that's it. There is also no question of replacing bed linen, not once in a week. The reception staff is quite friendly, but very forgetful. In general, I liked the Hotel, especially when the elevator started working, but it will not suit people who are sensitive to cleanliness.

On the plus side, the rooms are spacious and bright with access to a balcony, friendly and friendly guys are sitting at the reception, the breakfasts are standard, nothing unusual, everything is clean, the dining room is odorless with a TV. The rooms are cleaned every day, bed linen and towels are changed with special amenities for the bathroom. The aroma of freshness in the room.
One of the disadvantages is that the lights went off in our room several times, we still did not understand for what reason. There are no channels or internet connected to the TV. Staying in the room is very boring. They asked the reception to solve the problem with the light and the Internet connection to the TV, but they did not wait. The cleanliness of the room out of 10, I would put 7. Plumbing out of 10, too, 7. The shower was faulty. The elevator was also working for some reason, but not. When they were evicted, they had to carry heavy suitcases down by themselves.

The rooms are standard, there is everything you need. The cleanliness of the rooms is average - cleaning is focused on the most accessible places. The plumbing is already quite dilapidated.
Polite, friendly staff: helped, prompted, answered all questions. After checking out of the hotel, it was convenient to leave your luggage in the luggage room.
The breakfasts are buffet style, normal, without frills, but in general everyone can choose what they like. Unfortunately, there is no permanent restaurant in the hotel itself, but there are many places to eat nearby.
The location is good, you can take a walk.

Convenient location, decent lobby, varied breakfast. The rooms and corridors are quite clean and decent. Not everything is perfect, but tolerable. They give water at the reception. The kettle and tea were brought to the room only after request. The mattresses are a little hard, but after 3 nights you get used to it))) Well, they take care of toilet paper. And it is completely incomprehensible that a large number of windows on the upper, 4th floor are curtained from the outside: solid opaque brown shields are tightly screwed on outside the windows (as if you are sitting in a bunker) - they do not warn about this anywhere.

The room is clean, the breakfast is good. Of the minuses, the elevator did not work for three days out of five days of stay! No one offered to help us carry our luggage from the third floor. And a sooo big minus: we had an early departure for an excursion to Samarkand, in the evening we warned, asked to pack breakfast with us. We were promised and assured.that there will be no problems! As a result, they FORGOT about us!! They shifted this problem to the previous shift, but did not do anything, although the kitchen was already working at that time... The mood was spoiled, with such a service - I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BOOK HERE!!

A great hotel for its 3 stars. We lived for 14 days and there was not a single problem. Good, delicious breakfasts, constant change of towels and room cleaning. Friendly, helpful staff. The guys at the reception will always help and tell you.
It is also an excellent location near the airport and between two train stations, each is a maximum of 10 minutes by taxi.
My wife and I were delighted. We are grateful to the staff for their hospitality.

The very option when expectation and reality completely coincided. A comfortable and inexpensive hotel located in quiet courtyards near Shota Rustaveli Street. The airport and train station can be reached by taxi in about 15 minutes. The room is perfectly quiet, clean and nice. Tea and water are present. We stayed for one night. We arrived late, met, settled in. The next day, they were allowed to stay in the room for free until 16:00. The breakfast is standard, without frills, but very good. The hotel is a little far from the center and the metro, but considering the taxi prices, this is not a problem.

I won't write much about the hotel, because we just stopped by. We only checked in on the first day on 04/29. and that's what we see. We took 2 rooms on the ground floor. Maybe it's just our luck. The rooms were not quite ready for arrival. Here are the moments that upset me:
1. There are no towels. We approached the guys at the reception 3 times, but at the time of writing this review (3.5 hours after arrival), they did not appear. One for two hands only)). You'll probably have to dry yourself with curtains in the room.
2. There was no kettle, the word was brought to God, but only after personally coming to the reception.
3. There are 3 hangers in one room, one in the other)). I also had to go and talk)).
4. I also had to ask for extra blankets to put on the mattress. The feeling that I sat on the board, but they say that this is an "orthopedic" mattress))). Therefore, think about who needs a normal mattress to sleep, probably you are not here. The vacation has just begun, I hope the positive moments will cover the negative that we received on the first day of arrival at the hotel.
5. The heater is constantly working in the toilet and does not turn off with the light, if you close the door, you cannot hear it.
6. The plug is broken at the tarshare, 1 pin only))).
There are still small things, but I really hope that the hotel management will respond.

I do not recommend the hotel! Initially, after reading all the reviews, I did not believe it until I myself was faced with low service. Upon check-in, I was surprised that the toilet was not cleaned and disinfected after the previous guest. Moreover, the flushing mechanism did not work. I turned to the hotel employee, who simply lifted the lid of the flushing tank, pulled something and the water flowed, while assuring me that this would not happen again. Anyway, every other time the mechanism jammed and I had to lift the lid myself and pull the float. There were stains and hair on the sheets, even by the smell you could tell that they were not the first freshness and they did not change. I asked to change it, to no avail - they claimed that everything was changed (without even looking at the spots).
Customer focus is at zero. Moreover, they are cunning as they can. I had a night flight, so I decided to pay for the room in advance, in the evening. I paid with dollars, but they didn't have change, they offered me bags. I said that I was paying in dollars, so I was waiting for the change in dollars too. They assured me that there would be dollars by the time I left. At the same time, I asked to prepare a lunch box with breakfast, because I checked out at night and there was no opportunity to eat anywhere, and I had already paid for breakfast at the hotel. Considering all the above circumstances, I was not surprised that they did not have any dollars at the time of my eviction, and they also did not prepare a lunch box, citing that the chefs had not yet arrived. But they forgot the fact that the windows of my room overlooked the courtyard where the kitchen was located and I saw how by that moment the chefs were already in place and preparing food.
I travel a lot and have been to Tashkent more than once. This is the first time I've seen this. I concluded that apparently their reputation is not so important for the owners, since there are so many shortcomings in the work of the hotel.

Very nice hotel! Everything is homely, the staff is very friendly. The room is clean, well furnished, and has a pleasant interior. There was no kettle in the room, but when we contacted the reception, this issue was quickly resolved. Breakfast was included in our rate. The breakfast was very tasty, a large selection of food for every taste.

We stayed in this hotel for a week. The room was big and nice. It was very warm, but we aired it and it was good for us. However, the bathroom had its own nuances: the shower hose is only for replacement, flows past the watering can, which is very inconvenient. Well, the cabin itself was leaking, because a gap was not touched between the glass and the pedestal and all the water flowed out through the glass, so they visited us every day to find out what we were doing in the bathroom :).
We cleaned the room every day, towels were changed, cosmetics were added. There are toothbrushes and toothpaste (we didn't use it), shower gel and shampoo in small bottles. Slippers and bathrobes
The breakfasts were different every day, porridge, some kind of composite dish (such as pasta in Navy :), casseroles from vegetables), boiled and fried eggs, sliced sausages, pizza, samsa. But the pastries were just pleasing, very tasty, everything is fresh, warm, I still remember and swallow my mouth. Regular coffee beans (coffee machine) and tea bags.
The lobby is always clean, the guys at the reception will always tell you, tell you, help. Well done.
